ULTIMATE Italian Food Tour 🇮🇹| Bologna, Modena, Parma, Cinque Terre, Florence
Join me as I take you through my culinary journey through some of Italy’s most renowned food destinations: Bologna, Modena and Parma of Emilia Romagna, the “Path of Love,” Cinque Terre, and the Tuscan, Renaissance capital, Florence. From the Ragu Bolognese and Prosciutto Ham to a kilo of Mozzarella overlooking the sunset kissing the coast of Manarola, I couldn’t get enough. This trip was a quick but fruitful one, jam-packed with flavour, richness and history.

If you go north of Liguria, in Piemonte, there are a lot of great places to have amazing food (Cuneo, Torino, Asti, Alba). In particular Asti, where I come from, they have an annual food feast in Semptember (Sagre d'Asti) where every small village surrounding the province competes with their own receipe. Also you must check the Douja d'Or, which is a wine festival where people from all around Europe visit.

Grazie mille!
I'm from Modena but funny enough I've visited some of the featured food stops in Florence and Manarola too 😅. Good video, I must point out a couple of things tho: - in Parma you were talking about tortellini, but the video showed tortelloni. Two very different things. - In Bologna you said tortellini are their thing. Nope nope nope, tortellini are from Modena. - and did I see the use of parmesan on the pasta with fish in Cinque Terre?! No parmesan on fish!!!! Other than that, good video, thanks for highlighting out beautiful regions.

how did the coffee number 11 blend hold up how was it

Pretty solid. It was quite a balanced blend, although I do tend to prefer single origin beans with more fruity notes.
