I had left as a teenager but came back too. One of the things I admire about our church is the truth and also the organisation. I have traveled to over 100 countries from Nigeria to Slovakia and church and the warmth of the brethren feels the same everywhere. It's so wonderful what we have. The remnant church. ❤️

Leviticus 20:5 (ESV) then I will set my face against that man and against his clan and will cut them off from among their people, him and all who follow him in whoring after Molech. The Adventist church in North America has killed more blacks than the KKK.

I left the Adventist church and became an atheist however through events in my life I studied my way back to the Adventist church - the teachings are solid and its foundation sure. I can defend my faith and what I believe through the bible and it alone! Not that the people in the church are perfect however the doctrines whether followed or not are solid. Amen. Thank you Lord for opening my eyes to your truth!

*No where in the Bible does GOD say to keep Saturday. Matter of fact, the pagan planetary day of Saturday is not found in the Bible. People continually add to the Word of GOD, as if He needs man's help to explain what He meant. How arrogant* {{{ Read More }}} SDAs teach that Sunday worship is the mark of the Beast. And if it is the mark of the Beast, all who receive it are headed for damnation. This is one of the central pillars of the “Three Angel Messages” the SDAs claim for themselves, but unfortunately the SDA interpretation is false. It’s a *private interpretation of EGW* A comment of circular reasoning is commony used by Saturday sabbath keepers: "The Jews keep the Saturday sabbath, therefore Saturday MUST be the sabbath, because that's the day the Jews keep." So silly. “And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb” Rev 14:9-10 The irony, the planetary day of the pagan, papal, Jesuit calendar is not the Sabbath of the Bible. The "sun" keeps track of the days and years, the "moon” determines weeks and months. It's astonishing how precise Yahuwah's calendar is. Very precise and elegant, indeed! The month, or one complete orbit around the earth is only 1/10,000th of a day different than that of NASA calculations. The Creator’s New Year (Nisan 1) is the first New Moon following the Spring Equinox (Vernal Equinox). All of GOD’s holy days use this Moon-Sun (Lunar-Solar, or LuniSolar) calendar. *TEST YOUR FAITH AND STUDY* It is not about you or me being right and wrong. It’s meaningless! It’s all about what GOD did and provided to us. *One word of caution: do not throw away something GOD created, and grab something else, a man-made concept, and then use it as a pillar of salvation. Don’t do that* It wasn’t until the Council of Nicaea (325 AD) did Constantine the Great declare Saturday as the 7th day, and Christians, pagans, and Jews must abide by the pagan calendar alone. There was a lot of pushback. With a lot of presto-magic, Constantine the Great, and his son Constantius II, that the day of resurrection was moved from Passover, Nisan 16 (SolarLunar Calendar), and placed it on the weekend of the pagan holiday, Easter Sunday, the 1st day of the week according to the pagan calendar. The 7th-day “Saturday” is no better. It was a day selected by the same pagan powers on their planetary calendar. This is not Yahuwah’s calendar. The Jews balked the loudest, because ALL of their Sabbaths and Feast days were on one calendar, the Creator’s calendar... The Hebrew calendar. It is no secret, the Roman Ceasars hated the Jews. They were thorns in their sides for many centuries. The pagan powers said to Hillel II (last of the Sanhedrin), move the 7th-day Biblical Sabbath to the pagan 7th-day Saturday sabbath (approx. 340 AD). Which doctrines are you referencing as solid? The investigative judgment that claims that Jesus never finished the atonement but is in heaven doing more work? The doctrine that Jesus is not God almighty but rather Michael the archangel ? The doctrine that Sunday is the mark of the beast? Or that Jesus entered the most holy place in 1844? Or That you have to be a vegetarian and believe Ellen g white to be an adventist?

Born and raised Catholic, became part of other churches too until I have the time to study the Bible for myself and that's when my whole family accepted what the Bible teaches and baptized to Jesus and became part of Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Praise God. And God bless you, brethren.

The problem with being born and raised in the SDA church is that we don't experience the conversion that others experience, you know what I mean? That moment when your life changes direction, because you believe that because you are already in church you don't need to change! And that takes time, I mean, it takes time for you to realize that you need a change, a change that only God can make!

One of many regrets of me being in the SDA church was that I was not taught to pray in faith and believe. My prays were too casual and not deep . One thing I like about the Pentecostal church is that they pray in faith and there strong believe in the Power of prayer. By listening to 3 ABN my prayer life has changed . I have a son who was also sick near death and my church member prayed for him and the Doctors were amazing at his healing process. He is 100 percent healed. I would never leave the SDA church because it is the true Remnant church. No church is perfect and I looked to Christ as my example not flawed human beings.

@@arnoldsygo4673 Absolutely right! I was thinking the same. We have the lost sheep, the prodigal son, and the lost coin. It can be hard at times to realize lost coins since we’re so used to equating ‘righteous’ works, aka living a preferred lifestyle, with righteousness. If that made any sense lol.

