    I'm glad she said that she's not anti-wig because severe alopecia can be devastating especially for children, teens, etc. It's a personal choice and what the individual is most comfortable with.

    She is an elegant and beautiful person, and to be honest after seeing for a few moments that she was bald, I didn't notice it afterwards.     Was glad to hear her ask what the point of living our authentic lives is. I've heard it said so much, "live your best life, be your authentic self" but find it's rarer for the person saying that to back it up with _why_ it's important

    Okay this resonates for sure. I use a lot of filters when I take pictures of me and my friends and it's kind of gotten to a point where I'm scared to just a post a photo of how I look. I know it's a really different thing but it's just that fear of being judged solely by how you look.
