It’s an eye opener to ingest the FACTS of what the GOVERNMENT allows to be in our food. It absolutely makes the food cheaper, longer shelf lives, and readily available in large quantities… but, in the long run it costs more when you factor in the long term health deficiencies such as weight gain and cholesterol, and effects on organs. I finally gave up processed foods, enriched flour, all sugars, etc., and it’s now cheaper for me to eat. It sounds crazy, but it’s the truth. Weight and inflammation (bloat) fell off. Keep up the good work for your clients !!

The fries alone are horrible McDonald’s treat them with a pesticide called ‘Monitor’. According to Pollan, the pesticides are so toxic that the farm where these potatoes are grown is a no-entry zone for five days after the pesticide is sprayed. Then to eliminate the harmful effect of the pesticide, the harvest is further stored in an atmosphere-controlled shed that is almost the size of a football stadium, as they are not edible for another six weeks... Have a blessed day everyone 🤙🏼 Namaste 🙏🏼

Back in the day, Mc'Ds used to use beef tallow to fry their french fries, so when they dumped tallow (deemed unhealthy) and switched to "healthy" seed oils, the beef taste was lost. Now we're left with fries prepared with inflamatory seed oils and beef additives and the fries are tasteless. This is what passes for progress... Love the channel Bobby: very informative and useful.

I worked for a McDonald’s in the 90’s. The egg McMuffins were made with a real egg. The reason it has the puck image is because a circular shaped mold was placed on the flat grill and real eggs were cracked into the mold until fully cooked. Once removed from the mold the egg resembled the shape of the mold it was cooked in.

Bobby, you're killing me. I'm 69 and my first job was with Burger Chef, I've eaten fast food most of my life. When I decided to get healthy, I gave all of it up. I still cheat and savor a Whopper at least once a year. I used to be able to eat one in less than 45 seconds, now I enjoy it so much that it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to eat one. I cheat but 99% of the time, I'm eating healthy now. Last Christmas I weighed 229, giving up sugar, all grains, and milk and cheese, as of August 1st of this year I was at 172, (stuck at a plateau), shooting for 159. Subd your channel and love it also Thomas DeLauer's channel. Love you man, just keep it up.

Haven't been to McDonalds for years until this year where the only food they told me was safe for me was the french fries since I'm allergic to gluten and dairy. We were in the middle of nowhere on our way to Reno so I had no choice. Now Bobby showed that it has milk and wheat derivatives, yikes! You’re 100% correct! McDonalds wouldn’t be pulling in tons of cash everyday if their food wasn’t good. I’d be having a cheeseburger and chocolate shake every day if it wasn’t so unhealthy. Or some chicken nuggets. They’re really good too.

Thanks, Bobby. I'm a McDonald's UK employee and I'm broke, so sometimes I take the free food to cut my costs. Now I have some information for those occasions. Breaking down the ingredients really helps to make slightly less damaging choices. Maybe some lettuce, tomato, apple slices and a piece of quarter pounder meat. I guess carrying half a lime to work is cheap and convenient. I should really work on not getting the free food. I'm working on it. Re watching your budget friendly meal preps.

I love the sounds of joy after each bite! There's a reason this food is so addictive and an incredibly hard habit to break - especially when it's advertised everywhere and available on every corner with a million different choices. Ugh. Dont agree. After decades of not eating McDs, I did a taste test for McDs. To me after decades of eating healthy, to me the smell of the fries was disgusting, the aftermath of the meat (hadnt eaten meat for years) was that it felt so heavy in my stomach and I doubt ot had no fillers..tasted like it had oatmeal fillers in this. Soybean oil is harmful for a good functioning thyroid. Why this nondoctor, nonscientist hawks probiotics and doesnt have a disclaimer that he isnt either is strange to me. Why Flav City is even doing these and is so excited about fast food is highly suspect. I never want to eat fast food again. Its made disgustingly (read Fast Food Nation) and tastes awful.

Tastes extremely similar you can also have all of those in a salad for a mac salad.

Propylene Glycol is what we use in our chiller water lines as an antifreeze. Chemicals are neat.

Two. All beef patties, special sauce, lettuce cheese, pickles, onions, on a sesame seed bun it was their jingle.

I like this guy and his perspective but Jesus. He hasn’t had a Big Mac in 25 years? I like his Costco product suggestions a lot. He’s been spot on.

Thanks for that review!! What I loved the most is your honesty about how good it tasted. I try to eat healthy most of the time but every once in a while I need McDonald's????? I always get the nuggets or filet of fish and fries... maybe I will skip the fries when I go again, I knew they were bad just not that bad. Sometimes the pull of mcnugget's when I'm out is just too much.😜 I do make my own at home and they are good too..but, sometimes, you know. I love all your videos, thanks for the time you spend informing us.

This is so good. The unhealthy facts vs the delicious experience of actually eating this highly processed, highly addictive stuff. Great idea for a video, and he did it with such a refreshing honesty and rawness.