Christ is our Living Passover(Our Living Sacrifice) Acts Chapter 4 verse 12: "There is no salvation through anyone else, nor is there any other name under heaven given to the human race by which we are to be saved.” Isaiah 9 vs. 6, "For unto us a Child is born. Unto us a Son is given, and the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, *Mighty God,* Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.“ The Virgin Birth Christ, born of a virgin, Mary. Matthew Chapter 1 verse 20: "Behold, the angel of the Lord appeared to him (Joseph), in a dream and said, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife, for that (Christ) which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit." Jesus, the Christ, is God’s Word made into flesh. 1 John chapter 5 verse 7: "For there are 3 that bear a record in heaven, The Father, The Word, and the Holy Spirit: and these 3 are one.” John chapter 1 verse 1: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." And He who sat there was like a jasper and a sardius stone in appearance, and there was a rainbow around the throne, in appearance like an emerald.” Why did Christ Jesus came and sacrificed His precious life for sinners like us? Because through Adam’s disobedience, sin and death entered the world, and all human race. Christ came to undo the sin and eternal death brought upon the world through the sin of Adam. Christ, who is God’s Word made into flesh, sacrificed His life for us. He was crucified for our sins and transgressions. Christ died, and on the third day He resurrected in the flesh, conquering death and the grave. Now, Christ is seated in Heaven, at the right hand of Power (God the Father). Through Christ’s sacrifice we gain Salvation through God’s abundant mercy and grace. We are reconciled and recompensed back to God, through the shed blood of His begotten Son, Christ Jesus. John chapter 3 verse 16: "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him, shall not perish, but have everlasting life.” Romans chapter 5 verse 8: "But God demonstrates His love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Death in Adam, Life In Christ: Romans chapter 5 verse 19: "For as by one man’s (Adam’s) disobedience, many were made sinners, so also by one Man’s(Jesus's) obedience, many will be made righteous.” Romans chapter 5 verse 18: "Therefore, as through one man’s (Adam’s) offense judgement came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even through one Man’s (Christ’s) righteous act, the free gift came to all men, resulting in the justification of life.” Romans chapter 5 verse 17: "For if by the one man’s offense (Adam’s offense), death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in the life through the One (Jesus Christ)." Romans chapter 5 verse 12: ” Therefore, just as through one man (Adam) sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned.” Romans chapter 5 verse 21: “So that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Through Adam, sin and death entered the world, so that is why Christ Jesus came to give life, and give it more abundantly. Yes, Christ came to give eternal life through Salvation. The Salvation of His shed blood, and resurrection. Adam’s flesh brought sin, death, destruction, and condemnation. 1 Corinthians 15 : 21-22, “For since by man came death, by Man also came the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ, all shall be made alive.” Christ’s sacrifice, the crucifixion of His flesh, brings reconciliation of sins, resurrection, eternal life, salvation. Christ is coming back again, not as a sacrificial lamb. He is coming back as a roaring, warring lion, to destroy sin, death, and the grave once and for all. Amen! Halleluyah! Revelation chapter 22 verse 12 to 13: "And behold, I come quickly, and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. I am the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.“ Now do you see friends, why Christ Jesus is so Important for our Salvation? Yes. Now, do you understand why there is only 1 way to God, and that is only through Christ Jesus? Yes. Christ is Salvation. Christ is our Lord and Saviour. Christ is the only way to God. Christ is the only Mediator between God and men (us humans). God loves us so much, He does not want anyone to perish in hell. God wants all sinners to be saved. That is why He sent His Word to save the world. God’s Word became flesh, and dwelt among us to save us. Will you accept Christ and be saved? Your eternity depends on it. What happens after death is what is most important. Where will you spend eternity? Death is only the beginning of the next life. Romans chapter 6 verse 23: ” For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” John Chapter 3 verse 16: ” For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.” Salvation is free! Christ already paid the price, all you have to do is receive salvation through acceptance of Jesus Christ, Yeshua Ha Massiach. So who is Christ? He is the Word Of God made into flesh. He is the Son of God. He is God. He is the Image of the Invisible God. He is the Alpha and Omega. He is the Beginning and the End. He is the Great I Am. He is Emmanuel. He is the Christ. He is the Messiah. He is the Creator. He is our Lord and Saviour. He is our Mediator. He is the Lion and the Lamb. He is the Rock not cut out by human hands. He is the Root of David. He is Salvation. He is the Way, the Truth, and Life. He is the blessing promised to Abraham. He is the Gift of God to the whole world. God created the heavens and the earth with His spoken Word. Did you know that Jesus is that Word, through which all things were created? Yes. John chapter 14 verse 6: "Jesus said to him,” I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” Colossians chapter 1 verse 15 to 16: "He is the Image of the Invisible God, the Firstborn over all creation. For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.” John chapter 1 verse 1 to 4: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.” Christ is for all who will receive Him. Will you receive Him today? This is how our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ said we should pray. Matthew chapter 6 verse 9 to 13: KJV “Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name, Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.” Now that you understand who Christ is, share Christ with others. Christ is The Good News. What do we do with good news? We share it. Amen! Repent of your sins. Leave a lifestyle of sin. Sin no more! Be baptized in Jesus Name. Submit to God. Love God with all your heart, mind, body, soul, and spirit. Keep God’s Commandments, (read Exodus 20: 1- 17, see the 10 Commandments of God). Love one another. Forgive one another. It is written, “resist the devil, submit to God, and the devil will flee from you.” Hate sin with all your heart, mind, body, soul, and spirit. * Hebrews 10: 26, KJV, " For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins." Acts 11 vs. 15 to 16, ” And as I began to speak, The Holy Spirit fell upon them, as upon us at the beginning. Then I remembered the word of the Lord, how He said, “John indeed baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit.” Psalm 68, verse 4 KJV: " Sing to God, sing praises to His name; Extol Him who rides on the clouds, by His name Yah, and rejoice exceedingly." Halleluyah! Lord Jesus, The Living Water! Baptize me, with your Holy Spirit! Please write my name in Your Book of Life. You are my Lord and Saviour, from now on, and for ever. Never leave me, nor forsake me. I belong to You. I forsake this world, sin, and all worldy distractions. I make you priority in my life. Please remove all agents and devices of "the evil one" from me, and from my body. Thank You Lord!

Poor soul 😢

Your experience reminds me a little of what I went through with my marriage. For years, I was discontent. I saw all the flaws of my husband and determined that when my daughter graduated from college, I would leave him. He knew that I had this in mind also, as we were basically living under the same roof as roommates for years. We were actually able to be pretty civil and I liked some things about him still, but I just knew I'd be happier with someone else. I filed for divorce, and on the day that I was to call to set up the court appointment, I asked God if He wanted me to make the call. If He didn't, I wanted Him to give me a certain sign. Well, that sign was given. I didn't make the call, but I also didn't tell my husband about it. The next day, he said he was moving out of state in a few days and would not be around for the court date. I thought that was it, our marriage was done. But then God directed me, through an SDA pastor to read 1 Corinthians 7. The truth of the verse that says a believing wife should not leave her unbelieving husband if he wants to stay with her struck me. I decided that I had to find out if my husband wanted to stay with me still. I'd felt he also wanted the divorce. I went to his room and woke him up to ask if he wanted to stay married. He said he did. I actually asked God for one more sign, when a terrible argument happened between us a few days later and I was so set to go ahead with the divorce, no matter what sign had been given or what I'd read in the Bible. God graciously gave me that final sign. I made the commitment to stay, because it was right and because God let me know it was His will for me. Once we know the truth, it really does change things. While my husband hadn't changed and even now, is not all I'd hoped for, I came to realize that He is the man I need, the man God joined me to. Knowing that God wanted us to be together still, changed me. I no longer felt trapped and stifled. I felt at peace with everything. Over the years, I've been able to see why we are together, and I appreciate our journey so much. We must make our decisions based on truth and not feelings. When we do this, it will change our perspective and help us to minister that truth into the lives of others.

