超无聊超多余的一步,广东人清蒸鱼如果要这样弄,都不用吃了,还下水烫一下,真的真的很无语!!还说是大厨·····看着想笑!

魚身處理乾淨(魚鰓/魚鱗/血褐) 魚身墊蔥段 撒鹽鋪薑片 蒸熟去薑片 魚身放蔥辣絲 淋上熱油 即可(家常 無需過度加工)

老广看了要气死。蒸鱼中葱姜蒜绝对不能放,辛辣味会破坏鱼本身的鲜味。

不知所謂!廢柴!多餘!
过度腌制失原味鲜味,失败的做法,浪费了一条鲜鱼。🐟新鲜,清水洗干净,用干手帕或纸巾把鱼摸干水分,改刀后放姜片清蒸12-15分钟(看鱼的大小),把蒸鱼水倒叼,再把姜葱丝放鱼上面淋热油,最后淋蒸鱼豉油。
