All actively reviewing means they finally at least looked at your case and want to make themselves and you feel good… that being said, it could be a good sign, but a lot of times nothing happens after that

This was my case I applied for my two daughters Jan 2 ,2022 and the case history only showed receipt of paperwork 6th Jan and actively processing. At the exact 1 year mark to request for updates which was Feb 8, at stroke of midnight I submitted a case inquiry and on the 9th of February less that 24 hrs after, I got an approval notice for both cases. Funny thing 1 case was processed in Texas and the other in California service center, although they were tied. So next case is NVC. I am wishing everyone success in this process and thank you counsel for all your great content.

@@elimar3418 I did a case status inquiry there is a place on the processing times page that provides you a link if your case is outside normal processing time. You put in your case information and it will generate a ticket number.

March 6th I FedEx’d the application for AOS. On March 7th I received my receipt numbers for I-485/I-765/I-131. Today March 11th 2023 I woke up and received another notification (email) saying my case is being actively reviewed. I’d like to state that I had an approved I-130 within 30 days and we sent in my husband’s Medical with the application I filed on March 7th. He has DACA and one legal entry from Advance parole. I will keep you guys updated so you can see a variety of cases and what’s going on. I would also like to note we sent in everything they asked for in one bang. Taxes, pictures, medical, check for fees, bank statements, high school diplomas, former divorce decree (my previous marriage) and of course the support affidavit.

Thank you for the update It’s been 2 months now since my husband and I got reunited.I’m sure most people here would understand what I mean by being separated from your spouse for so long.He applied for the green card since 2019 because he lived in Germany and waited 3 years but didn’t get it until last year when I made research about it I was told there was a professional at the USCIS that could get it done and he got it in less than 3 weeks after I had to pay the service fee of $2000 to the whole process.And now it’s been the best few months of my life ☺

I am a us permanent resident and I did apply to renew my travel document it already been 16 months and every time I check it said case was updated to show fingerprints were taken. USA should be increased the Immigration Yearly VISA CAP. Married daughter and son of usa citizen and siblings of usa citizens wait 14-18 years for immigrant visa it's totally inhumanitarian . unmarried child wait 7 to-9 years. We are requesting to usa government please reform usa immigration policies. please increase yearly visa Cap. #@All the Immigration petitioners and who are waiting for immigrant visa they should be make a campaign before election of USA. Reform immigration policies and Increase Yearly VISA CAP. Then people don't come USA illegal. Send it, you always have to respond to rfe’s! Give them everything they asking for if possible, if you can’t give them exactly all the documents they asking then give me more other documents … hope this helped 👍🏿

Hello there I applied for k1 visa I got noa2 in July (approved case ) and then later they say the department of state sent your case to the USCIS for review what does it mean

My case is 5 minutes away from where I live they ask only for i693 medical exams only not moving for 2 months.

USCIS said Case Approval Was Reaffirmed And Mailed Back To Department Of State (our case was returned by department of state to the uscis ) but uscis reaffirmed it and mailed our petitioner their original approval.also they have mentioned that it was mailed back to the department of state. Hello Sarah the processing time is now even more time. We are in month 10 and our acct now has 6 more months until a decision is made and that just for the I 130. 😩. Supposedly our petition is in the Nebraska Service Center.

My case has just said Received for nearly a year, does this mean anything?

Also I don't know if your team reads these but there are no 1 130 interviews being done out of Lagos. NVC is tricking you by saying be patient. Because nobody knows that they are arguing on who is scheduling the interview. People don't know this so they are not complaining but once they see that they are waiting for nothing to happen. Until noth NVC AND LAGOS EMBASSY GETS IT TOGETHER.

I called USCIS, and they said, I-290B receipt numbers can not be added to the Online account.

Mine was 11 then 7 then 4 3 2months 5 4 3 2 1 week aaaand 7 months again 6-5-4-3-2 months aaaand 8 months again. That is the system. And saying next step go to biometric appointment but there is no appointment notice. No answer till inquiry date!

it's been 3 years but till now, we are waiting for approval.