It must have been very hard, and most likely still comes with bumps on the road, but your determination and willingness to want to follow God's ways in very inspiring! Two people living together, sharing life in such an intimate way, is not an easy thing when we're dealing with broken people. But God's love is able to keep us together, and helps us to grow in character, dealing with our own and each other's flaws, so we can flourish more and more. I was born and raised in the SDA church, did many years of wondering, just returned back to the SDA church this year and got re-baptized! There’s flaws in all churches but God’s truth and guarding our hearts in His word/testimony is imperative! We must be walking in accord on earth as in heaven; not of this world we are sojourners! 🕊

As I pondered the Adventist Church and their teachings, I found it interesting that they believe that in less than 200 years they teach Christ wholesale gave his body, the Church over to SATAN. And, the end result of Adventist teaching is that they believe 1. The prophet Daniel prophesied Christ would build a great false Church. 2. That Christ and *the Apostles founded the great false church* 3. Christ would give his body, the Church over to Satan in less than 2 centuries. Which is to say that Christ hated his own flesh. 4. *Ellen G. White and the Adventist Church says the Apostle Paul Himself taught that the Apostolic Church was already being over taken by Satan in less than 25 years after Christ's ressurection.* 5. And, the Apostles all worked together to teach the entire world to become members of the Great Harlot. *And, that even in 90AD the Apostle John was commanding and begging people to leave the very Church the Apostle John and all the other Apostles belonged* 6. Ellen G. White and the Adventists teach that the Church built on Ellen G. White would be "true Christians" and "The Saints" While the one Christ and the Apostles built would become Satan's Church. 7. This we know, Christ was not Adventist, His Apostles were not Adventist's, and the Apostolic Churches were not Adventist's either. Moreover, neither did Christ, the Apostles or the Prophets teach certain days were Pagan. No, we have more than a disagreement Adventism. The end of the matter is that Adventists, will say *anything* to get followers and abuse the bible to justify the fact they despise authority.

I've also listened to many arguments against the SDA church for the past 10 years and I am yet to hear one that can genuinely disregard the church, God has truly entrusted His truth with that movement

I've seen many attempts attacking the SDA church / teachings, and I have been part of these attacks as well, but from what I have observed and experienced personally, they are 99% of the time based on misunderstandings. This can easily be solved if we dare to have dialogue and study together, but there the keyword 'genuinely' comes in. I didn't want to listen to "their" side, I wasn't open for it, because I had already made up my mind. And sadly, I see this attitude a lot amongst Christians today (even in the comment sections of our videos too). Granted, it is not easy to dare to give up things that you have believed in all your life, traditions, personal experiences, etc. It is uncomfortable and often feel inconvenient, but finding the truth should always be worth it :D it was in my experience at least.

There is no Investigative Judgment. Hebrews 9:11,12 say that Jesus entered the Most Holy Place when He went to Heaven. There is also no copy of the Sanctuary in Heaven. Hebrews 9:23, 24 states that.

Hello i was a 3rd generation Adventist, I have a question. Reading your comment you said you have listened to many arguments against the SDA my question is have you researched the arguments yourself! I also dare to ask is it possible that maybe you were listening to the arguments but never really heard the argument? Or maybe the one creating the arguments didn't really make an across the board argument only a subject or pin pointed conversation on the argument staying on a surface level using the snorkel gear not deep enough to move the spirit so you can test the spirit causing you to break out the scubba gear! Most stay on the surface with Their snorkel gear having there milk waiting for the following weeks fellowship!

My sister was married to sda because the deacon of sda pregnant her during their dating. Then her husband got accident, die and my sister returned to pentecostal church.

My mother found the Sabbath on her own. She looked for a church that kept the Sabbath. We had left Georgia for Connecticut, and at age five, we found the SDA church. I am a 72-year-old Seventh-Day Adventist by faith and not by denomination. I went to our church school and college. I am a Biblical historian and specialize in African Studies. I lived in Israel and traveled to Europe. But, my heart is sad because we do not truly understand that EGW wrote something vital before she died. She noted that we made serious errors and did not continue to hold onto them. In this chapter, she also clarified that DaniELand Revelation must be understood. She says it would be understood just before the Time of Trouble. There are questions that I have asked well-known ministers in our church. They have yet to answer them. I am concerned about why many joined with Trump! I know Dr. Ben Carson and Barry Black. Ben ate at our table while studying at Yale. Pastor Black and I attended Oakwood together. I want you to know I even know the former Vice President Delbert W. Baker and more. But the truth from the Bible and preparing us for the return of YAHSHUA is not preached. Many youths are leaving or asking questions and have yet to be heard. We need to discuss the racial problem in this church! The truth of banning books because the Bible speaks more about Black people than most know. These all need to be addressed! Blessings!

I did not grow up in a religious home at all. I did go to a Sunday church when I was about 7 with a neighbor child on a bus every Sunday. They had a program where if you memorized 10 Bible verses you could earn a Bible. So I did that and I got my very first Bible ever. Then we moved and I stopped going to that church. As a teenager I found the Sabbath but it was not until I got married and had my first child that I found the SDA Church. Many miracles happened there too. I had questions no one could answer. My best friend who was also an SDA answered them and so many more! No pastor, no elder, no one else could answer them. He was an avid studier and we would spend hours on the phone studying scriptures for ourselves. For example Isaiah 66: 22-23. What are the new moons? He was able to answer that for me! There are so many other things that he did for me. He died in 2016 of cancer. I can't wait to see him again! His wife and I are now very good friends as well. In fact their son married my daughter!

Adventism is not God's truth. The Bible is. Ellen g white was a false prophetesses who plagiarized many of her writting and taught many foolish demonic teachings which are contrary to scriptuere. For example, the investigative judgement which claims Jesus did not finish his atonement,Jesus being Michael the archangel,Sunday law and Sunday being the mark of the beast,women preachers,they deny the baptism of the Holy Ghost with speaking in tongues,they don't baptize in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and many more lies.

I was raised Methodist first marriage Church of Christ, 2nd marriage Assemblies of God. 2 years now Catholic. I have been researching videos on 7th Day Adventist because of questions I have of the Sabath. I appreciate this video, I realize I need to read the Bible and pray for God's answer.

Please avoid the SDA sect. It doesn’t preach the Gospel of the Bible. It’s adds so much contrary to the warning of Deuteronomy 4:2 and Revelation 22:18-20. Don’t let the good they do pull you in. The SDA sect and Roman Catholicism preach the same false Gospel of works plus grace, contrary to Ephesians 2:8-10. I know because I was lost in the SDA sect/cult for over 30 years and God is now bringing me out. But I’m staying in to warn as many as God bids me warn. I’ve already spoke to the pastor and will have the joy of having my name off the records as I seek fellowship elsewhere where the biblical Gospel is peached. UPDATE: I attended an SDA church yesterday with my family. Good sermon. Good message using the Bible alone. But that’s not all SDA churches; and that’s where the problem exists. The SDA system isn’t uniform because even those who preach the Gospel are unwilling to distance themselves from and to call out the unbiblical portions of SDA theology.

