    Garlic water works great. When I was a little girl my grandpa kept garlic water in the refrigerator. we always wonder why he would drink it. He hated the doctors and would never go. when he got sick Garlic water was his go to. My grandfather Live to 98 years old. He walked everyday to the grocery store and back.. Me and my siblings. Keep garlic water in our refrigerator.

    WOW! Many, MANY "THANKS" for this amazing testimony of your Grand Pa using Garlic Water! So AWESOME! I am going to try for a week and see how I feel and thereafter keep it in my kitchen so I can use it. I already tried Garlic Capsules and my Blood Pressure had greatly improved.     It's much more effective to make a garlic / olive oil paste by using a hand blender and 15 ~ 20 cloves of raw minced garlic. Just chop up the garlic into 1 or 2mm bits and place all the garlic in a tall jar. Then add about 3/4 to 1 cup of olive oil and blend with the hand blender for about 5-8 minutes. Add whatever spices at this point that you enjoy (such as chili flakes and black pepper) and keep blending everything together till you get a thick garlic paste. Refrigerate overnight and in the morning the garlic / olive oil will solidify to a butter like consistency which can then be use as a butter or mayonnaise replacement (or added to soups). If left to warm up on the kitchen counter for a few hours the garlic / olive oil paste will revert back to its paste like consistency which then can be also used for salads. Be warned that this garlic / olive oil paste is not for the faint of heart and a little will go a long long way. However, garlic lovers will enjoy this recipe!

    Thanks doctor. Great information. In one of video of KZread another doctor has suggested a little bit different method of preparing garlic water. It goes like this - take a whole bulb of garlic, peal all the cloves, crush the globes in a mixer, take approx 250 ML water, add the garlic paste to the water and leave it for 5 days in a refrigerator. After 5 days, take 5-10 ML of it and mix in a cup of water and drink empty stomach twice a day. Kindly advise which method of preparing garlic water I should follow. I want to use garlic water especially for joints pain. Thanks and regards, Adesh Saxena
