Why Satisfactory Is So Awesome
Ойындар
Satisfactory is an amazing logistics game where you have to build a giant factory and automate everything! It is very similar to Factorio and equally as awesome!

they're slow to start but make yourself a to do list of what to do. Beleive me there will be a point where it starts coming naturally to you. Or... At least that's what happened to me. Then again I see all these people with their neat and perfect factories while meanwhile mine looks like those spiderwebs from spiders that had caffine. Yet at the same time... it works really well. Thanks so much for making a video about Satisfactory. I'm so glad I watched this because I'm literally making a video about this right now and I need more motivation, so I got lots of ideas and drive to finish this huge project. You've earned a new subscriber.
Satisfactory: "Stress becomes relaxation" Me, who's redesigning Minecraft storage system for the 20th time, because it's one block too deep and it doesn't fit in between the dropper pipes and testing it (and about to sacrifice a newborn to the quazi-redstone gods to guarantee it'll work): "I have never been more stressed in my live."
340 hours and counting, and I started a new base just for update 4. This game is really amazing.
people like to think of this as "factorio in 3D" as if it's just some minor little extra feature that has mostly relevance to the graphics... but that extra dimension changes EVERYTHING
Man how do you pump these videos out so fast? You are awesome.
It's still in early access... but it feels great! I've been playing with a friend too and zero issues, other then a tracking issue of an avatar not appearing where they should be. I've been having a blast with this game :)
listening to you put into words, all of my emotions about this game, is almost as relaxing as playing this game. And I can give you no higher praise than that.
Thoroughly enjoyed this I work too much in this game I work 40 to 55 hours a week and try to put in the same amount of time everyday and on the weekends it's ridiculous. Been playing for little over two years now have multiple Mega Factory saves and I could easily hold the title for insane in the membrane from Warcraft just for how many countless hours I've dedicated. Frostyside
Your reviews are awesome dude, after watching them i wanna play that game haha
Great job mentioning that Factorio and Satisfactory could simply never replace each other, but I feel like there's a lot more to Factorio than you mentioned, even in less than one minute. (Oh, and some of the footage used is from a much older version)
I've only spent 20hours in this game. But played with a friend which helped us get to level 6 quite quickly. We got to automatically manufacture everything from lvl 5 and made a energy source that we barely used because of its size. I had so many headaches making sure all the mines, storages, constructors connected perfectly and so did he working on making massive energy sources. But it's insane how much i miss it. We never finished it because of the pain headaches and that we had college (we played during summer) so we stopped. This game is the most unique thing i played as i hate it with my soul but love it with my heart just as much as the other. It's an amazing game and i absolutely love it

Personally, I kind of wish I'd had spent the money from Satisfactory on more copies of Factorio for my friends. It's okay but it just doesn't press the same buttons as factorio at all. You nailed it when you said, "there's no challenge". You get to a point in Satisfactory in about 50ish hours, where you realise you're automating just to automate and there's nothing else. At that point I usually just give up on my factory and take a break for a couple of weeks. In factorio there's this kind of unrelenting pressure that's continually urging you to go on, to expand more, to get that next upgrade. It could be upwards of 200 hours in a single playthrough before you even consider restarting, but you'll soon give up on that idea because the factory must grow and you're in it forever. I do like Satisfactory, I think eventually it'll turn out to be a decent enough game but it's not there yet, and from the speed of their development, it won't be for at least another 2 - 3 years.

Tier 8 is going to get added and maybe try mods to have more fun.
For those that like fiddling with production details and high level of grinding. Also if like "No mans sky" graphics. Terratech and Space Engineers are games that have some automation, but also quite different in some of the mechanics and graphics. Factorio I have watched speed runs of, not that tempting to play, fun to watch on occasions. Empyrion - Galactic Survival is my main game for time being. Have not played Minecraft lately.
I am so glad I stumbled across this game in Beta!!! I love playing it and trying out different play styles!!