I read the Bible a few times through and still read it every day. What I've read isn't what's taught in the different denominations until I'm came across the SDA which I knew nothing of and now I'm a SDA. Bible vs traditions is how I sum it up

As an SDA family member I too have come and gone and come back again much like you have and I wanted to thank you for your approach namely the title of this video because it definately caught my attention. My return to the SDA family has been powerful and I have been grateful to have been accepted right away while acknowledging the fact that the truth is indeed that YHWH lives and our God is One God, a God of God's if you will. Glory to Jesus for delivering you. That lying church has a stronghold over many. Only the Holy ghost can open the eyes of the people to see the lies that they are being taught. Just curious did you get rebaptized in the name of Jesus Christ and filled with the Holy ghost after leaving?(Acts 2:37-38),(Acts 19:2-7).

I am a Seventh Day Adventist. The Bible and the Bible alone is my foundation of faith. This is what the Bible says. READ: Matthew 5:17-19; Matthew 15:3-6; Mark 7:6-9; Mark 2:27,28; Matthew 19:17-22; Luke 16:7; Mark 10:19-21; John 14:15; Romans 3:31; Romans 7:12; 1 Corinthians 7:19; Romans 7:22-25; Romans 8:1-4; Revelation14:12: Revelation 22:14; James 2:11,12; 1 John 3:4; Roman 7:7; Roman 13:9,10; Genesis 2:1-3; Luke 23:54,56. I live in New Zealand, and used to not be too impressed with the SDA church I go to now. But when I went to one in Northern Australia, I really didn’t like it. It was run completely differently, and they talked about things that were internal issues within the church. Like how it was started etc. And now I’ve returned to the SDA church in New Zealand, and absolutely love it. All the things I took for granted before, I now see the beauty of why they’re there. It was a prodigal son story in real life. I didn’t appreciate it, then went to one in a far country which was much worse, and realised what I’d taken for granted, and was missing out on. And this is not just in the church, it’s all aspects of my life. Life is about finding biblical truths and living those.

Leave the isms of Adventism, and all isms. Let Christ be the Center of your lives. In the end all organized religion will merge as 1, and worship the devil, because Christ is not the center, only the theologies of men. See how most churches cooperated with satan during his 2019/2020 pandemic lockdowns. My fellow truth-seekers will take the time to read this comment. Whoever the Spirit leads will read. There is no pretribulation rapture. Pretribulation is a man-made doctrine, and is the devil's gospel. Tribulation is the devil's governing oppression over all those in the world who follow Christ. In the world ye shall *have tribulation*: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world." Tribulation means: distress or suffering resulting from *oppression* or persecution, a trying experience, tribulation means trial.* Acts 14:22 KJV "Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through *much tribulation* enter into the kingdom of God." Then said Jesus unto his disciples, "*If any man will come after me, let him *DENY HIMSELF, and TAKE UP HIS CROSS,* and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.*" Matthew 16:24-26 KJV *Tribulation started in Genesis when Adam forfeited his governance over the world, when he obeyed satan instead of God. Satan instead of man(Adam) has been the governing power over the world's ruling powers ever since. (Read Genesis, KJV). Satan rules in the kingdoms of this World. The kingdoms of the world( the empires) are referred to as beasts, because they are kingdoms without the true God( They are antichrists ). Satan is the one who gives the beasts their power. Read the Book of Daniel. Read Revelation to understand the end as it relates to the beginning in Genesis. Matthew 4:8, KJV "Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; [9] And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me." Luke 4:5-8, KJV. "And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said unto him, All this *power* will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it. If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine. And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. Do you see? The devil lies: the power was not given to him freely by God. God freely gave Adam(man) dominion over the earth, but Adam through his disobedience losses it to satan, when he *chose* to put faith in the devil rather than God. *Satan( previously known as Lucifer) will continue to rule, though his total ruling power has been forfeited by the sacrificial blood of Christ, and the resurrection of Christ. Satan no longer has power over all souls unless you willingly give satan your soul. Satan and his followers are hellbound. Satan no longer has the key over hell, death and the grave. He cannot hold captive of the souls that belong to Christ. Christ's Sacrificial Blood forfeited all of satan's powers obtained through his deception of man & woman in the Garden of Eden. There are no tears, and no need for money in Christ's coming Kingdom, no rich vs poor, no pale skin vs dark skin, no upper-class vs lower-class, no aristocrats vs. peasants, etc. There are no narcissists in Christ's Kingdom. And He who sat there was like a jasper and a sardius stone in appearance, and there was a rainbow around the throne, in appearance like an emerald.” Why did Christ Jesus came and sacrificed His precious life for sinners like us? Because through Adam’s disobedience, sin and death entered the world, and all human race. Christ came to undo the sin and eternal death brought upon the world through the sin of Adam. Christ, who is God’s Word made into flesh, sacrificed His life for us. He was crucified for our sins and transgressions. Christ died, and on the third day He resurrected in the flesh, conquering death and the grave. Now, Christ is seated in Heaven, at the right hand of Power (God the Father). Through Christ’s sacrifice we gain Salvation through God’s abundant mercy and grace. We are reconciled and recompensed back to God, through the shed blood of His begotten Son, Christ Jesus. John chapter 3 verse 16: "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him, shall not perish, but have everlasting life.” Romans chapter 5 verse 8: "But God demonstrates His love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Death in Adam, Life In Christ: Romans chapter 5 verse 19: "For as by one man’s (Adam’s) disobedience, many were made sinners, so also by one Man’s(Jesus's) obedience, many will be made righteous.” Romans chapter 5 verse 18: "Therefore, as through one man’s (Adam’s) offense judgement came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even through one Man’s (Christ’s) righteous act, the free gift came to all men, resulting in the justification of life.” Romans chapter 5 verse 17: "For if by the one man’s offense (Adam’s offense), death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in the life through the One (Jesus Christ)." Romans chapter 5 verse 12: ” Therefore, just as through one man (Adam) sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned.” Romans chapter 5 verse 21: “So that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Through Adam, sin and death entered the world, so that is why Christ Jesus came to give life, and give it more abundantly. Yes, Christ came to give eternal life through Salvation. The Salvation of His shed blood, and resurrection. Adam’s flesh brought sin, death, destruction, and condemnation. 1 Corinthians 15 : 21-22, “For since by man came death, by Man also came the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ, all shall be made alive.” Christ’s sacrifice, the crucifixion of His flesh, brings reconciliation of sins, resurrection, eternal life, salvation. Christ is coming back again, not as a sacrificial lamb. He is coming back as a roaring, warring lion, to destroy sin, death, and the grave once and for all. Amen! Halleluyah! Revelation chapter 22 verse 12 to 13: "And behold, I come quickly, and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. I am the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.“ Now do you see friends, why Christ Jesus is so Important for our Salvation? Yes. Now, do you understand why there is only 1 way to God, and that is only through Christ Jesus? Yes. Christ is Salvation. Christ is our Lord and Saviour. Christ is the only way to God. Christ is the only Mediator between God and men (us humans). God loves us so much, He does not want anyone to perish in hell. God wants all sinners to be saved. That is why He sent His Word to save the world. God’s Word became flesh, and dwelt among us to save us. Will you accept Christ and be saved? Your eternity depends on it. What happens after death is what is most important. Where will you spend eternity? Death is only the beginning of the next life. Romans chapter 6 verse 23: ” For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” John Chapter 3 verse 16: ” For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.” Salvation is free! Christ already paid the price, all you have to do is receive salvation through acceptance of Jesus Christ, Yeshua Ha Massiach. So who is Christ? He is the Word Of God made into flesh. He is the Son of God. He is God. He is the Image of the Invisible God. He is the Alpha and Omega. He is the Beginning and the End. He is the Great I Am. He is Emmanuel. He is the Christ. He is the Messiah. He is the Creator. He is our Lord and Saviour. He is our Mediator. He is the Lion and the Lamb. He is the Rock not cut out by human hands. He is the Root of David. He is Salvation. He is the Way, the Truth, and Life. He is the blessing promised to Abraham. He is the Gift of God to the whole world. God created the heavens and the earth with His spoken Word. Did you know that Jesus is that Word, through which all things were created? Yes. John chapter 14 verse 6: "Jesus said to him,” I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” Colossians chapter 1 verse 15 to 16: "He is the Image of the Invisible God, the Firstborn over all creation. For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.” John chapter 1 verse 1 to 4: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.” Christ is for all who will receive Him. Will you receive Him today? This is how our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ said we should pray. Matthew chapter 6 verse 9 to 13: KJV “Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name, Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.” Now that you understand who Christ is, share Christ with others. Christ is The Good News. What do we do with good news? We share it. Amen! Repent of your sins. Leave a lifestyle of sin. Sin no more! Be baptized in Jesus Name. Submit to God. Love God with all your heart, mind, body, soul, and spirit. Keep God’s Commandments, (read Exodus 20: 1- 17, see the 10 Commandments of God). Love one another. Forgive one another. It is written, “resist the devil, submit to God, and the devil will flee from you.” Hate sin with all your heart, mind, body, soul, and spirit. * Hebrews 10: 26, KJV, " For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins." Acts 11 vs. 15 to 16, ” And as I began to speak, The Holy Spirit fell upon them, as upon us at the beginning. Then I remembered the word of the Lord, how He said, “John indeed baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit.” Psalm 68, verse 4 KJV: " Sing to God, sing praises to His name; Extol Him who rides on the clouds, by His name Yah, and rejoice exceedingly." Halleluyah! Lord Jesus, The Living Water! Baptize me, with your Holy Spirit! Please write my name in Your Book of Life. You are my Lord and Saviour, from now on, and for ever. I watched your video with interest & I realized that you are really searching, but what a pity that your journeying led you back to the SDA church of which incidentally I too was a member for over 20 years. Then I studied my way out, SDA’s teach another gospel, & my final conclusion is they don’t teach the gospel of grace, it’s so works based, reading Galatians & Hebrews freed me. Know now Christ for myself & I’m free in Him & not in a false 1844 doctrine & more. CHRIST said it is finished & He introduced The New Covenant the atonement was complete. Thank you Jesus for freeing me from extra unbiblical teachings. I’ll pray that you find the Gospel.

