A critical point that must be mentioned: When telling a friend or family member that you've been arrested, DO NOT discuss the particulars of the case with them! There is no attorney-client privilege for friends and family, and the telephone at the police station is recorded. And the friends and family can be forced to testify what you told them. So don't say anything beyond where you are, what the bail amount is, and if necessary (e.g., for the purpose of hiring a lawyer), what you've been accused of. Emphasis on _"accused"._ Don't say what you did, say what the police _think_ you did or are _accusing_ you of.

Can I change my plea of guilty before finale sentenceing I just plead guilty to get out then never went to finale sentenceing but I want to change my plea any thoughts I would really appreciate any advice on the subject even a video would be amazing thank you
