Why’s he got a bag? Instead of a tool belt. When I go to the job I get things done and move on to the next. I mean the purse probably saves your hips but I look for productivity right? Some nice tools in there.
My apprentice just looks at me stupid when I ask him if he's though about building up his own took kit. Might sack him next week to be honest.

employer should provide tools for his employees. thats not the employees job to buy his own tools for working on the bosses jobs.

electrican without a wire stripper.. might not be a electrician. looks more like a plumbers toolkit

Don’t even need a wire stripper , I barley know of any electricians that carry a separate tool for stripping when you can just use cutters or croppers 😂😂
