Excellent video. I worked in the Netherlands for two years in the eighties. It was such a good experience to hear Dutch again. It is almost as being there. Uitstekend!

Taaldocent hier. Ik ben echt blij dat video's voor Easy Dutch regelmatig uitkomen--eindelijk! Ik heb Easy German heel lang gevolgd en vind die kanaal hét voorbeeld bij uitstek. Jullie vragen vaak naar suggesties voor toekomstige thema's. Dan zou ik voorstellen, kijk gewoon naar Kari en Janusz! Ik kijk heel graag naar de toekomst van Easy Dutch en al die nieuwe afleveringen!

Don't forget they are interviewing during working hours on the street. So it's not that representavive of the whole dutch population

it means it's a healthy society, as it is normal that there are a lot of old people, and after a lifetime of receiving from them it's good that NL is organized so well to give back help and company to the old people.. otherwise in other countries it's always a job for the family, but since it's a job you can't take care of them properly like an organized company ..

one think i noticed and learned, dutch people say ja (yes) a lot whenever they speak. not a bad thing, but its kinda influencing me when Im in my work meeting in my home country and i tend to do the same, especially when my partner is dutch so i guess i have first hand influence? :p
