The FDA already knows about all the nasties they allow in food and products for the body care. When you ask them why the nasty things in food, they justify themselves saying the quantity is very small and represents no danger. What they dont want to say and people dont think about, is that those nasties are in most of the food people consume in amounts daily... "small amount" multiplied per day, per week, month... (you get the idea...) piles up and then people get sick or ill with what they were never expecting!! The same applies to beauty products, shampoos and all... but in this case, there are brands who make choices that are the best possible and safe for people to use and it is great that Bobby guides us to those brands! We now know better! Should support those brands and buy none of the rest. FDA is not our friend, it is the businesses' friend. Thank God we have Bobby 😁

I been using the littleexttra reactivaate hair growth serum every night before I sleep. I massage it into my scalp a little bit. I can see results! My hair loss has decreased a lot, and I notice new baby hairs emerging. The serum is gentle and doesn't feel sticky or greasy. It lasts a good time too! I've been using it for almost a month now. If you're dealing with hair fall or bald areas, you need to definitely give it a try. It really helps.

True. In bars, they ask their customers, "What's your poison?", But it's obvious after viewing so many of these videos that those "regular" franchises and corporations create every possible mixture of expensive good stuff and cheap bad stuff imaginable. So maybe these regular retail and grocery stores should be asking their customers "What's your poison" instead, because you really do have a lot of options of which to take and which not to take, so long as you accept some*.

The time I faced hair fall, I did all these to effectively reduce it: Make a habit of doing massage for your scalp into your routine. Don’t use very hot water when washing your hair. Shield your hair from too much sweat. Use a dual tooth neem comb to detangle wet hair. Reduce your sugar and processed food consumption. Use mild hairfall control shampoo and hair oil like littleeextra cocconion. Nurture a positive mindset for general well being.

Good advice. Having a proper, well balanced diet makes a massive difference in so many common issues people have these days. For example, eating more fermented food can cut down on the amount you sweat, as well as reduce the odor(detoxifies). If you aren't sweating as many toxins, due to a healthy diet, it makes sense that you wouldn't stink as much. That cuts down on the need for anti-perspirants, which cause their own issues. Your body is designed to sweat. Using natural ingredients to create your own shampoo also has many benefits(ex. rosemary). It doesn't strip the oils and other necessary things for healthy hair, and many balding people have seen their hair start to grow back. For women especially, it make their hair much more luscious, and with the dietary changes mentioned earlier, you don't have to wash it every day. Also, your advice for not using HOT water is spot on, as it can really dry out the scalp. Warm to the touch is okay, but try to take cold showers occasionally too. It's great for the skin!

I've got news for you, when your thyroid quits working & you're dealing with incomperant Endo idiots, NONE of your claims will do a single thing to stop fistfuls of your hair from falling out!! When you're allergic to generic fillers in thyroid meds, dessicated pig & need Synthroid BRAND--- you will continue to lose your hair & have all the other horrible side effects like heart murder & out of control hbp, non stop sweating, migraines etc. Statistically most women will have thyroid issues in their lifetime. Some men as well. Count on it. The tiny butterfly shaped gland is as important as the pump in our body is!! IF you don't have enough, you can have a heart attack/stroke or brain damage. A body can't live without thyroid hormones. Whether it's a normal functioning gland or medication.

One day I ran out of cleansers to clean the bath and shower with. In desperation I grabbed a bottle of shampoo that I wasn’t using any more. I figured it might get rid of some of the grime until I could go to the store. To my shock and some horror it worked so well I ended up using the rest of my shampoos as the cleaner until they were all gone. Now I use an apple cider vinegar rinse on my hair and that’s it. My hair has never felt more beautiful and I’ve lessened the frizzies quite a lot. If my hair is particularly grubby, I’ll make up a runny paste of bicarb Soda and water and wash my scalp with that, rinse until it’s all gone and end with an ACV rinse. Best thing I ever did for my hair and it’s cheap as chips.

Just remember you’re the one with all the power in your pocket with your wallet. You get to shift the culture of brands by what you buy. Even when you buy donations, you can buy more natural donations. If you type in your income into a world wealth calculator, you have the most financial swing in the world if you’re a middle-class American you’re not a one percenter, but you are in the top 5% of world wealth. Buy healthy products for those in need. Food stamps don’t cover toiletries, those rely on the benevolence of others. And even the poor get used to the products they’re given and when they have money they buy those.

