As a former employee, one thing to consider is that the grills are oiled with canola oil before the chicken is grilled.

he said don't eat here as plain as day. its just that we are lazy or/and have a lazy wife/gf that doesn't cook daily. canola oil is nothing compared to the synthetic chems that they put in the fried chicken. example rasing canes. i just think of rasing canes and my mouth and lips start getting moist. msg is in everything at canes!!! that todd graves fool is poisoning us all!!!

I work at chick fil a and unfortunately at our location and a lot of others, the lettuce and fruit are pretty low quality and frequently go unwashed which is pretty gross. I only ever order the grilled nuggets and nothing else. sometimes a coffee to drink like you said. one trick ive found for sauce is that we have honey packets and mustard packets and you can make your own honey mustard with them thats free from all the additives of the honey mustard cfa sauce.

These kinds of videos are valuable for those of us that do a lot of road tripping and don't always have solid meals on hand

You can also get plain water from CFA if you're not trying to order soda, juice or sweet tea. I only have CFA's coffee every once in a while with cream and sugar. It's a treat for me and I usually drink it in the morning. I think they used to have it in decaf before it was discontinued. I only go here every now and then.

Where I am we have locations that offer Hawaiian options and southern options… Brussels sprouts, sweet potato soufflé, fish tacos. It’s awesome!

Just a heads up, Chick-fil-A just announced that they’re eliminating their “antibiotic-free” promise and will soon return to selling chicken with antibiotics. As helpful as this video might be to some, it’s unfortunately poor timing for most health conscious people.

That's what keeps people coming back the MSG flavor enhancing it causes you to crave the food! MSG can certainly be bad and a lot of people have reactions that they don't even know they're having reactions to the msg. There are a lot of people who are sensitive or allergic to MSG.

Just avoid going to fast food places. That's it, problem solved.

He ordered exactly what I do when I go. I don’t like their coated chicken-it tastes sweet and weird. The grilled nuggets over a kale crunch salad is the perfect meal for me.

The only problems are not organic. Also, is the water used for the coffee and ice filtered? Plus too much soy. Otherwise it's ok if you had not too many options.

Kale salad has alot of sugar for the small amount. I dont plan on eating at CFA in a very long time. Fruit cup is not worth the money.

Sale Aldi's 8 lbs of potatoes . $2 99.... Cheapest French fries at pizza place $4!!! That's a huge mark up!!! They get them frozen... And were better than the toothpick McDonald's... fries. I'd be stupid to go out to eat especially these days. Breakfast now runs 10$ ...plus tip. Wawa breakfast deal gives me indigestion... 2 for 6$ plus tax...plus coffee...$10!!!

The grilled chicken should not be an option at all. The grilled chicken contains DIMETHYLPOLYSILOXANE which is an anti foaming agent. This same chemical is used in silicon caulking for aquariums, etc. No thanks!
