Take Garlic but don't Make the same Mistake Many People do, What Happens when You Take Raw Garlic

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Garlic is a great source of allicin, which is responsible for the distinct taste and aroma of garlic and has many health benefits for the body. Studies show that cooking garlic significantly reduces the content of allicin and most of the active substances in it, and thus reduces the nutritional value of garlic, and this is the mistake that many people make who are looking for the benefits of garlic, Therefore, we will show you the best ways to eat raw garlic in order to obtain the highest nutritional value and health benefits.
All men and women do different work and activities, whether they are arduous for men or others for women, or even depend on mental focus, eating garlic regularly improves the performance and practice of these activities, because garlic works to stimulate blood circulation in all parts of the body to provide the body with maximum energy and vitality.

I've been taking garlic for almost 5 years now and I'm 59 yrs old. I chop it up and I chew it before swallowing. The reason for chewing is because it keeps my teeth clean from bacteria that causes toothache. I do it every morning on an empty stomach with a glass of water, I feel so amazing for the rest of the day 😊👍

It's been a couple of weeks now and all the pain I was experiencing has completely gone, I feel so much better. Who needs big pharma when we have our food as our medicine.

My father ate so much garlic, you could smell him a mile away. Swore I'd never have anything to do with it. Fast forward 30 yrs. I own a farm in the Georgian Bay area in Ontario Canada. Started growing garlic and because my soil is so mineral rich due to glacier deposits millions of years ago, any root crop such as garlic has tested off the charts. I know this because very early on I took it to the University of Guelph to be tested. It was the highest allicin content they had tested to date. As mentioned in the video, allicin is very fleeting. we needed a way to capture it once chopped. Hence an IQF tunnel ( flash freeze -80 degrees) then freeze dried. Garlic takes about 30hrs to dry this way. One capsule contains an entire bulb. As they say its truly mother natures best anti-everything! Kudos to this video and to everyone consuming GARLIC!🙏💝 Thank you for educating the public WELL DONE

Right way to eat it is crush a raw garlic keep a side for 5-10 mins (when kept aside due to oxygen the fullest form of raw and fresh allycin is developed which creates wonders for your health) if eating empty stomach then sip a glass of water after eating preferred warm water which reduces heat in body which is released by garlic, liver mainly neuro system is completely cleansed if used long term, but eat it alternate day to maintain good overall health love frm India...be wise by being helpful take care

I use to leave the sliced pieces of garlic for some minutes and then i put them in a cup of fine olive oil. It can stay there for one, two days, no problem, the taste of the garlic penetrates the oil. The oil penetrates the garlic. I can add half coffee spoon of pink salt just to get more tasty. Then i take a few tea spoons, as i want. Along the day, or once, doeasn't matter. It's great medicine, and you can take it alone or mix it with food. I would like to know the ideal daily quantity though, some people say there is no limit, others say not more than one clove. I usually take more than one.

I have taken raw garlic for some time. I usually crush 4 cloves as recommended according to a video. I was at the health club working out and a friend came and talked to me. He asked what I had for dinner last night. I answered and he asked if I had garlic. I told him no. He said he could smell it on me. It was coming out of my pores! Wow! I stopped for a while. I miss eating my garlic. I believe this because I lived in Korea and the Koreans love their kimchee. It is a very garlicky and spicy cabbage. If you got on a crowded bus there be prepared.

Hi there, the only thing I missed was whether to take out the part of the garlic that causes the smell, which is in the middle of it. That won't make you smell, however, I don't know if it matters or not. Supposedly parsley helps with the smell as well. Raw that is.
