Not all over Europe the food is so genuine ... Italy is clearly above all, but you can find a great culinary culture in all Mediterranean countries too

Because most prefer quantity and low price over quality, unfortunately. However, you can find some Italian food gems here and there (New York, Philly, Dallas...).

I was supposed to arrive in Bologna for the first time on June 4th. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, I had to cancel. I will live my vacation through your beautiful video!

Awww I’m sorry to hear that, one thing is for sure I think we all have the itch to travel as soon as we can! I do!

My fathers family used to import a lot of their meats and cheese from Bologna and i loved it .Being half Sicilian myself, I miss my Father cooking which was always good and this so reminded me of him. Again as always GREAT VLOG!

Bologna is superb, best Italian food

As I watched you I felt FAINT... because I want to be there so bad... and the foods... and the breads... and the wonderful people you find! Who was filming for you? I hope they were able to eat also :) THIS street, it SPOKE to me. I must know more, because we must go. My dh of 42+yrs can eat anything at anytime and he loves it all- yet he is tall and thin and never gains an ounce. I do love that he will eat anything, and usually loves it, always wanting to try new things :) This was the most incredible video Mark Felice, I know I must know more. I will research... Thank you so much, you always lift me up with your travels and by being able to meld into the scene with people wherever you go! What a gift!

We lived in Frankfurt, Germany for over 3 yrs long ago, best thing that ever happened to us! Once you take your first trip across land, seas, air, you will never be the same- it changes you in the best ways :)

EURO TROTTER Hi Mark, happy to give you our thoughts... it was well produced, beautifully filmed segment. Well scripted, with excellent B Roll overlaying the information you were giving. Also, Davide was very good; sharing behind the scenes in the kitchen and explaining the different bread made us miss Italy. We loved hearing about the different parts of the prosciutto and the markings on it. I think it helped that Davide loved sharing the information so it was a interesting interview - very natural chat. When you spoke about the Mortadella and the BYO meat bar, my husband said, oh I wish I had more time in Bologna. Then the discussion about the Simone meat platters and focaccia was mouthwatering, the close ups of the food really helped. Great music. You are a natural at chatting to people and explaining the food. One of my other favourite vlogs similar to this style was #1 BEST PIZZA in NAPLES.

If I told you that I literally walked in the night before and met Davide for the first time and that he was so incredibly gracious and welcoming and proud to have us show how amazing Simoni is and to take me down the street to his fellow merchants to showcase their businesses...this is why I love what I do...it's these unplanned moments that create the most memorable experience and that I love sharing with everyone!

Thanks Corey! We use a variety of equipment...on this shoot we used GoPro Hero 7 and Panasonic Lumix GH5, as well as DJI Mavic Air Drone.

I'll Go only For the food and the hole Ambiance about it. Every Year For 2 weeks to Bologna.

No bat soup or wet market there ... ❤️ ITALY 🇮🇹

Mh no, they are not. While it cannot be said for the entire area, downtown Bologna is booming despite all the complexities caused by the pandemic. Some factories closed, that's true, but mostly due not lack of innovation and growth (sad, but nothing to do with the city itself). Otherwise, Bologna is growing into a very well managed touristic city, with a strong food, culture and tertiaty economy

please, when you talk about Italy avoid the mandolin! does old
