Genetic factors are also important in Sleep cycle.I know people who are sleeping only 4 in night yet high performer..Not every person need 8 hr sleep...but it is also fact that many people need 8 hours of sleep.
I usually sleep 6 to 7 hours and yet perform well next day... If you are sleeping 8 hrs per day, you wasted 1/3 of your life....keep it to max 7

8 gante bahut jyaada hai 4 gnate perfect han muje esa lagta hai kanyuki agar 8 humne sone mai lgaa diye to humaara bahut samay barbaad ho jaayega, itne 4 ganto mai bahut work kar sakte hai. Or mai be 11 standard se 4 gante hi soti hun muje kuchh nahi huaaa

You are wasting more time while wake state which you could have used for sleeping or giving the body rest
we medicos in final proff time only sleeps for 2-4 hrs per day and nxt day we are fully alert and this happens for 1.5 to 2 months duration
1/3rd of your life goes to sleep. That's ridiculous. 6.5 hours is the optimum.
This is a myth.... It's depend on person to person.... If u r okay with 4hrs of sleep thn u can..... There are people successful even with less thn 4hrs of sleep..... It's only a habit

It takes a lot to become Sadhus my friend. We're not there yet. Sleep is extremely important for your next days performance.

@hrithiksonu5836 I won't sleep that much but my point is that we should focus on quality. If we sleep for 8hrs a day we are gonna waste 1/3rd of our life. And as human loves sleep. I don't. I feel that I need to wake up and work