Oh man, you've never heard about Dyson Sphere Program ? Basically satisfactory but you're locked into one "layer", and you can travel between planets, even star systems, but the real deal is that all the goods you're making in your factory... gives you more power to build other factories on other planets
I sketched my whole Factory on paper and did all the math to bring everything to over 90%. It took me 3 month. This game is one of the best i ever played
Wow, I considered buying the game before but you convinced me. And just in time, there was 20% off for 5 minutes when I logged into Steam. I think I may enjoy this game more than Factorio. I love Factorio but it's often stressful to play. I need something relaxing instead.
Looks great! My only wish is that there be some kind of threat similar to the biters to keep you on your toes, but otherwise it looks incredible
Great vid. You should try Subsistence
All the different world choices you mentioned are actually one giant connect world. I was amazed when I found out satisfactory was so big.
There is no game like this one, one of my fav for sure, always having lots of fun here
Even after hundreds of hours I still enjoy jumping in and building and then realizing I don't like how it looks and starting all over. Plus coffee stain is really good at communicating with their fans through different media's. This game has easily become one of my top three games of all time
This game is gonna save me alot of $$$ cuz I see myself playing it for a very long time & won't need to buy another game. Most addicting game ever !!
I love this game for three reasons, no cut scenes, non-stop problem solving, and the enemies are threatening enough without being too hard
My mom asked me what I was playing (Satisfactory) And then I explained the point of the game to her, and she called me lazy for automating everything lmao
I've never heard of this game until this morning. I think Rust has a similar internal feeling of satisfaction when you set up a "production line" of devices like metal smelters and fuel refinement tanks.
You should take a look at Dyson Sphere Program, it's also a game about automation in 3D but set in a full explorable galaxy, so you can fly and travel to other planets to get some ressources, automate some drones to got through space to get supplies, that's pretty fun ! I didn't play Satisfactory but i'm a great Factorio addict and DSP hooked me in a minute ! Hope you'll enjoy it. Cheers mate !
This game is a nightmare to play with my friend I value productivity and he values everything looking how he has in his head even if it means minimizing production because too many machines make it look cluttered, i spent hours making a factory (which was tidy) but he dismantled most of the machines because he didn't like how cluttered it was inside the building you have almost no reason to go inside
Thats a awsome video. I like it
6:48 lol I feel like unless update 4 has improvements to my brain, I am hopeless. I love this game, but I feel like the mid game hump is quite a bit more pronounced and tedious than in Factorio. So I have yet to build a single train, which is the greatest tragedy of all.
thanks for the video, i was thinking about buying it since i liked factorio so much and after the video i made my desicion.
can you pretty pretty please do a Minecraft 1.1 (Back To Basics) with the same friends again? I really love that series
I mean it is "satisfactory"
Satisfactory is a really addictive and relaxing game, until you go exploring and suddenly there's a spider creature jumping to your face. My heart almost stopped🤣🤣🤣
3:02 Seeing that first supercomputer roll off the production line...
4:05 is so relateble when playing this game, I can never make it look nice
As a Factorio fan I ignored Satisfactory until Update 3 (or was it 4?) And even then I was ready to be disappointed. But boy, was I wrong. Currently looking forward to Update 5 and the proper implementation of rail lines and trains.
Great concise video
Keep up the great videos!!!
I didn't know a game where you calculate and plan everything can interest me that much
I spent 20 hours building my factory only to discover there’s a slightly more efficient way to do everything. So yeah that was the start of my depression
Just beware of the spider boys.
Me: what a nice factory all unorganized! my friend: WHAT IN THE EVER LIVING FUCK AM I LOOKING AT

I started playing Dyson Sphere Project a few days ago and i think i found a new favourite genre :D Gonna give this game a try as well once i build that damn Dyson Sphere :D
oh my that bull boss reference resonates with me so hard
i want factorio, satisfactory, and dyson sphere project. ive watched like 3 hours of reviews and i have no idea which one to get because i feel like ill miss out on what the others have to offer. i can only get one but at this rate i feel like im never going to decide lol.
Couple of games you want to try in addition to this game... Boppio and Learning Factory
i was thinking about The Witness when you talked about mentally challenging yourself, and then you mentioned The Witness. i am spooked.
Yeah, when someone make a pdf manual, for example (for pipes, water pumps/flow), you feel like engineer behind computer, fixing, adapting factory. On short, AWESOME game. (In my opinion, a little under radar).
4:56, hey, at least my factory looks like Italian pasta
The game looks like no mans skys world with the jumping design of halo but with a completey different task idea
You my friend, are going to love Kenshi.
I love this game but if it had some tower defence aspects to it like factorio with turrets etc it would be a million times better
btw the 4 different starting areas are actually all in the same world. youre just choosing a different area to start it.
"...tiny house to giant mansion". Im currently having that precise experience with Valheim. Ive torn all of my buildings down multiple times just to rebuild them bigger, more efficient and aesthetically pleasing.
