My friend (guy) was working as a caregiver to a very difficult elderly patient, he gets very physical to my friend and even called 911 kicked out the apt and accused him of stealing this patient is demented and my friend had to call a help from the building manager shaking and went up to the apt with the police to talk to the abusive patient both verbal and physical that it gets my griend stressed out and developed anxiety. Can he qualified for T VISA?

My VAWA was approved on November 2021 and the finger print was applied on the i485 in February 2022 . since then upto now no more update nor approval of i485. when can I call please?

If you have divorced in sept 2020, you had to file for VAWA before sept 2022. It is a delay of 2 years after the divorce. I think it is too late

I have a problem regarding my married life, my husband he is living in IOWA USA and he wish me to file a divorce, and then he don't want me to have from his legalities it's because I'm here in Philippines. This is why I just waited out the regular process and got jobs far away from ‘home’. The VAWA felt like it was going to be a longer sentence for me.

Call USCIS daily to check and get an update and ask if you can re apply since you’re suspending that your application got forgotten or something
