I received a RFE . I’m an asylee and applied for my green card and I forgot to send my physical exam. I went and did my physical and sent it but my case haven’t been updated. It just says that the request for evidence was received and they are back to working on my case again but they haven’t updated it for months .

My mom got a rfe before the interview exactly as you said. Uscis asked for proof of marriage such as leases, bank statements, properties together, affidavits of support etc Also, they requested the rfe for medicals but they expected that. Their lawyer said it’s not a big deal because they submitted almost a year ago so maybe they just want an update. Should I tell them to change lawyers?

I would Send the same exact documents they initially sent and send more, meaning the most updated documents, for example more recent bank statements with actual transactions of bills or purchases, whatever recent they go since they last sent the previous send more stuff!

Send what they asked for , no more or less . Be patience too as they updated green card outlook and design with latest version of updates . That’s might be reason of delay

i applied for n400 and passed the interview, then after 3 days i received a ltter for RFE stating that "You must provide evidence that you worked for your petitioning employer" but the sad part i didnt work my petitioning employer what should i do? i only have one of the RFE list they asking for. hope you i can get an answer soon, i got till July 2024 to respond. thank you for helping us

90% cases get RFE , I got too and submitted as they asked , they received on 9 November 2022 and I am still wait for their approval of Green card . As I heard it takes 120 days to approve and deliver green card but I see the status that no further evidence required by USCIS , it’s under review since 9 November 2022 till date 7 march 2023 . What should i do or how long it can take max ?????😢 ✍️🙌.I am in Texas

What if my fiancé had everything at interview and Consular didn’t even want to see the documents? Then got a letter stating case being sent back to USCIS for review or possible revocation?

Dear Mr. Hacking, My sister applied for I-130 request on 30-Dec-2008 for 3 sisters and me (1 brother). In 2010, USCIS asked for additional evidence (My Birth Certificate, which was also provided with the initial submission). However, my sister again immediately posted my birth certificate to USCIS. The worrying issue is that when we check the status of our case on USCIS website, it still shows that request for additional evidence. When my sister called USCIS to update the correct status. The USCIS acknowledged receiving the documents and told her to ignore the website message. It will update automatically in future, but till now (Mar 2023) it has not. Should we ignore the old additional evidence message as USCIS informed us or is there any action required for us?

We 11 months into USCIS for cr1 we didn’t send bank transfers between us or letters from family or friends. We send pics , chats,calls . I added hubby on my 401k, Life insurance and my taxes . And proof of all my travels to South Africa, I sent proof I met my hubby 8 times , that includes meeting in Thailand for our honeymoon. Should I upload the bank transfers showing we sent money to each other ?

What is you get an RFE just to submit the i-693 to make a final decision? For me it sounds that the interview has been waived. I received a previous a courtesy notice saying that I needed to provide the 693 at the interview.

I got RFE a couple months ago and already submitted all he documents in August but the thing is I only sent the paperwork with the coversheet of the notice( containing the unique number) instead of the whole noice which contains 7 pages. Can I be denied?

In my case I do not have enough evidence we just submitted a little bit of paperwork because honestly I've been with my girl for 11 years but we usually do not take pictures Or have bills under our name together We'll see what happens We got married almost 3 years ago She is the one petitioning me

I received a letter from USCIS for birth certificate translation I applied online my i130 application do I need to upload the cover letter that they send me or only the birth certificate and the translation

I got married in 2021 April and we submit files in July same year (but didn’t submit the medical exam), after that I received my work permit few month after. Now in 2023 may 7 they requested me RFE my medical exam, and my partner they also ask for more proof of marriage. We gather all documents and send ir June 1. How long does it take to make a decision? And if so, it is true that when you have two year married already they send the green card by mail with no interview?

I received an RFE. RFE generated on 27th Oct, I send reply on 2nd Nov, USCIS updated that they received it on 13th Nov. hope not that much delay. In my RFE Response, I spoon feed them each and every point. I replied in a way that a dumb person will understand what I am trying to say

They denied my case because I send the evidence it’s doesn’t have my name on it, it’s was a receipt I pay IRS online I just screenshot the receipt and sent it to them they denied me for that

Hi, I have question if you don't mind helping. my fiance is sponsoring a K1 visa she hired an immigration lawyer for the visa process we did everything as the paralegal mentioned but when we got our NOA1 letter we noticed that my birthdate was not correct i don't know if it was paralegal mistake or the USCIS the paralegal said she was going to contact them to fix but I am little skeptical if this is possible 🤔 what happened from now on we get RFE and slowed down?
