I was in San Pancho (actually called San Francisco) a month ago. My friend and I drove there from Puerto Vallarta (1 hr). We lounged, people watched and had some good food and drink. We stayed there the entire day and really loved the vibes! 👍🏽

Thank you so much for posting this video. I am bringing my daughter to surf there. I am thrilled to hear about other mothers bringing their children there to live and go to school. And the fact that I see women surfing, I'll feel so at home. Yes, take a lesson. Long boarding on an egg shaped soft board, so fun. Hey Andy, we will be there 15th - 18th in Romantic Zone, so give me a nice list of places with names. If you are still there, I'll buy you dinner if you'll accept. I loved your story, it made me tear up because I've been there too.

When I was in Sayulita in 2019, I declared that I wanted to learn to surf. I knew I needed more strength and balance to do so, so after a year and a half of regular hikes and yoga, I took a lesson in December when I visited Costa Rica. I am 57! I will surf again next month in Sayulita, so I am in full support of your return to water sports notion.

This was such a terrific view into the area of Sayulita... I think I would personally prefer Las Pancho as well, I like a more low-key vibe with less tourists even though I probably qualify as a tourist I don't like doing most of the touristy type things... More likely to enjoy a walk through and relax with a cup of Mexican coffee or a fruit drink and watch the slower life pass by! I really loved the story of how you helped out the guy at Salt Lake airport.. I have been there a few times so I can imagine how stressful it would be for someone not able to speak the language.. kinda like me in Germany, where I only learned a handful of phrases. Or in Paris when I asked for directions from someone who claimed to know English but sent me on the wrong train.. .LOL ADVENTURES!! :) Please keep these coming.. and about surfing, I think doing some prep is good, laps of swimming in the pool to get stronger first... Then go for it!! :" Life is a daring adventure or nothing" H. Keller