I have been an Adventist for 53 years. I connected to Christ . It the best choice I ever made. You never get boring with Jesus. When you spend each day with Jesus . The Sabbath mean more to you. Jesus is the Lord of the Sabbath. He is Lord of the Rest. Rest cones by being attached to Christ. Many miracles have happened in my life since I gave my heart to Christ. .The church is a school. You never graduate here on the earth. You keep growing. You get growing by connecting to Christ. The Bible and the Spirit of Prophecy is my growing food. .

Jesus is the Spirit of Prophecy, not Ellen White...please research the Millerites, early Advent movement, the different groups that sprouted, the confusion with shut door doctrine, the investigative judgment...the foundation is seriously flawed. You are a believer but the bread you eat from the church is leavened, tainted.....the SDA church is like a train on a 1000 mile track but the last half mile the track is broken and that train derails....

I went to my first SDA church today and found that it was incredibly strange for me personally! There was no passing of the sacrament , but they passed the donation plate around instead! Thinking of the story of the money 💰 changers in the Temple exchanging money or passing money around 🤔 didn't seem very christ like to me! Though they mentioned scriptures, I never really felt the spirit of God at all. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. And we thought everyone was very nice. I learned a woman started this church ⛪️. I'm not personally convinced as to what makes this church true for people other than them following the Bible. Do people in charge get paid? We have made friends with the pastor and his wife, so we may see them again in the future!

Sometimes in order to see the truth people have to leave, explore, be confused and seek the truth for “themselves” in order to finally see that they were sitting on a goldmine of truth from the get go. Such a strong witness for Bible truth. I hope this helps people realize true truth. Amen, and may God continue to bless your family. And yes, there are improvements that can be made all the time we are not perfect at all but the truth of the matter is just that…we have the truth and need to be the light to others-to spread the three angels messages humbly and prepare the world for Christ’s soon return.

So Inspired of your testimony, I also encounter some members of SDA church that still struggling like you before, but the only solution is to re study our bibles because it will guide us to truth...

I also grew up in the adventist church and was so skeptical about how music is conducted it was so boring to me.I also ddnt like the Health message bcoz I love foodie.However few years ago decided to do a thorough study of the bible and litsening to Walter Veith my eyes were open.I started studyng EG White books my favourite is Desire of ages after I noticed what Christ did for me.I can say I converted recently though got baptised years ago.Thank God for your testimony

Anyone who cannot watch the whole video, basically he said why he left the church twice and then eventually came back to it. Just like many people are confused about the church or might hear some bad news about this church, it can make followers double think about their teachings. But after doing more research and prayer, it is clear that Seventh Day Adventist teach the truth, not only about the sabbath but about prophecy (the beast, Daniel and Nebuchadnezzar, second coming etc). Not a 7th Day Adventist, but I have learned a lot about the group. I am part of an Old Fashioned Holiness crowd and I find that our views are nearly identical except for Sunday. I loved your Testimony! Very great! Side note, does your Sabbath follow the Jewish days pattern? Does Sabbath start on Saturday evening and end on Sunday morning?

