Please help, I'm an 19 year old male and am an US citizen. I got married in Bangladesh where legal age of marriage for man is 21 years old. Meaning my marriage was not recognized by Bangladesh law. Can I still file the spouse visa or should I consider K-1 Visa since technically we are not married by law. Don’t want to wait almost 1.5 years to turn 21 then apply and wait another 1 year to be/live with her.

I actually agree with Trump on this particular issue; its the only issue I agree with him on. But I think its a cynical ploy. The logistics of it are actually impossible. The only way it could be done is if America becomes an actual police state and every law enforcement agency and the military is involved. But then again, maybe thats his real goal.

This is my exact case. I filed for a change of status and it ended up being denied after 10 months. I exited the US soon after I got the notice and now two different embassies have denied my visa petitions. This is after a very long history of compliance. I was absolutely not expecting this to happen otherwise this idea would have never come to my mind. On the website at the time it said that the expected wait time was two months. It of course wasn't true. I kept calling USCIS telling them that my stay permit was expiring or had expired and they would keep repeating that my stay was lawful and there was nothing to worry about. There was a lot to worry about apparently. I am now paying for their false promises, inefficiency and false reassurances.

This video is horrible. You haven’t heard all the horror stories. How is it illegal immigrants get thousands of dollars in tax paper money and get all the benefits. I watched a video where this black lady cried about how an illegal immigrant can buy her food truck because the government is paying for it. She said she worked hard to save up 25k to buy that truck couldn’t get a loan but the government hands over American tax dollars to people who one didn’t come in legally but also never paid a dime into the system. U have people living of social security USA suffering. Here in Canada we have the same problem. We had record high immigration and they all coming from one place India. They cheat the system. They come take jobs get in higher position and only hire their own, wouldn’t u consider that racism or discrimination. also a portion of their salary is paid for but the government. Companies hire them because they are subsidized to. They have terrible customer service skill can’t speak good English and they don’t assimilate to Canadian culture. As a black woman I hope America votes right. If I was in power I would deport and close the boarders. What’s coming for this world none of u all realize. This system is designed and planned and it’s going according to plan.

I've applied under the 3 year rule but because of delays and when we filed for AOS, received by green card after the 2 year conditional period and therefore didn't need to ROC.
