I am Chinese, In fact, chefs always knock the fish out before they start cutting, it's like anesthesia, but this method will not show in videos. So you can see the fish is calm. Everyone know this method in China.

第一次看你的頻道，雖然你的煮法一定非常惹味，但對於我這樣零經驗的新手，煮這條魚應該要一個鐘以上😂，分分鐘魚蒸熟了，要準備的備料和醬汁還未搞掂，不過沒辦法，再困難都要學，畢竟吃外面的東西都已經吃到怕怕了🥲

I don't like knowing that you gutted the fish while it is still alive. I know it is said it will taste better but still think it's cruel. We should be respectful and handle this scarifice that animals become food for us as humanely as possible. Give thank. With good seasoning and innovative methods of cooking them are what make it delicious.
