@@pipppppinKrabi is my hometown. It's quite far away from Bangkok to Krabi about 800++ in kilometres. I always drive Bangkok- Krabi it takes 10-12 hours for 820 K.M. You are awesome.

Thailand is beautiful. That homestay was fabulous. Too bad you didnt get to Laos, but if you do, be sure to visit the city of Luang Prabang . A beautiful city..and the waterfalls of Kuang Si nearby.

I’ve found out the cause of that traffic congestion in Bangkok…a lorry carrying a load of sugar collided with a lorry carrying a load of fruit…that created an awful jam

Mae Sai is my favourite town in Thailand. The mountains around the town are mystical.

Many Thai people drive to France every year . If you want to drive back UK, I can introduce my friend who can arrange the trip.

@Hoxton66 I've heard of Thais driving their cars to France from Thailand, just as you occasionally see European registrations driving to Thailand. It is uncommon though.

Mae Sai is actually a busy boarder town, especially for Thai tourists, don’t think of driving through Myanmar……with their civil war going on now could be hazardous to your health! Enjoy your trip around Thailand!

Impossible, the land borders are closed to foreigners. Only Thais can cross and even they're not allowed very far (only as far as Kengtung, 160km north of the border).

We were there there in the most north of Thailand in December after being to the south of Thailand. The bazaar to the left under the bridge to Burma has some of the cheapest offers anyone can get. Superb video, looking forward to see the next.

Great videos, so interesting to watch, Paddy is crazy cycling all that way but seen people on road here in Oz cycling round Australia so his trip isn’t that big in comparison, shame you couldn’t drive through China as changes your trip so much sadly. Keep on trekking

Hi Chris and Marianne thank you both for your fabulous video I felt a tad sad when paddy went his own way and although you still have a few miles ahead of you until your back home in the uk I find myself thinking I’m going to miss you guys when the videos stop I’ve been on this journey with you for what seems like forever and still enjoying it would love to see your journey on TV eventually you have seen and done more in the last 4 years than some people have done in their complete lifetime 😊

Hi Michael - we too are excited to get back to sleeping in Trudy - but as a living kidney donor my health comes first and the extreme heat is too much for me right now - but we will back in Trudy as soon as the heat goes below 25-30c at night 😉🚐🇬🇧

10:00 when you hear that bird coos, you know that the hot season is here in south-east Asia. It looks like a crow but it has a red long feather at the tail. You may have captured it in the earlier episode.

Wow, i know you guys like to explore but holy hell the route you chose out of Bangkok gave me nightmare. It's like somehow you chose the most crowded streets possible. A direct route on an expressway would probably get you out in an hour outside rush hours

I noticed that you don't wear sunglasses or sun shades for your spectacles in the bright sun. I might get migraine if I do that in Malaysia especially between 11am and 4 pm sometimes 5pm...
