He said he would do the Ehrman side by side comparison of the synoptic gospel stories, but has since retracted that statement and said he has talked to his pastor and he couldn’t remember what his pastor had said, but that everything was ok and not to worry about it 😂 so much for red-pilling that m’fer

There are four accounts of the life of Jesus, therefore they must be true? Actually, there are several that never made the final cut, but that's not the issue. There are five accounts of the myth of Jason and the Argonauts (Apollonius, Pseudo-Apollodorus, Valerius, Hyginus & the Orphic Argonautica). Does that make the quest for the Golden Fleece true?

For something that knows everything it doesn't seem too smart, but he is, so it must be a trick or game that it already knew how it ends.

Greek stories often began with the phrase "in those days", much as we begin stories with "once upon a time". The gospel of John begins with "in the beginning." The gospels of Matthew and Mark have the phrase before the story of Jesus's baptism, suggesting that they originally started there (meaning Matthew's nativity story was added later). Luke is special, and actually was involved in the decision to create the Bible. First of all, Luke contains "in those days, Caesar declared...". That is, Luke originally started with the nativity of Jesus. But the idea of creating the Bible came from Marcion, who didn't believe in Jesus's nativity. So Marcion took a copy of original Luke with the nativity story removed, as well as most of the Epistles of Paul, and went to Rome to propose that these documents become the Bible. Marcion was excommunicated as a heretic, and the nativity story of John the Baptist was added. Then the Pope added his introduction to the final versions of Luke and Acts. This is why the Roman Catholics say they wrote the Bible.

The Acts of the Apostles ("Acts") is heavily edited from its original version. The original ending was the martyrdom of Jacob (James), but he was renamed to Stephanos ("Crown" of the martyr) and moved up. The priest who did this apparently felt guilty and left a clue: in Stephanos' final speech he mentions Joseph's tomb bought by Abraham. Now everyone in Israel/Palestine knows Joseph's tomb was bought by Jacob, so reading that error would prompt "Wait a minute, that's Jacob!". Why this was done reveals the hidden history of Christianity. Jacob was martyred in 62 CE. Before then, Paul, followed by Peter, went to Rome. But in Acts the story of Ananias and Saphira precedes the martyrdom of "Stephanos". This is why Peter went after Paul, and this is why Jacob was martyred when Peter left town. There are only two people in Acts named Ananias: the high priest, and Paul's buddy. Paul's buddy and his wife attempted to join the church in Jerusalem, in which Jacob was bishop. The rule was after passing 3 years' probation, donate all liquidated wealth to the church. Ananias and Saphira didn't do that, and were killed (by Peter, who was in the spirit). Peter ran an assassination bureau. Its members were known only by him, and took orders only from him. So when Peter left town, the threat of the assassination bureau left with him. In his Epistle to the Phillipians, Paul drops some interesting names: Clement and Epaphroditus. Nero's right hand man was named Epaphroditus, and he was a member of the Household of Caesar, which was responsible for military finances. Clement tells us what happened to Peter and Paul. Peter went to Rome, was arrested, tried and convicted, made his witness and was executed (another contemporary source dates Peter's execution to October 64 CE, after the Great Fire of Rome). Clement says Paul went on to Iberia, and was executed in June 68 CE, after Nero committed assisted suicide with the help of Epaphroditus. The end of Acts is a trip report of the travels of Paul, told in 1st person, interspersed with miraculous accounts, told in 3rd person. Obviously the miracles were added after the trip report was written. But the trip report is not complete; there is a hole where Paul goes to Jerusalem, then goes to Rome under the protection of a Centurion. The missing part is likely Paul's trial in the Jerusalem church for his part in the crimes of Ananias and Saphira. What Paul was doing on his missionary journeys was fund raising for the Jerusalem church. Therefore, the church was unwilling to just let Peter deal with Paul. But Paul had to go, and the Centurion was his protection (attacking a Centurion would have massive repercussions).

The start of John is a plagiarism of text from Philo of Alexandria. A number of the stories that Philo wrote of before the gospels were copied and used in the new testament including the crown of thorns and King of the Jews narrative. Not very original these early scripture writers.

He can’t admit the gospels are anonymous because it’s against the rules ( in his mind ) The names on the gospel’s just appear ( poof ) In much later copies but do not appear on early copies. He’s been exposed to this information he quotes Bart Ehrman ( in some of his calls ) who’s seen the copies I just mentioned. Theistic biblical scholars just say those names are attributed to tradition. And when pressed fully admit we don’t know who wrote them. So this detective case for the Bible he’s doing is impossible and no atheist would care. So he might as well talk to himself, at home with a script for both sides 🤷‍♂️

1 - Nobody says “Nothing” - all the matter & energy in the universe was condensed in a single dense point, which suddenly expanded. We cannot observe anything before the Planck Time, so we have no idea what was “before” the expansion or what caused it. 2 - The Miller-Urey experiments & multiple more recent studies show that Abiogenesis is at least a Possible mechanism for Life to arise from non-living material. Also, a Single Cell is “simple” when compared to all multicellular life. 3 - There’s absolutely NOTHING “digital” about DNA. It’s a Polymer molecule made up of 4 nucleotides. The only reason we now say it is ANALAGOUS to a “code” is because Humans figured out what those 4 different bases are & labelled them A, T, G & C. We then later realised that those 4 bases did different things depending on the order they were arranged within the molecule. You seem to be missing the main issue though. You may not believe those things can happen Naturally, but if you want to say “God did it” - you would need to; 1 - Demonstrate that a God actually exists. 2 - Demonstrate that it actually has the ability to do any of those things.

A 500 year old drunkard building a boat in the middle of the desert? A man surviving 3 days in the belly of a whale or fish? Moses parting the Red Sea? Aaron's walking stick turning into a snake? Horns knocking down stone walls. Samson has the strength of ten men and then has that robbed from him because of a haircut? Lot's wife instantly being turned into salt? All the dead in Jerusalem climbing out of their graves and walking the streets? These are bat crap crazy stories with not a shred of evidence proving any of it.
