Even though Stephen Miller was in High School at the time, you can obviously tell he was probably in his 11th or 12th year (doubtful he's 15 as the WH claimed) by the looks of him with that beard. This part of the speech is nothing to be proud about. Miller was sick and tired (as he said) of the janitor asking him to pick up his own trash and said that it's the janitors job to do so, which is a ridiculous statement. Either Stephen's parents didn't teach him to clean up after himself ie teach him to throw away his trash in the trashcan OR Stephen simply doesn't care about littering and wants people to pick up after him because he's a lazy pig. What he said may have been a joke to him, but it's wasn't a joke to most sane people and I didn't hear anyone laugh, and I certainly didn't laugh myself. Miller comes off as someone who's disturbed and very angry, and always looks and acts foolish when he's interviewed to represent Trump.

There is no video if you can listen for two seconds. She said she tried getting asking the former Santa Monica high school but they don't have it. These clips are all that remains from people who went to high school with help have left. Nobody paid any attention to him because he sucks.
