Leeuwarden isn’t Dutch speaking. Not originally. Nowadays everyone speaks Dutch but the native language of Friesland and thus Leeuwarden is Frisian. A language closely related to both Dutch and English but very much distinct from both. Most people in Friesland are bilingual in both Dutch and Frisian. Dutch is the only official language on the national level, however Frisian is official on the provincial level. You’ll see signs in Frisian (and Dutch) in Friesland. There are more officially recognized languages in the Netherlands: Lower Saxon in the north and east and Limburgian in the extreme southeast. However these two are not official languages on any level. Frisian has been standardized and has all the language institutions that can make a language work as an official language. Neither Lower Saxon nor Limburgian have been standardized nor do they have language institutions.

You'd like Litao Chinese then, well that is if you know some mandarin (or would like to), Zheng Tao speaks almost the exact same way this guy is speaking now. If you think Dutch is easy to speak, then Mandarin Chinese will surprise you in it's simplicity

As a German speaker, I love listening to Dutch! Slow Dutch is quite easy for me to understand. Often times the subtitles actually make it harder, because things are written differently than in German, even though the spoken sounds are very close. I can understand about 90%. Often times I know all the words, it's just that certain things are formulated differently than they would be in German, which is confusing. I think if I lived in the Netherlands for a month, I'd have picked up most of the Dutch I need to survive.

Ah. Hier zouden we regio’s gebruiken.

He has a slight accent from the north/east. That’s where they’d pronounce the -n, but they often skip the preceding -e- (zeggen would become zegg’n). In large areas of the rest of the country they wouldn‘t skip the -e- but skip the -n instead (zegge). And there are areas where they don‘t skip anything.
