Hello, I want to fill a case (vawa) for my sister . She is currently out of status (b2) and married with a US citizen but her husband abused her all time sometimes physically as well. She also called police once but she took her report back. Can she be eligible for the vawa case. Also can you speak Urdu or translator. Because my English is not good enough. I applied for vawa but my lawyer didn’t ask me for a self declaration the only thing to support my case I guess was the psychological evaluation other than that they didn’t ask for any other proof 😢

I’ve got marry to a USC citizen I’ll find out he lie to me since few weeks after we got marry I’ll have to babysit M- F my child Wich is he’s daughter from hes previous relationship. He’ll never support me financially always makes excuse so many painful memories that he cause me Please what happen if he left me to another state without any answer I’ll don’t know if he’s file for divorce or not and my time was delay everything it’s late .
