Amazing video.

I loved this video. There is definitely such a thing as energy compensation. I can't believe there are people out there who still rely on the fitness tracker numbers. These numbers are way too high. With a little bit common sense peoply should have figured out, that they can't eat a whole chocolate bar, just because their fitness tracker told them they just burned 600 cals. I myself exercise 6-7 days a week for an hour on average. I eat on my non exercise days the same amount of food as on my active days and pretty much maintain my weight. It's all about the diet.

You'd have already known the answer is you actually paid attention to the Spotify uploads you're so concerned about.

Doing X exercise to eat something is a great way to get an eating disorder, ask how I know :/