Sabbath goes from Friday sunset to Saturday sunset, according to creation week and how the Jews kept the sabbath in the Bible. They still keep the sabbath to this day

Interesting Andrew, thank for sharing! :) I have not heard of this 'crowd' (is that an official name, or?). Yes, the Sabbath that we follow is the one based on Creation, like Jesse commented ;) I have never heard the Sabbath to be considered the time period that you wrote about to be honest. According to for example Luke 24:1, the Sunday is the first day of the week. And since in Creation week it counts days from evening to evening, the seventh day Sabbath is from Friday evening to Saturday evening. Where are you watching from brother? :D

Sabbath begins on Friday at sundown & ends Saturday at sundown. The Sabbath was put into place in Genesis 2:3 when the Lord blessed & sanctified the 7th day of creation. Jesus also kept the Sabbath day throughout the New Testament. I am Seventh Day Adventist & we believe that we are supposed to keep the 10 commandments, because Jesus said if you love me you will keep my commandments. I praise God for the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Actually this is my journey, i became an ADVENTIST at around 22. My husband was born an ADVENTIST and he used to travel alot but wherever he went the first thing he would ask the people around is WHERE CAN I FIND AN SDA CHURCH here, like that moved me alot. He read the Bible to me starting from the Sabbath being in Genesis even before the 10 commandments. I was really moved, he told you need to read the Bible yourself, The Holy Spirit will guide you and that's what i did. People normally say the commandments were for the Israelites but when we see the convenant box and in it were the two stone tablets which was made according to what is in heaven, i just sit back and let their lies fly 😅 In the book of Revelation there's a verse which says and there was lighting in heaven, the ark of convenant appeared containing the stone tablets with the fourth commandment saying what!!!!! This war going on is all about worship and through the Bible we see God's emphasis on the day of worship, this is where the Advents started from till this day. I got baptized but on only the scriptures in the Bible not any other Book like how people say we follow Ellen White. A true ADVENTIST stands by the Bible ALONE. The best thing that has happened in my life is joining the SDA CHURCH, stay strong because our church too has been infiltrated..

We do stand on the Bible alone as adventists, but do you not believe in our historical foundation and the ways God used Ellen white? Or that her writings have been inspired? I get confused on how Adventist believe in the historical message … 3 angels message and a fraction of what the pioneers of our faith believed but then on the other hand say they don’t fully agree with sister white.. either she was inspired or she was not ?

I'm currently "debating" ( I don't know what other word to use 🤔) going back to church... as a kid my parents would bounce from catholic to Adventist and now I am 23 and I want to go to church.. I just don't know which one I want to.. but hearing this makes me wanna go back to SDA.. I can relate to your testimony and thank you for sharing this it helps with my doubt

candy, you said that you don't know which one you want? Stop debating. God is not a God of confusion. Ask Him to show you the way, and He will. Take the Bible and read it. God will guide you by sending you His Holy Spirit to direct you. It was easy for Saul (Paul) when the Holy Spirit led him. See Acts 9:4&5 And it was easy for me to be led to the Seventh-day Adventist Church over 40 years ago. There's no turning back. Honey will always be sweet. God's Word will always be the truth.

Please do not go back to SDA. Seek Jesus by reading the Scriptures and asking the Holy Sprit to guide you. Fellowship with folks who are doing the same.

What an amazing testimony! I have been SDA for closed to 50 years and study all majors christian denominations and convicted that the SDA church far from perfect, has the most Bible truth. God bless you as you and your wife continue with your ministry!

I am working on a support group for Adventists called ADVENTISTS ANONYMOUS who are victims of inept SDA pastors Typical implied put down sermons. Are you fed up with the usual , "you are a sloppy sabbath keeping, tithe robbing, love lacking, lazy, lousy, lukewarm LAODICEAN loser ,and just a pathetic, depressed, discouraged phony hypocrite"?? SDA pastors are clueless , poorly trained speakers who present shallow, non fat dry milk typical topical bible warping therapy sermons.

At the beginning I was heart broken then in the end I had tears of joy. I was born in an Anglican family so shouting, dancing and speaking in tongues am not a fan. I thank God every day for He showed me the way .

In my readings this morning I noticed an interesting phrase used over and over through scripture. It concerns the day we call Sunday. The name for that day is never used in scripture. Genesis 1:5 calls it “…the first day”, in Hebrew “yom”. But the new testament verses that refer to that day, the day we call Sunday, the verses people try to use to say the day ordained by God for corporate worship was changed from the 7th day Sabbath to the Sunday, everywhere from Matthew 28:1 to 1 Corinthians 16:2, all say “…the first of the week”. The word “day” was not included in the original text but was added later by those who translated scripture from Hebrew to English. The “first of the week”. It doesn’t even say “day”. It is intentionally vague. The “first of the week” could mean “near the first of the week”, even Monday or Tuesday. We call those days “near” the first of the week. The Bible never uses the word “Sunday”, ever. And nowhere in scripture is there instruction given, by God or man, to “forget” worship on Sabbath and begin worship on Sunday. Romans 16:17-19 says “Now I urge you, brothers, to watch out for those who create divisions and obstacles that are contrary to the teaching you have learned. Turn away from them. For such people are not serving our Lord Christ, but their own appetites. By smooth talk and flattery they deceive the hearts of the naïve. Everyone has heard about your obedience, so I rejoice over you. But I want you to be wise about what is good and innocent about what is evil.”. It warns against things “contrary” to what they had been previously taught. If they were previously taught to keep Sunday and remember it as Gods chosen day, where were they taught it? Where are we taught it? The teaching to keep Sunday is a teaching of the catholic church, plain and simple. You will find the teaching nowhere in Holy Scripture. If you claim to follow the teaching of the Bible and the Bible alone, and you keep Sunday as your corporate day of worship, you are inconsistent. The Bible teaches to “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy”. The 7th day Sabbath, not Sunday. It’s not even mentioned in the Bible! Blessings as you study God’s Word.

When I learned of the investigative judgement & how it is a slap in the face to Jesus and his sacrifice I literally wept 😭. Also please search whether Ellen White is a true or false prophet and the doctrine of soul sleep, and hell. Dig deep into what SDA beliefs are, compare those to scripture. Excellent recommendation. By the way, Adventists are leaving in large numbers. Check out these stats. The following is from the April 2019 edition of Ministry Magazine: *"The Seventh-day Adventist Church is losing members at an alarming rate. Even though the evangelism in our churches is winning people, we lose about 49 of every 100 baptized. This hemorrhaging of our members cannot continue. It is expected to get worse, especially in countries where soul winning is difficult; and if it continues, entire conferences maybe closed for lack of members"* (Think about that for a long moment. That is essentially 50% of people leaving!!!).

