Hollywood doesn't wanna cast Sacha so he created his own sketch that managed to make him so successful and popular, good for him 😂
He was very impressive in "The Trial of the Chicago 7" (2020).
Borat is still my favorite comedy.

If you actually pay attention you’ll see how few things actually get cancelled. It’s crazy what kind of realistic perspectives become available to you when you stop getting everything you learn from Fox news.

Dude's been out of the spot light, for only a few years. There's much worse people out there that have a platform. His whole shtick is about showing how people are when the they think the cameras aren't rolling. So i think there's room for him. The only thing i worry about is him getting sued a lot. Which honestly is fair.
I remember those movies and characters were very popular. I think it's changing of time, atmosphere and expectations of certain groups plus social media cancel culture and such
I struggled with the non-chronological narrative. But still an interesting presentation, thanks.

You forgot his 2020 Netflix limited series "Spy". It was a nail biting true story of undercover espionage. He's a such a good legitimate actor.

No-holds-barred comedy is an endangered/dying breed. Sheeples getting offended easily by the littlest of things is pretty much the norm nowadays. Anything Cohen would do in his skits, would invariably bring out all the armchair Karens after him today.
