Thanks, Bobby! My degree from Purdue University is a B.S. in Food Science. I feel like everything they taught me was wrong. They only seemed to support large food corporations whose only goal was stock prices, not nutrition for real people. It's sad how these big food companies have manipulated our available food into processed junk.

I’m angry and so dismayed with all the unhealthy and dangerous foods that are sold to us. It’s so sad how consumers are misled to believe that the foods we’re buying and putting in our bodies are good for us. I’ve had so many health issues over the last couple of years that I attribute to poor diet, sedentary lifestyle and high stress. I’m working hard to make positive changes and improve my health. I’m so grateful for people like you who are helping to educate the public and arming us with knowledge and tools like the Bobby App. Here’s to being healthier, feeling stronger and happier - mind, body and soul! I happened to stumble across your channel 2 weeks ago and immediately started binging your videos. I've been feeling cruddy lately, both mentally and physically, and I was pretty sure it was connected to my eating habits. Per your recommendations, I stopped buying the coffee-creamers, and switched out conventional milk and eggs for organic, grass-fed milk, and pasture-raised eggs. I've also replaced a few other items and will continue to do so as I run out of the old products. I've always struggled with my tummy area and noticed that I am flatter and less bloated. I've also had gut problems, and those have all but cleared up - Same with my skin. It was truly eye-opening to learn just how many products in the grocery store are toxic for us. It often feels like an uphill battle to be healthy in this country but your channel and app make it doable. I am excited to continue down this new road of health.

If they dump anythg/everythg cheap into our foods/farming chains, which subsequently leads to illness and the need for medical and drug intervention... these groups are guaranteed unbelievable profits. Exactly. FWIW, I don't eat any packaged processed foods. Some ingredients are minimally processed. Canned tomatoes, miso and soba noodles are as "processed" as I get. I even make homemade vinegar and grind my own spices. Americans need bulk dry goods retail stores to go with their farmers markets. I order most bulk dry goods online. Spices are way too expensive in tiny bottles. I buy big containers of coconut and olive oil. All ingredients are way cheaper in bulk. We used to have dry goods stores in every American neighborhood. Butcher shops, green grocers and fish markets were all separate stores. That's what Americans need. Cooks and cookbooks do the cooking.

@@000_x9 Exactly! We had Byrne Dairy in Syracuse, NY that sold glass bottles of milk and ice cream. "National brand" fake factory food is evil. We use the same category names like "ice cream" for real ice cream like gelato from a little shop and the gross "ice cream novelties" we find in 7/11 or similar shops. Same with "bread." Real sourdough bread is full of what we call "nutritional yeast" in its packaged form. Nutritional yeast is full of B-vitamins. Fake store-bought aerated gluten is unhealthy and disgusting, but we still call it "bread." I occasionally make homemade gnocchi from eggs and pumpkin or sweet potato. I add some different flours to it like buckwheat (soba) flour or ground flax meal. That's WAY healthier and better than "pasta" from a store. There's no comparison. American bodies are ripped off. The rip off starts with our food language. Our words "correlate" to advertisements, brands and crap on store shelves. Our words no longer correlate to recipe definitions for food stuffs. That's a disaster infecting American minds from the very start. "Do you like bread?" and "Do you like ice cream?" and "Do you like pasta?" are meaningless questions, when we don't share the same definitions of the terms. We are fighting our ways out of a tangled mess of malformed commercial advertiser and retailer language terms. There's a major distinction we can see clearly between 2 different groups of Americans. A) Sellers correlate terms to retail products. B) Explainers correlate terms to recipes. Explainers are swimming upstream against a torrent of Sellers.

I love your app. It's definitely a life saver. I use it everywhere I shop, even for laundry detergent, bath tissue etc. I also tend to use it on every single item I buy, even if I've purchased the item a thousand times in my life, because you never know when they will add a bad ingredient. I also look at the ingredients to help keep you updated on them 😀 Bobby, thank you so much for all that you do for us!

And in this video when you were talking about the dried cranberries you said they didn't have the sunflower oil but yes they do. It says it right after the sugar next line down refined sunflower oil is used as a processing aid. Omg I can't believe how bad the foods are on the market! So happy we found your KZread channel it's helping us make much healthier choices! Thank you!!!!

I just discovered your channel and cannot stop watching! I've become a label reader recently and I'm never going back! Thank you for spreading the truth about what's in our food. I'm trying to do the same thing in my circles, but a lot of people don't seem to care and would rather complain about things like inflammation, high cholesterol, etc. than to make changes in their diet and perhaps spend a little more money on quality food and supplements. 😢 I appreciate the work you do. Thank you!

You are telling us the truth about these chemicals (too bad our farmers are mislead about these items). Thank you for doing what you do...and I'm even a vegetarian. 🙂

I LOVE his app. This can help everyone break the cycle of purchasing foods that can end up killing you. I really wish my parents had taught me stuff like this, but then again my mom cooked from scratch. Of course some of the oils she used weren’t good. It’s a shame that our country is for profit than people, yet they say they want us to eat better, but the prices for better food choices is ridiculous.

Question regarding the kids vitamins: are there any good ones that you recommend for littles age 2 and up? The one you suggested is for children age 5 and up in tablet form. However when I look at the same brand in chewable form for children age 4 and up, palm oil is listed as one of the ingredients along with the sugar content being 3g per serving. Thank you so much for what you're doing. You're teaching me to become more conscious about ingredient content, and I greatly appreciate it!
