They tighten on the tower, you have to leave them 1 click looser than you want.

SkiDaBird I made the mistake of tightening the most possible the first time I rode wicked. After the tower I felt sick the rest of the ride because of the restraint.

Literally the best rollercoaster I've been on

Wicked is so much fun! That vertical launch, first drop, 0 g roll and many airtime hills are all crazy.

Damn, I’m not too far away from lagoon, and I’ve went on wicked before. I went with my best friends during a sleepover birthday party and that day was my first time riding a rollercoaster, best day of my life.

I remember the first time I went on Wicked. It gave me the chills when I went on, and I was shaking afterwards. If I was younger, I would've never ridden on that roller coaster again. Now I plan on going this upcoming Friday, and that will be the #2 ride I go on as soon as I get there. #1 is the Spider, my favorite.

eh it's more fun then scary, the launch takes you by surprise i thought we were gonna sit there for a bit like the video

This smaller coaster is an interesting experience. It's a short ride and it immediately slaps you in the face with intensity and then proceeds to give a comforting hug 🤗 for about 20 seconds. Then it's over.

I like how the boys are screaming their heads off and your over here just recording your vid

this channel has been deleted I scream on it all the time, Friday I screamed the F word and made my friend laugh

I went on this when i was trying to overcome a fear of inversions. This was the first rollercoaster I have been on with an inversion. I was freaking out the entire time we were in the line! Great ride.

I live in Utah and I went to lagoon yesterday and I’m going in a couple of days. Always the most fun I have!

this is the best ride they have and i will stand by that opinion for my entire life

I went on Wicked with my friends a month or so ago. I had been on it before and remember it being really fun. We all sat there in disappointed silence on the ride because we remembered it being more fun.

Yep, that sounds about right...

This is honestly my favorite ride at the park

I’ve always loved that sensation as you go over the top hat... I remember summer days riding this 13 times in a row with my friends. the zero g roll is nice but other than those 2 elements the ride is disappointing.

So, I rode Wicked at lagoon this summer, and my eyes were shut the entire time, and lemme tell you. When you close your eyes, it’s not even like your going straight up. The scariest part for me wasn’t even the rollarcoaster, it was the sirens that Blair at the beginning before you even start the ride 😂😂😂😂😂 👁👅👁

I love this ride!!!

As a team lead that worked there at that ride, I can assure you those restraints are tight and do not have the same leg restraints as cannibal.

Wicked is my favorite ride

I've actually been on this one before, and let me tell ya, it's qiute a thrill. In fact, the only ride I've been on that was more thrilling was GOTG Mission: Breakout in Cali.

I rode this the first time when I was 11, while waiting in line I thought about backing out but I did not, I still rode it and it was super awesome

Wow, I expected this ride to be made by Gerstlaur, but now I can see how it was made by Zierer, the trains, mostly.

The first time I rod this at the launch I got pushed back into my seat so fast and I couldn’t really see the beginning of the launch but I definitely saw everything at the top of the tower.

This makes me want to go to Lagoon again so badly. I need to find someone that isn't too chicken to go on everything with me, lol

This ride....was..... crazy

I know they are so tight and they get tighter through the ride!!

The smaller the train, the greater the speed. It looks a really good small launch coaster, great green and yellow color scheme. Track layout is pretty decent, not so intense. Wicked would be even better if it had a loop. Those kids need to get over their fear of roller coaster.

@insanity The restraints are pretty good. just dont put them on too tight or else it will hurt. The last time i went there they just made you wear the masks in the lines but not when you were walking around. Thinks might of changed though. Hope that helps

At the top of the tower, I wlways yell something- it doesn't matter what, just a bunch of words. I really like repeating vines or memes. Then, when you go down, you finish of screaming. Sooooooo fun.

Too intense, I bet cannibal is way way WAY worse

this and cannibal are basically just american fluch von novgrod and schwur des karnan Like, really think about it - Cannibal is really similar to Schwur des Karnan. They're both over 200ft, have indoor lifts, have a beyond vertical drop, and there's a similar coaster in the same park that launches.

Had never been to Lagoon until I got a season pass a few weeks ago. Wicked as a short-form thrill coaster is almost there. The first half is great, a horizontal and then vertical launch on a top hat, then into a small airtime hill into an overbanked turn and then a zero-g roll. Then you get another good turn into a mid-course brake run, and then it's all downhill from there. A couple meandering turns and a small drop into a tunnel. It's bizarrely mild compared to the first half, really pretty boring, and I honestly wouldn't mind them reimagining that second half at some point and reopening the coaster as Wicked World or something.

I went on that ride it was so fun

I have to close my eyes on the drop ITS SO SCARY AAA

seems like this and cannibal would provide a very similar ride experience.

They are compared to each other, which sucks because Wicked is like a thrill coaster for the entire family (hence the low height restriction,) and Cannibal is considered a world-class, white-knuckle ride. However, the two rides are also incredibly different. the reason they both are similar is most likely due to the Lagoon engineering teams working on both these rides from the ground up, with Wicked having a manufacturer (Zierer,) as doing an in-house coaster was not something they were willing to do at the time.

jamesthemaniac Cannibal is different compared to wicked because Wicked is manufactured by a company and Cannibal how ever isn't Lagoon designed Cannibal themselves and Cannibal was Built in house by Lagoon

What I have realised, is that drops tend to be more intense if you hold on to your restraints and if you go onto the ride with a negative mind set. Using this basic rule, i've gone from being scared on a pirate ship ride, to having the best time of my life on the tallest and best coasters in the world. Just put your arms in the air and have fun!

Swopi nothing just a 110 foot tower

I have never left Utah more then twice only time I did is when I had a basketball tournament in Idaho

Me and my friend wanted to go in this ride yesterday but we didn’t

I rode this ride yesterday and screamed “this ain’t shit” and made the whole cart laugh it wasn’t even scary after that it was more fun after Edit: at the launch tower when your going up the tower it looks like the cart flys off the tracks

It’s a super fun ride but the restraints are way to tight and they hurt you. And by the way, I am aware that it tightens up on the tower thing so I want to make it looser at the beginning. But the workers are the ones that were putting the restraints on people for at least today.
