SUMMARY:
- Garlic both treats and prevents the growth of a pathogen called P. aeruginosa. This pathogen basically fills your urinary tract walls, causing all kinds of kidney problems and infections.
- Garlic is extremely beneficial for your lipid profile. And this means only one thing: Drinking garlic water will help stabilize your blood pressure!
- A study by the Faculty of Science at Kuwait University stated that raw garlic can effortlessly lower blood glucose levels.
- Osteoarthritis and joint pain are among the most common problems for people all around the world. If you're one of them, you should definitely consider adding garlic water to your menu!
- Scientists from Iran conducted a study and found that garlic reduces intraocular pressure.
- A study from RNT Medical College showed a better exercise capacity among people with heart disease who consumed garlic regularly.
- Garlic consumption reduces dementia, which is basically a broad category of brain diseases that cause difficulties in thinking and remembering processes.
- French researchers discovered that the sulfur components found in garlic prevent the inflammation needed for fat cells to expand!
- If you've been fighting acne forever and still can't find the product that will help you forget about it completely, garlic water may be just the thing for you!
- Even though your body does the best it can to keep toxins as far away as possible, it's still necessary to let your system detox every once in a while. And garlic water is perfect for that!
- If you want to incorporate garlic water into your daily menu, all you have to do is cut a couple of organic garlic cloves into small pieces and add them to water. Then simply stir the ingredients well, and your garlic water is ready to consume!

As a nurse I do this everyday. Chew, crush, drink, just do it. I crush 1 to 2 cloves , and chase it with honey and water. I have yet to get sick. I am in contact with viruses everyday. I mind you we do not even use chemical disinfectants at home, only baking soda, vinegar and water to clean. I mention this because people ask me all the time, why don't you all get sick. It's not the cleaning products it what we put into our bodies. But remember you have to be consistent with this. Add natural honey which has antifungal and antibacterial properties as well. You can't go wrong.

I love garlic water every night before I go to sleep. I Crush then chop 3 cloves and drop in 8 oz of water with a wedge lemon squeezed into it including the lemon peel. Soo delicious!!! I drink down the water and keep refilling over the next 3 days as the pieces get so water logged I chew everything up at that point...lemon peel and garlic pieces. I feel fantastic each morning! Then my morning charge is 1/8 th tsp of pink Himalayan see salt in a cup of warm water upon waking. No coffee needed! It activates methylation mechanisms in the body, you get the powerful benfits allicin, it kills off parasites, and so much more. Garlic water does not cause you to stink like garlic, the best part of all!

My dad always have garlic with water every morning in empty stomach. He keeps asking me to follow the same. Now I know why I am not half as healthier than him. Sorry dad!! And thanks for sharing this video ❤️ Edit: I started eating garlic daily as suggested and it really worked well with me. Few observations are as: No digestive problems. I am not sure if it is because of garlic but I feel quite relaxed in mornings as compared to earlier days. Headaches have reduced (I had migraine issues) When I compared with my old pics I can see glowing skin 🙂 Now I am recommending it to everyone and whoever is reading this please start having garlic empty stomach ASAP.
