My lawyers didnt send evidence of the relationship with the i-130 they say they work like that when the spouse lives outside the U.S. and the proof is not the same as when the couple live together. Now after 13 months i'm worried that USCIS ask for an RFE and that could cause a delay

I live in United States my fiancé lives in the Philippines we have been dating for 1-1/2 years and we plan to get married in four months. Three days later I received no jail time or anything like that. It was just probation and that was about 10 years ago.
