Hello Ms.Rahman! What are the various documents that one needs to carry for attending the F31 Visa Interview?
Can someone apply for VAWA. If you’ve they been deported? And re- enter the country illegally? Or can they apply abroad?
I believe u coz I have seen it at USA embassy in Africa where I was for my interview as gay couple I have seen something was wrong with everything from the time I was called to present documents and later for both interviews I had until my case sent back to uscis to review
Is both husband and wife will go to attend the green interview or only applicant ?

We had our interview at the Rio embassy after waiting 16 months and were hit with a DS-5535… she’s a Brazilian not a terrorist. This makes no sense and we are heartbroken.

in some cases its a delay tatic doesnt mean automatic denial
Disusgting they they didn't show compassion, or even just professionalism, to your clients knowing what they've been through.
