Yes! We summited the evidence and they keep requesting for evidence 2 more times, we review our case online and they said the same RFE. we send an inquire asking if they received or evidence they answered yes they have received. But after 4 months not answer yet ..

Yes it happens to my clients all the time. Now i always send 2 copies of supporting documents (i.e. birth certoficates, marriages, etc) since then i gotten less RFE 's.

How come no time limit for USCIS to respond?

Hi, What happens if I submit my RFE one week last after the due date? My blood work results are taking a bit longer.

Do AOS case by GC holder spouse the same treatment in times and days? Submitted application in late Sep last year, received parole in this June, then RFE for medical exam and I-864 and we submitted it in end June. Further received EAD card last week. RFE letter USCIS mentioned “we need more information from you to make a decision on your case”. What would the estimate timeline be like for approval?

I ve seen a lot of ridiculous RFE's, officers asking for items that we already sent. It's like they are too lazy to look in the file. Naturally i send what they are requesting.

I am filing 130 online, should I send 485 right away or wait for 130 approval, print and send that approval with form 485.

File all the papers together, even you can do your Medical, after you receive the receipt for I-485 apply for travel doc, No fees because you already paid fees for I-485. Good Luck

Hi I got an RFE because on the I 485 I answered no on question 61. Do I need to make corrections just in sections the RFE covers or send a completely new I485

If i the uscis wants me a supporting evidence that its hard to provide or i cant able to have it. Does my lawyer will help me to gather those evidence??

If you go back to Juarez they'll probably deny your entry. Entry without inspection is ground for inadmissibility
