Is TACO BELL Really That Unhealthy? | With Menu Review

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Next up in the fast food series is Taco Bell. This one could be the toughest one yet, they use ingredients I have never seen before and it's really tough to find anything healthy'ish on the menu! If you are wondering, my stomach survived and I did not have any issues, but I won't eve be going back.
Where to next?!

Fun fact - Doritos were invented at Disneyland in the 1960s. There was a Mexican restaurant sponsored by Fritos. The chef would take day old tortillas and instead of throwing them away would fry them up and add spices. One day a Fritos executive went to the restaurant and liked it so much and the rest as they say is history.

The thing I like about Bobby’s fast food reviews is... at least he acknowledges that the “food” tastes good and fires up the taste buds, which sometimes makes it hard to resist. Most people have to get to the point where the negative effects (tummy issues) overwhelm the cravings.

Regardless, it's hard to stay way from MSG as it occurs naturally in a lot of foods, like tomatoes. There is an argument regarding synthetic MSG being worse than natural MSG. But personally I think limiting your caloric intake and focusing on nutrients far outweighs the anti MSG dance.

Cabbage, brocolli, crushed peanuts, chicken breast/protein of choice, sesame seed dressing. 3 to 5 days of healthy food depending on number of people. Replace cabbage with rice for variety. Add friend egg to rice dish, or boiled egg to salad dish for more variety. Variety is being used relatively here. I have a ton of delicious, cheap and healthy meals I cycle through. The myth that eating healthy is expensive is nonsense and people need to put in more effort. I am not rich nor am I proviledged. My life completely changed once I started eating right.

Do over with the vegetarian options please! As a vegetarian, taco bell has the most options out of any fast food place, and it's cheap, so in a pinch that's where I go. Also the black beans seemed to me to be a little bit cleaner than the meat, but I want Bobby's opinion. Or just do a review of each of the ingredients! Taco Bell makes it so simple to customize your order, so you could in theory just build your own taco with the cleanest ingredients they have