@@spectrumobserver Wonder if it’s the fact that people can now easily find the truth now on the internet so readily? 🤔 Also would be interesting to see how they are getting these people baptized with a false 3 angels gospel and with getting them to sign and agree to 27 fundamental beliefs including the false doctrine of Investigative Judgement. @@TheseSignsShallFollow I think the internet has something to do with it for sure. Many SDAs are simply unaware of the problems, but many seem content to not question things. This is amazing to me. As we study our own beliefs we understand that there are counter-points of view. We cannot simply plug our ears and say I don't want to hear. If we have the truth it will stand up to scrutiny.

@@spectrumobserver So many SDA do plug their ears. They make comments to me like well I’m Bible only and I don’t follow EGW. I’m like if you loved Jesus you would fight for the truth above all else. For me, when I was born again I didn’t care what any denomination said or didn’t say I dug and dug and haven’t stopped digging. This hunger God put in me through His spirit and I’m left feeling that many think they have the Holy Spirit but maybe they don’t. How else could they not care?! How else could I tell them that their beliefs are wrong and give them proof text and they still don’t care enough to dig for themselves and like you said the real truth will stand to scrutiny.

Looking into the full history of SDA and Ellen White has been really eye opening. Modern SDAs really do a lot of catering and damage control to really only focus on the best, but if you really see the history, it's very much not Christian. She was at best brain damaged and confused, and at worst, brain damaged, narcissistic, demon possessed (saw many visions with a man leading her around), and prideful (Kellogg Chicago building incident, San Francisco earthquake diary forgery, Fox sisters not using human trickery according to Ellen (told by God) then later they admitted they used trickery) The list goes on. I'm just hitting the high points. Read into her life enough and it's not pretty.

If you want the truth, study in depth the history of the Adventist Church and E. G. White! If you are opened minded and honest, you will see what really happened! Raised as an Adventist and a decendent of one of Dr. John Harvey Kellogg's "kids"! Don't believe what the church tells you! The way the church treated me was appalling! Especially in their boarding schools! My doubts start when I was at one of their camp meetings at Los Serria College, many years ago! Someone tried to drown me , during a break àfter a religious session! Very young. Did I ask to many questions? Studied The church in depth - read the Bible in its entirety! Àfter going to their boarding schools I could no longer believe in their teachings any more! All they ever wanted was as much money and labour they could get working in there tax free factoryies to pay for my own room and board, starting at the age of 13!! After leaving and getting out, I joined the U.S. Air Force, where they tried to reconvert me! Getting me kicked out of the service and completely destroying my life !! Spent many years being homeless because of it! I firmly believe today they are a CULT!!!!!!!

I left the church because of the people who systematically destroyed my relationship with someone I cared about who used their religion to justify their ethnocentricity against me to invalidate me. After I read Walter Rea’s book “The White Lie” I found a closer relationship with Christ against a witch who used radical coherency to justify their false claims that have no foundational backing at all other than taking credit for other people’s work whose research was made available during her time. I’m thankful I left that church and couldn’t have had a closer relationship with Christ after being cut out. That’s not how a church should behave and they’ll have theirs on their day of judgement when they die with those lies of theirs. Ellen White pretentiously uses words that aren’t real and should be avoided.

I heard the real God is worshipped on Sabbath day, Saturday, that's why I was interested, the church have been a blessing to me, I learned the book of Daniel and revelation.

Thank you for your testimony brother. It really comes down to the true conversion experience. I'm a second gen. Adventist myself and also Adventist by choice as well. Once one truly experiences the true conversion and the true surrender, everything changes... the lifestyle, the message... everything starts makes sense. The rules of do's and don'ts become so much more than the dead letter of the law - but abiding spiritual principles governing your life in every aspect, driven by the love of God and the power of the Holy Spirit. You literally become a new person that delights in the will of God's expressed will in His Word and in the writings of His end time prophet. May God's end time church members all experience this.

Well the sabbath day doesn’t condition your salvation and relationship with God through the Holy Spirit. And if you do more bible in-depth studies you will learn and be happy to experience that the sabbath keeping was given to the people of Israel eternally for generations, not to the gentiles who we really are. But the SDA wants to live and impose this as a universal doctrine and believe when is not. (Col 2.16-17) “So let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a festival or a new moon or sabbaths, which are a shadow of things to come, but the substance is of Christ”. I left the SDA being a pastor after 10 years.

It is a universal doctrine. The Sabbath was instituted before there was an Isrealite nation at Creation and that has not changed. God does not change.

I know it does not mention Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Jacob and his 12 sons known as the Israelites, doing it. If it was so as you say, why God did not mentioned it to these patriarchs? You keep or worship your day I won't judge or criticize your position, but like every good doctrinal Adventist, you do not tolerate someone thinking differently than you, because only you have the truth according to your feelings and thoughts.

Jesus (being God) was very clear I Matt 5:17-18, He did not come to change or do away with the law; but that heaven and earth would pass away before that happens. Is heaven and earth still here? The last time I checked they were and as such, it is incumbent upon us to obey God’s unchanging laws and not try to apply our own views.

@@heavenbound9867 All of those things are totally biblical. I have done the research. I teach classes on this stuff. We use God's word alone. We don't use the Clear Word bible and do not place Ellen White's writing's above or equal to the bible. The Great Controversy is a great book though as is most of her other writings. Every Christian should read them.

Had a similar boring experience being brought up in the Dutch Reformed Church it felt like going to school, only recently I discovered the change the Holy Spirit can bring to the most stubborn and big sceptic like me, praise Jesus for His Grace 🙏

Can someone me what is the Biblical basis for EGW. Why accept EGW and not Joseph Smith? Weren’t they both prophets? Why do we read backwards by accepting the prophet and then read backwards to justify her existence? SDA teach the truth; 100% truth? Please be honest my fellow Christians. May God help us to find Him, Orin denominations but in Christ.

Are you fed up with the usual , "you are a sloppy sabbath keeping, tithe robbing, love lacking, lazy, lousy, lukewarm LAODICEAN loser ,and just a pathetic, depressed, discouraged phony hypocrite"?? @@jakedubin8219 SDA is the best as far as large denominations...Catholic or Protestant, because it is more bible based. and supports ALL 10 commandments instead of 9 or less. The problem is with their preachers who neglect feeding the audiences with bible. They do TOPICAL damage control sermons Also their soteriology is taking hits from Calvinists, OSAS & evangelicals.

