Zach Allred you have no idea. Before the park opens, employees have to go on the ride and test run it. Omg 😂 your neck hurts so bad because of it, it would always come to hard stop, like a reallyyyyyy hard stop 😂

I'm going on this on Tuesday but it hurts. My friend and I rode this and her head smashed into my nose at the end! It didn't feel good XD but we still had alot of fun c:

This was a blast when I was a teenager. Now in my 40s it makes me sick.

i love this ride. i remember one time close to the end my seatbelt came undone so my sister had to hold me so i wouldn’t flip out because of the massive break at the end

I like the footage to not have auto smoothing, since it shows you what it is actually like

There was a Jet star 2 exactly like this at Luna Park Sydney in the 1980s. I rode it over 50 times as a kid. It was a great ride. Good memories.

Straight up the scariest ride at lagoon

I went here with my friends and there was no line for this ride so we went on this ride at least 10 times neck was sore after but still really fun😂😁🥰

Jet star 2 is no joke,i live in Utah and have been to lagoon many many time's,i love the ride though one time i did the splits on it since i was in front,still fun XD

There is alot of whiplash in this ride. I live in utah and often go here. I luv this one just too much whip lash. Lol

I remember a similar ride like this in Wonderland in Ocean City, NJ.

This ride is brutal

This was the first roller coaster I ever rode

My sisters seatbelt came undone during this ride, had to wrap my legs around her to keep her from falling

She wouldn’t have fell, these used to run without seatbelts.

They need to find a way to make this ride more single rider friendly. It’s frustrating for people who come through the line by themselves or in an odd numbered group only to get turned away and be told they can’t ride single. I know this rule is probably there for a reason, but they should be more accommodating by having a single rider holding area so that when another one comes along they can take their turn at riding or something like that.

Safety & legality. If you have just one person in the seat, there's nothing really keeping you in. They'd have to have random people sit in each other's laps, which just isn't gonna fly legally. (Imagine all the dudes that would try to cop a feel, for example).

I love the supports on this ride.

This reminds me of the Willard Whizzer at Great America in Santa Clara.

I am going to Lagoon and I want to go on this ride, how long does your neck hurt after. Lol I don't know if it's worth the pain.

I can tell you now - that the exact moment at 1:31 is the most intense part of ANY rollercoaster in the World!

I agree I was holding my younger brother he was sitting on my lap this whole time on that ride and after when it was done my back started hurting LOL 😭😭

I tryed this one long time ago in Munich, I miss it!

My friend cracked a rib on this ride. Don't sit in the back. XD

My friends tried to convince me to go on this ride. Ever since I had an extremely bad experience on the Wild Mouse, I have refused outright to go on any other roller coasters. My stomach and G-force do not go in the same sentence (the Rim Runner at the Adventure Dome in Vegas was the only exception because that was my most favorite ride ever, too bad it's gone)

Ironically the thing I love about this ride is the whiplash lol

I swear these coasters nowadays are worth more than B&Ms, i would pay 50 million for a Jet Star 2 if i was running a theme park based on second hand theme park rides.

I almost fell out on this ride I saw my life flash before my eyes on this ride

There was. It was called the City Jet, but was a smaller, more compact version.

This was my very first roller coaster at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg Virginia it was called The Old Country at the time I think it was grey or silver when I road it

The one at Busch Gardens: The Old Country was called Glissade. It was a Jet Star 3 model (whereas this is the J.S. 2). Now located in Mexico as Tornado.

I went on this and they said " put your head back " ( I had to lean on my mom ) and I ignored the guy and my head hit the things on the sides

as someone who refuses to ride this ride, this ride will hurt the hell outta your neck

My head got slammed against the seat but it was fun.

When I was in this ride I went up and then the drop turning and going back up and then going down turn down turn and it's a lot if turns in this ride but I think it's a good ride it is not bad

I love ❤️ this ride though the seat belts aren't too good!😐😐😐😐😐

when you are going up to the top yes, but if they see you do it they stop the ride and yell at you. When i was there on a school trip a boy in my class did it and had to sit in the security office for the rest of the day if he hadn't have been there with the school he would have been asked to leave the park.

i felt bad for my my moms sun glasses on this ride

I went on this one, I hated it though it just does not feel safe

I can't ride it anymore, it literally HURTS me! Same for the old white coaster. Not again...

RIP Black Hole

I tried to enjoy this coaster, but my Dad was sitting on my lap the whole time and made the whole coaster a torture chamber. The blackness inside the train (which absorbs sunlight) didn't help. I encourage Lagoon to make some new trains for this roller coaster so no one has to sit on anyone else's lap for a roller coaster that makes such sharp turns.

Intense

And I went on this ride I was too little to sit in the sea alone, so I had to sit in the same seat with my sister, it really hurt when we went down a few times and I would hit my jaw against the restraints and she would hit her jaw on my head yeah her mouth started to bleed

I rode the jetstar 8 times in a row in 2016

Ruff and fun

Lmao this ride makes me feel so uncomfortable. You sit literally right behind or in front of whoever you’re riding with. I sat in front and I got beat up. It’s a really fun ride though. There are only three of them left, so it’s a must ride for enthusiasts.

The wheels are self propelled

I don't like this ride. I have bad memories on it. Once I went on this ride, and I hit my face when it stopped and I got a bloody nose. And another time, I lost my phone on it when it went on the drop.

I thought it was bout flip over

The end is the worst. I love most roller coasters at Lagoon, but not this one....

I had to squeez in with my cousins

This ride hurts your knees and my mom lost her favorite hat on the ride. Absolutely awful.

My brother head budded me on accident when we went on this lol... least favorite roller coaster in the entire park. bad protection, weird seats, no wonder the line is always short.

In my opinion it's the worst roller coaster I've ever been on. Terrible seat belts, it's like a car seat belt. Terrible whip lash and it's a painful ride, it's super fast and it's all in all a bad ride that leaves you hurting. Highly wouldn't recommend at all.

This ride is terrible. All it did was shake. When I had my wife in the space in front of me between my legs, our seatbelt came undone right at the first drop because of my hand placement. I must have held onto the wrong bar because we came unbuckled. It's a bad rollercoaster if I can accidentally kill myself.

Learn how positive G forces work... It's literally impossible for you to come out of your seat on that ride unless you intentionally stood up. Also, _facepalm_ you literally unbuckled the belt yourself...
