What Will Happen If You Eat 20 Almonds Every Day?

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

How to Improve Your Health and Appearance Naturally
Scientists have proved that regular consumption of seeds and nuts, including almonds, is incredibly good for your health and appearance. How much of those is enough to stay young and healthy? What will happen if you actually start eating them every day - will it have more benefits or dangers for your health?
The health benefits of almonds 0:46
Countless studies have shown that these nuts not only normalize lipid levels in the blood, they also reduce the risk of developing cardiovascular disease in patients with diabetes. Almonds are a true miracle for helping you lose weight as well since they lower the level of fat in the body.
How flax, sesame and pumpkin seeds are good for you 1:56
Flax seeds are great for your health because their chemical composition basically multitasks at improving all kinds of bodily systems at once. The chemical composition of sesame seeds decreases blood pressure, effectively preventing stroke, heart attack, and kidney failure. Pumpkin seeds contain a huge amount of arginine, which helps dilate the blood vessels, thus, improving circulation and preventing hypertension.
The health benefits of walnuts 3:57
The minerals contained in walnuts lower the risk of developing both cardiovascular disease and coronary heart disease. Plus, they have a natural chemical called tocopherol, which is highly effective at minimizing symptoms associated with age-related disorders and protecting men from prostate cancer.
Why sunflower seeds are good for you 4:34
Sunflower seeds effectively prevent bronchial and lung infections because of their antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory properties. If you wanna get in on all these health-boosting benefits, just make it a habit to consume one ounce of sunflower seeds every single day.
How to stay healthy with pistachios and cashews 5:08
Snacking on pistachios can help you feel full longer, which makes them great for weight control. Cashews are full of iron, which is a must-have to prevent anemia. Plus, they can really help diabetics stabilize their blood-sugar levels.

Almonds are called superfood for a reason. I remember when I was creating diet plan on Dietarize, they didn't let me leave eggs unselected. Now I realise how important they are in every diet, whether your goal is weight loss or muscle gain. Almodns FTW!!

Question about almonds. I think the almonds avaialable here in Thailand ate somewhat smaller than those I was used to in the USA. Does this difference in size make a difference in the therapeutic prooerties of the almonds. How many of these smaller almonds should I eat daily. Also you recommend snacking on almonds during the day. I'm not into snacking at all and I put 20 almonds and 5 walnuts in my muesli everyday. Does that make any difference?

A university professor of nutritional science spoke about almonds EVERY single lecture. He was obsessed! Studying them further reveals the truth: Almonds really are a SUPER FOOD! And the positives go well beyond mere macronutrient benefits. :)

Pumpkin seed oil in the supplement I take because with menopause and my lupus my hair seems to fall out but when I take this it truly helps. I can tell when I don't have my pumpkin seed oil supplements. By the way I love your channel thank you for all your information I've been a subscriber for at least 2 months.

Mari B I've learned about it seven or eight years ago and honestly I can't remember how. I buy my supplements from Swanson. I'm happy with their products and their inexpensive. Also Swanson will take any return of any supplement even if the bottles empty. And no I don't work for them LOL okay the pumpkin seed oil is 1000mg softgel and I take two of them twice a day. I wish I could remember how I learned about this. But either way I'm glad I did.

informative video. However, the title makes it sound like you are going to talk about the benefit of almonds when you talked mostly about other nuts. Perhaps titling it something like the benefits of nuts and seeds will be more accurate.

Almonds, walnuts, drink protein shake from Costco, organic with green cap, I believe it includes some of the nuts like chia or flax seed u mentioned. I may add cashew to they diet because it contains iron u said, and I believe it may be useful in keeping one’s mind alert throughout from early morning to late night. Is there any product in the market that includes every nut u mentioned?
