MORE MARRIAGE GREEN CARDS APPROVED WITHOUT INTERVIEW | Interview waived for marriage green card

USCIS has been waiving interviews for more marriage-based cases, which is not only rare but also unheard of for conditional green card applicants. Will this pattern stick? Probably not, considering USCIS's previous attempts at clearing backlogs. But this may be your chance to submit a strong marriage-based case before things slow down again, like they did with the EADs in the beginning of 2022.

I just received my approval for AOS (Green Card) approved without an interview for both myself and my child. We filed last October 2022 and we got the approval Jan , 2023 (3 months). We were actually surprised for the quick processing not to mention no interview was required. Praise be to God.

I just didn't see the need and honestly till today still don't understand why people send receipts of regular things people do as evidence. Needless to say, i looked up and watched different videos on KZread about AOS and finally settled and subscribed to your channel prior before i filed. It helped tremendously. I applied on May 23 ,2023 and approval was received on May 19, 2024. I have been married for 3 years but together for 9 years! I was also a DACA recipient since 2012. So they used my biometrics from DACA and sent my visa without having to redo biometric again. I think submitting plenty of evidence really helped to get this done as smoothly as possible. I sent joint bank acc info, health/car insurance, mortgage, 2 years of joint taxes. and plenty of pictures! Thank you for your assistance. Hello Kseniya! Thank you so much again for all your great job. I have been watching a lot of recurses before submitting my case, but after I found you, I didn’t need any help. Your videos 100% enough guide how to successfully move through process. In this comment I want to give few words about what just happened to me. I submitted my case July 2021. Had Biomedical appointment in October 2021, and received my work authorization in February 2022. After that total silence till invitation to the interview in November 2022. We passed interview very weird. It feels like officer was not interested to talk to us at all. I by myself was offering her documents I brought with me, because she even was not asking anything 🤔. Was really fast. And after miracle happened 😮!!! We had interview on November 22nd. On November 23rd I received my Green Card approve. And on November 25th my card was printed out 😮!!! After of more than one year waiting it was shocking and unbelievable! So, yes it’s true that Emigration moving cases more fast now compare to the last few years!

Hello Kseniya. Finally got my green card approved. It was dec 2022 when they ask me to mail my medical so i did. I took photo as proof that i mailed it sealed and upload online. I was waiting and nothing happened. Then last week the case officer called me to inform that my medical was lost 😢 Good thing is he helped me and instruct me to bring a copy of the original medical. So i would advice to everyone to always have a back up of ur files and photo as proof that u did ur part. After i bring the copy of my medical they informed me that it was approved. We didnt have interview but they lost my medical and the good thing is i have proof that i send it. Just sharing so it would be a lesson to everybody to always have a back up of ur files and everything u send to uscis .

However I recently got an email from the uscis field office in my area for the opportunity to submit additional evidence as my case had completed pre-processing at the main office and is being considered for waived interview, the options was submit more information or they review what I already sent in and if it’s not enough to them they would send a RFE or intent to denied, I submitted more evidence but now I received a notice that an interview is scheduled. Any advice or have you heard of similar situations before?

Was your child born in the states? If your child was born in the US, even though both of the parents (you and your wife), are not US citizens- your child IS. Anyone who is born in the US is automatically a US citizen. You just need to get a passport and social security for the baby. If the baby was born outside of the US- you should do more research on that or consult with the lawyer. Best of luck.

I just submitted my I-130 and it says "actively being reviewed". I thought that it would take months before it would be "actively being reviewed". Could it be because we have been married and living together abroad for more than 10 years?

We finally got our i-130 approved and our case has been moved to NVC. It had an estimated date of end of October, but since October it had said "taking longer to process than normal". It was torture waiting. Now we are gathering financial and civil documents for i-864 and DS-260. One tip!! GET UP TO DATE ON IRS TAX FILING. Since I make so little money (less than $6000 a year) I didn't think that I needed to file now I'm paying an accountant to get things in order. (We did consular processing from Argentina)

I got my green card approved yesterday! No interview either!! It took about 5 months. So I wanna thank you because I did it all myself and your videos were super helpful and made this complicated process somewhat easier. So thank you thank you thank you 🤍🥺

Congratulations!!! May I ask where did you file your I-485? Also, did you send your I-693 together with your application? I recently applied in Columbus, OH and hoping the process goes quickly too.

@@angeMendez1 Dallas, Texas! And yes, I did send my I-693 with my big package. I highly recommend doing it. I never got my 765 or 131 though, they went straight to approve my 485 lol. Good luck 🤍

Hola Ximena! queria saber si te aprobaron la i130 a la par con la i485? o cuanto tiempo tuviste que esperar después de que aprobaran la i130? Nosotros enviamos ambos formularios juntos
