Fun fact: my bf claps when he is incredibly angry. It's an odd behavior and even he doesn't know why he does it, but I do know that a lot of his behaviors are self taught bc he was neglected as a small child. We crap because a: there is leftover waste from our digestive system. Also b: it's one of our body's ways of getting rid of harmful bacteria. A large portion of crap is actually harmful bacteria. And while we do have more secure ways in our body of getting rid of germs, crapping is the best way of getting rid of as many as possible all once. Expelling toxins and harmful microorganisms can happen through our skin and urine as well, and they do so pretty good, but neither of these methods can do it with the same efficiency. And waste is inevitable from our digestive tract, until we switch to eating only pure nutrient tablets and getting rid of all potential harmful bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms, crapping will always be a big part of our lives.

I've become a pretty strong libertarian in the last year, so I have mixed feelings about Trump. The immigration thing is one of the issues I couldn't care less about. I think ending the welfare state would be far more effective than the wall at stopping illegal immigration. I like what he is doing with market deregulation though. @say hello. Its pretty clear they knew each other from another forum a few years ago and used to talk about politics to some degree which is why seeing him in the comments was a pretty weird coincidence.

This reminds me of one time when I was at lunch in middle school, a group of kids started clapping for no reason (I think as a social experiment) and everyone in the cafeteria started clapping. I was on the other side of the cafeteria so no one at my table knew what was going on but everyone around us was looking around confused and clapping so we did the same thing. It was really funny lol. Idk of it was because we where all 12-14 and really wanted to fit in or if it was part of that group mentality, but it was probably that latter because adults where also doing it.

one time my friend and i started slow clapping in a crowd for no reason and other people started joining in not knowing what they were clapping for and we kept getting faster and faster and people were cheering and we got to the point where we were just clapping as fast as we could and then everyone stopped expecting something to happen but there was just silence

About cocooning: I actually love going to the cinema, especially on the release date of a marvel movie because I often had theater experiences as everyone would clap, laugh, cry, or gasp at the same time. I don’t know if that’s a common trend or if that’s just a “quirk” of this specific marvel-audience. I also noticed I sometimes get the urge to clap out of excitement when watching a really good movie scene even if I’m by myself 😅

It's been six years and I still don't get the "Amazing question!" bit.

He was at VidCon and told them that he wants to do a bit for a video he's working on and gonna have them all in it, so they made that setup like "after I ask this question someone answer with "amazing question" then go wild and all clap together".

You have you watch the video in slow motion and in reverse along with a chrome add on that inverts your screen.

Sometimes when people in a movie clap, I accidentally clap as well, or stop it at the last moment

This is the only channel that’s makes me urge for an awnser to a question I never knew I wanted to ask 😂

Clapping after every name at a graduation regardless of being told to hold applause for all graduates until the end is a power move

I know I'm three years late but "Why do we whistle?" maybe?...