Amazing testimony

I was a fourth generation Adventist who attended first through twelfth grades in Adventist schools. In the late ‘90’s, my cousin who had been an Adventist pastor for 23 years shared two books with me that totally changed my views of the Church, and Ellen White’s authenticity as a prophet. After much pain of soul, my family left the Church for good, and will never return. I learned that instead of being a prophet, Ellen White was a sick woman suffering from frontal lobe epilepsy, who’s “visions” were brought on from her mental health condition; not God! I learned that there are MANY people who have this condition that think they are having visions! Also, the things she “saw” in vision, were actually things she had read by other authors of her time, whom she then plagiarized. The books that opened my eyes are, “White Washed”, by Sydney Cleveland, and “The Cultic Doctrine of Seventh day Adventist”. It was so painful to learn the truth behind the founders of the Church, and the mix of lies and truths that the Church presents to the world, but my life is now free of guilt and hopelessness that I carried for YEARS, while trying to live up to the “principles” that E.G. White didn’t even follow herself. (She wore jewelry, and ate oysters)!😂

So what is your religion now? Most people who leave the SDA church don’t join other churches. So you leave the SDA church because Ellen G White books? What a lame excuse. When you read her books did she encouraged you to sin?I am yet to see another denomination explain prophecy like Daniel and Revelation. If I didn’t get my prophetic preaching from my church I would be very confused about end time prophecy.

Thank you Nae for your testimony of finding out who Ellen G. White truly was. I too was shock after I left, and began to google other people who left S.D.A. because I was led to believe that I was making a big Spiritual mistake leaving S.D.A. It is my opinion that the reason why some (myself included) don’t go on to join other denominations; is simply because by learning the truth about S.D.A. we learned the true meaning of worship. To Worship God is to live a life everyday worthy of the calling of Jesus the Christ. Once, one begins to have a personal relationship with Jesus the Christ with the Holy Spirit as our guide as we study the Word on a daily basis without any outside sources interfering with the teachings that Jesus gave to them is a blessing from God indeed. I fellowship with a Baptist Congregation sometimes, but personally is not dependent on joining this Congregation to live a life in Christ.

It is sad to read how you base your beliefs on two books (that are clearly written by bitter anti-Adventists) rather than the Bible itself. Shouldn't the Bible be the stick by which we measure whether Ellen White is a prophet? Shouldn't the Bible be the authority and source of inspiration to see the role of the Adventist church? What did you expect to read from people who name their books the way they did, given to you by someone else who left the SDA church...? Something that I have noticed, having been someone leaving the Adventist church myself and now running a KZread channel where I encounter these kinds of comments, there is SO MUCH CONFUSION AND LIES about the Seventh day Adventist church and Ellen White, that gullible people who have not based their faith in the Bible but tradition, as easily deceived by. So much bitterness and superficial reading. It's sad.

@@thechristianlife I don't ever recall denying that God exists, but I have questioned some of the doctrines of my childhood denomination (SDA) many times while growing up and even into adulthood. Long story short... I wandered away from the SDA faith during my mid-late teen years and into my early 20s. Hit bottom (in my own way) and then plunged myself into diligent Bible study for approximately 3 years non-stop. (At least that's how I remember it). During that time, I became convinced the SDA denomination was closer to 'True Biblical Truth' than any other organized religion on the planet. Thus, in my heart, I knew I would never attend any other church. In my mid-20s, I faced some personal challenges that shook my faith to the core. Looking back, I don't think I was spiritually mature enough... I don't know. Bt at that point, I began to embrace more of an Agnostic view of life. By my late 20s and early 30s I had grown quite comfortable with the Agnostic perspective. I believed there was likely a God - I just wasn't sure about much else. For approximately 2 decades I remained in that spiritual place. Then, once again, I faced some personal challenges that 'woke' me up again and helped me to realize the beauty and strength of the SDA beliefs and our interpretation of Scripture. (I'm skipping a ton of details for the sake of space). Bottom line today... I absolutely believe the SDA church to be the remnant. Having said that, our church remains filled with human beings, thus susceptible to imperfection (whether some want to admit it or not). I attend church regularly again and I feel like I'm walking with the Lord in a way I never have before (note, not because of church). Praise God! And I'm much more comfortable with my church now because I'm not there for the 'wrong' reasons and I'm not looking or expecting a perfect church or perfect experience. My faith is in Jesus and what He has done for Me. Yet, I celebrate the Sabbath - so it makes sense to find like-minded people to meet up with on God's Holy Day. Hope this makes sense - it feels rushed and kinda choppy. Anyway, praise God!

I understand that there must be many details to complete the story, but I get the red thread ;P It's so amazing to hear how God was able to reach you even in that time of you having an agnostic view. It's interesting how personal struggles and circumstances, and those kind of big moments in life, have the potential to either shake your faith in a way that it can make you leave, or to experience the opposite and discover things about God or the church you hadn't seen like that before. Thank God that he never gives up, and keeps pursuing us with his love. Thanks for taking the time to share this Joseph :)

Brought up SDA. Left before 20. Regularly my sister tries to convince me of how wonderful everlasting life will be when the dead shall rise. I do not want to be a part of any zombie apocalypse or live forever for goodness sake!

I am a Non Denominational Christian, yet to be baptized However I have spent year studying scripture. I started attending an SDA Church about a year now. Every interaction I have had had been positive, Non Judgemental, Welcoming. These are Good Christian people who Believe in the Trinity.

Then you've never actually experienced the internal workings of the Adventist Church. Any Adventist that is a good person and you can hold a conversation with outside of spiritual things isn't following Ellen White's teachings.

You either didn't read the Bible with an open mind or outrightly lied about doing so. Some of SDA doctrine is debunked by scriptures. Like the Sabbath day law and not eating pork etc many people who read the Bible with honesty did leave SDA. Interesting video by d way

I was born a catholic, raised satanic, was coerced into joining freemasonry which I refused when I found out that to become a 33rd mason you must swear allegiance to satan, then one day I asked God what does vicar of christ mean, the dictionary says he who takes the place of Christ, this proved that the papacy is the antichrist, I joined the Seventh Day Adventist and in Christ's name I rebuked all the former. It's straight forward, rebuke the world and follow Christ, be in the world but not of the world.

Christ promised to preserve his church in Matthew 16. There were no 7th day adventists sects in the early church until the 1800’s. It’s safe to say that if they were in the truth, you should be able to find them throughout the age of the church. They are no different than every sect that pops up post canon of the scriptures who tries to reinterpret the text,

The early church always spoke against Sabbath keeping. But that's just Rome forging documents... Don't mind the documents were from Antioch, Jerusalem, etc 😂

Awesome, praise God was leading you guys to these realizations! During the first 5 mins of your testimony, I actually felt the real problem was that you did not fall in love with the truth. You used words like "we feel" this and "we feel" that, and not really "what we believe the Bible taught". I got really sad when you said you fell into Spiritualism. But praise God, that He led you to these realizations! Church service can be boring, but the truth is what I have fallen in love with, and so I will be an Adventist for the rest of my life no matter what! Teach me how to start video ministry?