One thing worth mentioning (which was not explicitly mentioned) is that all synthetic fragrances and perfumes contain phthalates - which is essentially paraban’s twin sister and is, from my research, one of the absolute worst hormone disrupters out there. So ladies and men, if your product say Paraban free but still has fragrance then put it back. There’s no point in taking out the parabans if you don’t take out the phthalates too.

you have to stop trusting apps like that. everything can be toxic, even water - look up water toxicity. if you drink 15 cups really quickly, you get really sick; some people have even died from it. those apps dont base their ''toxic'' ratings on studies where people are getting sick from cosmetic products. theyre based on unrealistic conditions like rats eating massive amounts. these studies are purposely trying to find the line where it becomes toxic so scientists can work out how to make sure it is safe. if youre buying from a reputable brand, theyre using the ingredient in a scientifically supported, safe way. those apps are misinterpreting the science. theyre basicaly saying "drinking 15 cups of water is really toxic, so you need to avoid anything with even one drop of water" its the dose that makes the poison

I sold Avon, Mary Kay, & other lines years ago. One allergic reaction & it had to go. It's always best to stick with clean clear water to wash your face. I have been using only Desert Essence products for cleansing my hair since 2019 and will NEVER go back to the junk I used before! Desert Essence and Dr. Bronner's products are the only brands that my family uses when it comes to shampoo, body wash, moisturizing, toothpaste, etc. I definitely recommend these brands to anyone who is wanting to stray away from toxic junk. 💚

@@kristenranda3882 I used to bleach and dye my hair on a regular basis before having kids. I went through sooo many boxes of black dye as a teenager as well as beginning my 20's. (Never again will I damage my hair like that! 🤣) I stopped when I was pregnant with my first child and haven't touched my hair with chemicals since. I may color my hair in the future, but I've made peace with my natural color for now.

Something I found very interesting after covid. Walmart's equate hand soap do not have those two long ingredients that start with an M. It wasn't until after covid and they are now made in Canada and not the USA! So I looked up those two very long names and I found out how dangerous they are to our skin. I had to check a lot of things in the house to make sure I wasn't using it. But now I know what was killing my skin especially my hands when I was washing them so much while I took care of my mother. Got rid of those soaps fast! Thank you for all your information!!!!!

Necessaire, Naturium, and Iota are really improving body care. Plus, Naturium is at Target at an accessible price. All have fragrance-free options (essential oils can also be irritating to some people). And from what I've learned from dermatologists and cosmetic chemists, CeraVe is a very good brand. Parabens are just a small part of a very good overall formula with ceramides, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, and glycerin. La Roche Posay is also a pretty good and dependable drug store brand.

CeraVe is garbage. They just spend a ton of money marketing to Dermatologists. The one time I was stupid enough to use a CerVe lotion, my skin broke out!! The Korean brands ( still have to read ingredient lists) are much more better formulated for sensitive skin, use all the active ingredients as CerVe, and don't cause break outs and are often cheaper. CeraVe can rot in the garbage can!

Yes, I use all CeraVe products and they are Dermatologist recommended and better than a lot of brands. Methylparaben is in CeraVe products as a preservative needed to keep bacteria from growing in the products. It's definitely less harmful than people think. Dr. Dray on KZread has a video from 2018 on Parebens in cosmetics and she is a Board Certified Dermatologist so she has more knowledge on chemicals in cosmetic products.

Most definitely and that's also why so many people are having trouble conceiving. Most women are literally dousing themselves in these chemicals from fingernail polish to lipstick and other types of makeup and hair dye. Add on lotions & body wash it goes on and on. When I see little girls with nail polish and makeup on, I'm thinking they're already being exposed to these chemicals at 2. What's going to happen to them when they're in their mid-20s early thirties and want to have children? What really makes my blood boil is that the FDA has zero authority over this. When they should be policing what's in these products!!! In Europe and other countries, this is not allowed to occur. Unfortunately in America where lobbyist are King. We get treated like trash. The FDA isn't looking out for your best welfare. Beauty product safety should be the top priority but it seems it's their last priority..

I too use H & S, everytime I stray off for another brand or even the crazy priced "clean" "conscious " ones they are garbage and I suffer til I get back to H & S, usually the first wash relieves most of it & the 2nd washing takes care of it completely. A lot of these purified products are a scam. I've used ACV before but it's not for long term use. It's a once a month thing, nothing more, it deep cleans.
