Hello Ozi. Thanks so much for this piece. I just got an RFE notification which I'm expecting to have in my mailbox anytime soon. I have been disheartened since the I got yo know that my I-140 processing has been paused. Your advise gives me hope though and I am optimistic that my response would be pleasing to the USCIS.

Thank you for your insights. In my RFE there are some contradictional things. For example they accept my education, qualification and licenses (and consider my education as enough), they rely on the letters from experts in the field those I provided. But in the outputs they ask to provide diplomas, licenses or other evidence of enough education, letters from experts in the field. They accepted that I had a strong merit, but not accepted evidences of national iportance and that I was well positioned. It looks like they had doubts about some item in my petition and they just copied and pasted all the list of necessary evidence from Dhanasar's Matter in the outputs.

Thank you for sharing your experience with your RFE on your eb2niw petition. It sounds like the USCIS was somewhat inconsistent in their requests for evidence. t is not uncommon for USCIS to issue RFEs with seemingly contradictory requests, and it can be frustrating to deal with. I have seen lots of RFE requests and the section on the type of evidence seems generic. For national interest try to use articles that back up your proposed endeavor. Recommendation letters form independent sources help too.. To show you are well positioned spend time talking about your training and experience as well as everything that makes you exceptional IIt's important to carefully review the RFE and address each of the requests in a clear and concise manner. It sounds like you are making progress with your eb2niw petition, and I wish you the best of luck with your application.

I received a RFE on Oct 19, 2023. My limit date is Nov 21, 2023. I sent my RFE with the USPS. The USPS number tracker says that they already delivered my RFE package on Nov 9, 2023. My USCIS account doesn't say that they received my RFE. I have only 7 days left. What can I do? Should I submit a copy of all my RFE again ONLINE or should I wait. Because if they don't see my package before Nov 21, they will deny my I-485. What can I do?

I've done an unpaid internship that is closely related to my field of study. my attorney suggests to ask my employer to issue an verification letter, does that work well in this case or any other documents I can gather?

Did you receive an RFE and have you received the notice in the mail?

I could not understand. This topic should be related to medical REF but you talked about advanced documents related to bachelors and etc. Should we mail our bachelor's with the medical document? and you talked about eligibility for acceptance of your petition in the US and something like this. really everything is confusing. Eventually, this is related to medical? because eligibility is a step before medical!?

Those to who it relates to understand perfectly. This video is very clear. If this video confuses you, then I don't think you should be doing an NIW on your own. I recommend working with a lawyer for better chance of success.
