Hello Tim, Dennis, and Nala! It's wonderful to see your visit to Bologna, and all the great food! Tim's melon ricotta looks so interesting, and delicious! I'm also so happy that Dennis found licorice gelato. How wonderful! We had a small ice cream shop near us when I was a child. It had licorice ice cream. It was fantastic! I got it all the time. I miss it. It also makes me happy to see Nala with you, even at the restaurants. Have a great weekend! Thanks for your video.

We had so much amazing food in Bologna. It was such a nice surprise this city 🥰 and yesssss I totally get why you would get the licorice ice cream all the time. I would too 😊🍨. Hug from us. Have a great weekend ❤️

Just found your channel, and had to watch since we were in Bologna last year. We had some of the best food ever in the city, and even did a food tour that was fantastic. I am subscribing to your channel and going to check out your other videos too.

@@stufr.travel I have so many favorites, so I can't list one! LOL For cappuccino and delicious pastry in the morning - Caffe Terzi! Delightful. For lunch, 100% loved what we had at Sfoglia Rina and wish I could have it at least once every week - we had the lasagna and the tortellini dishes also. Then for apertivo, I definitely recommend Zerocinquinto - fantastic drinks, delicious food! Then, I highly recommend Antica Osteria Romagnola for dinner! It was a food lover's paradise! Get the roast suckling pig - it's an experience for sure! For gelato, you have not had a good pistachio until you have the Brontolo at Gianni! I would plan a trip to Bologna just to eat that again!

@adventuresforthecurious OMG you just made me miss Bologna even more. We also need to go back. But this year plans are full 🫣. But one day for sure. So much more to explore 🙌. Thanks so much for your favorites and tips.

Good evening guys from SG! Im truly enjoying your Italian series. One of my best memories was having tripe stew in Brunate ❤ Bologna food looks wonderful though i must say that tortellini in soup at the start doesnt look like much 😮 I esp love seeing the two mercado 😊😊

The mercatos were absolutely amazing. I get what you mean about the tortellini. I thought the same, but I wanted to try it because it is from Bologna. And I was sooooo surprised. It was sooo good. I actually made it at home also afterwards. It is very simple but that makes it super nice. Have a great weekend 🥰

Every time you talk about pasta Bolognese, a Bolognese grandmother dies. Pasta Bolognese doesn't exist!

Quella che hai visto non è Bologna ! Sono nato e vissuto a Bologna, ma la tradizione la puoi trovare solo in casa dei veri bolognesi!

Never tortellini with ragù!!!

What is the most common way it is eaten? No sauce at all? We loved the “in brodo” version. We make it at home now too 😊
