The attention to women's sports is truly focused on the girls who are proud of who they are and their fans support is incredible. America's national treasure is on full display and that is the reason why Americans are supporting these women in sports. Proud of all of them.

The biggest takeaway is that they decided this Freshman Matchup deserved the first National Broadcast game in 25 years! It's a shame they didn't play in the same conference and meet twice a year.

Conferences are driven by football. UConn is stuck in the Big East. The B1G and SEC schools are getting all the $ now. It’s going to be hard for the small conferences to keep up.

This just shows the Clark critics wrong about the fact that you have to win a national championship to be great. You have to have a great team behind you to win.

Most NBA players have not won NCAA championships and many are great. Christian Laetner won a championship, an Olympic gold medal, was drafted by the NBA 3rd overall and absolutely sucked at the pro level.

It's crazy that just 4 years ago was the first game ESPN aired of WNCAA. Just 4 years ago. Fast forward to today and every network is scrambling to air these games. I mean, to go from literally zero veiwers for an Elite game 4 years ago to 12.3Million (higher than the any men's games) viewers for this years Elite 8 game (15+M for the Final 4), shows just how impactful Caitlin has been to the sport. 100 years from now, her legacy will be that she literally, siinglehandedly, propelled the women's game (ncaa and wnba) to the juggarnaut that it is becoming.

2024 - "Neither played their normal game" ??? Clark played better than normal, she dished -off most of the winning points to her team. Assists are her strong point. How many assists did Bueckers contribute to a "win" ?

Geno being Geno. lol Clark scored 21, Bueckers w/ 18 and Aliyah w/ 18. But what ended the game was Kate’s 2 turnovers (ball slipped out of her hands), then Anna Makurat nailed double 3-pointers in the last 2 mins, I think.

For the record, CC shot 7/21 from the field and 4/12 from 3, terrible. moreover, she banked in a 3 from the CORNER, a totally lucky shot. She should have shot 6/22 and 3/12, absolutely horrendous. She also had only 5 assists and 3 rebounds.....and 5 TOs! Paige shot 7/18, but 2 were half court heaves ending periods. So, basically she 44% from the field and 50% from 3, and had 9 boards, 8 assists and only 2 TOs. More importantly, Iowa was a big underdog but they hit a 3 to cut the lead to single digits half way through the 4th. Now all the pressure was on UConn, so Paige nailed a 3. Iowa came right back down and hit another 3 to cut it to single digits again, and Paige answered again with another 3 to put Uconn back up by double digits and that was it. CC didn't score in the entire forth qtr until a minute left ( in your "highlights ") on a drive that Bueckers did not contest, not wanting to foul. That's it, 2 pts in the 4th on an uncontested layup after the game was decided.....in a contest that as within 8 points in the 4th, twice, when the stars needed to step up to advance to the elite 8. Paige did, twice, to break their backs. CC shrank to nothing.

I think they are both straight. I’ve heard Paige has a boyfriend. And I’ve heard her give thanks to God, so I think they are both Christians. It’s not your place to judge people, that’s God’s job. You aren’t God. You can’t even say Adolf Hitler is in hell, that’s not your job. God is all powerful and all merciful.

You need to delete that trash comment. If true, it's classless, and if not true, it's just plain slander. But at this point, that is what I expect from "Christians". Jesus is in heaven vomiting all over the place because of your disgusting representation of Biblical principals.
