if your score is valid then you don't require to give IELTS at this time You may be required to give it at the time of submission to the IRCC if it will be expired. All the best

As your express entry profile is expiring so you will have to create new one. and you have submitted your documents with old EE number to the SINP that is ok. now , once you create new EE profile you can send email to the SINP inform about new EE profile. you may not get reply or confirmation from SINP but it is ok. They might not consider any info after your submission until they required. but don't worry, it is very normal. your file will not be refused due to this reason. now, when SINP will give you nomination they might not have updated new EE number and here you have to do follow up actively to get 600 points in the new EE profile. at that time , you can call SINP or Email about the same. They will update 600 points in the new profile in few hours or days that makes you eligible to get ITA from IRCC. All the best.

Good day Please I need you to affirm what i think with regards to a statement on the sinp website during the process of creating OID EOI profile. The statement reads: Please Note: An Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) is a mandatory document for post-secondary education completed outside of Canada that is included in your SINP application. You must include assessment of the education related to the occupation you have chosen in your Expression of Interest (EOI). Your ECA must also include assessment of the education claimed for the Point Assessment Grid. In my case, I was employed by company 7 years with my bsc in mechanial engineering certificate in a closely related occupation. I got my master in mechanical engineering last year and I v done my ECA for my master degree only. Do I need to do my ECA for my bachelor's degree which I'm using for my occupation???????? Hi, Can someone please please help me with this. I have received an ITA for SINP. In form 1 where we have to fill Work experience it asks for Reference letter which is fine. But it also asks for "Government issued document type" is this mandatory to fill up? Or is it that if you have all your offer, appointment, relieving letter and reference letter it should be enough. My consultant tells me that it's only needed if we don't have 30+ hours of work / week. I'm really confused if it's mandatory to fill this. One of the companies my salary was so less they paid me in cash. So not sure what should I upload there..please please help

For SINP nomination, it usually takes around 2-6 months. after nomination, at Federal level, means CIC stage, SINP OID category processing time usually about 1- 1.5 years where as SINP EE category processing time is approximately 6 months. in conclusion, SINP OID category would take about 1.5 years till you get your visa stamped. overall, SINP EE category would take around 1 year for the processing until you get your visa stamped. SINP EE faster than SINP OID. however, you may experience longer time due to covid-19. All the best Thank you.

you can switch the agent , but you might require the username and password of your old profile. SINP will not allow you to create new profile with same passport number. It was constraint. ideally, you need to withdraw old one and create new one, you cannot have two profile at the same time. All the best

yes you can , change your sinp profile and remove your EE details, it will tell you that you will he qualified for OID. That's it.

PCC is not required at SINP level, it will be needed when you apply to federal , means IRCC. you can fill details in form via your laptop , print it , sign it and scan and upload it. All the best

I SNIP. Application has been applied in the employment offer category. Now they have asked for Form No. 16 in the additional document, but no Form 16 has been given to me by my employer due to my work on cash salary. My employer has written on the letterhead that we do not give Form 16 to any workman because the salary of our working persons is less than the tax slab. Hello Tushar, One general question for your input please. If I get SINP ITA and I submit my application, then can I make a few changes in my express entry profile later? For example - If while creating EE profile I selected 5 preferred provinces (including SINP). And later I remove 4 after SINP ITA, Is this going to cause any problem? Or does having 5 provinces listed on EE profile is just our preference and has no impact on provincial application (chances getting ADR etc)? Please advise

Thank You sir for details explanation . i had received ITA in December 2019 and ask for submission of documents, after submission of documents got nomination in October 2020 and got mail from agent that documents received on 17th December 2020. than after one mail from agent that temporary application number generated in last month. along with PCC all other required documents were submitted at time of documents submission. but yet not get file number. so please guide in this case.

you can add your spouse at any stage but you need to maintain the funds for the two people instead of one to meet the requirements. At sinp , you should inform the SINP and at IRCC stage, You should inform the IRCC about your situation.

Here i am describing completeness check section. When you submit application to IRCC ,They will do completeness check means they check required number of documents. If they found document is missing application is refused and return to you. In that case, You need to create new express profile and ask SINP to add 600 points and wait for IRCC ITA and submit documents again and they will do completeness check again.

Thank You for watching the video. You should land in Canada before expiry of Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR), which is usually one year after your medical completion date. Date will be mentioned in the COPR document. There is no such rule to land in 3 months , it depends on your COPR expiry date. It is also not depended on any province , it is general rule for the all PR candidates so not related to Saskatchewan or any other province. I hope it is clear now. Thank you.

you need valid IELTS result in order to keep active your EE profile. if your score expired it means your ee profile is also ineligible. you should keep active ee profile in sinp ee stream to get 600 points

Urgent Help Required: I just have received nomination status in OID SINP, However, below are two ambiguities that needs to be cleared with your support before sending my documents to IRCC: 1- Checklist form IMM 5690 contains 3x required forms (IMM 0008, IMM 5669 and IMM 5406) which I have already submitted to SINP. Should I send the hardcopy of same documents to IRCC that were processed for SINP? OR should I fill them again and placing the latest dates and signatures, then sending them to IRCC for processing? 2- Should I send IRCC the Experience Certificate Of my current job only, of which i have claimed points in the SINP application? OR i should send them all my previous job experience letters on which i haven't claimed points in SINP profile. PS: I only have provided SINP the current job related documents of which i have claimed points for.

SINP OID category usually takes 1year after SINP nomination. All the best

Hello sir I got ITA in SINP, I applied in May 2021, status is RECEIVED, my ielts will be expire in November 2021, SINP portal says, IELTS should be not expire when you apply ITA. Do i need to give it again n reach same band as previous one.??Note: file is not in express entry. Plzz guide

It is ok for SINP , but for IRCC you require valid results of IELTS.

It is difficult to tell it. Normally SINP OID will take around 1 year after nomination. All the best

It's been a year and my sinp status is still IN Process.

What will happen if someone receive SINP nomination through Express entry stream with expired express entry profile. In addition to this, new express entry profile can not be recreated due to inability to reach express entry minimum eligibility criteria of 67 points ?

you will have to create new express entry profile if your EE profile is expired and provide the updated details to SINP so they can add 600 points in new EE profile. and if you are unable to create new EE profile until your SINP nomination expires, you may lose nomination or need to ask SINP to extend SINP nomination. For SINP nomination, it usually takes around 2-6 months. after nomination, at Federal level, means CIC stage, SINP OID category processing time usually about 1- 1.5 years where as SINP EE category processing time is approximately 6 months. in conclusion, SINP OID category would take about 1.5 years till you get your visa stamped. overall, SINP EE category would take around 1 year for the processing until you get your visa stamped. SINP EE faster than SINP OID. however, you may experience longer time due to covid-19. All the best Thank you.

No it is not recommended to apply for work permit while your PR file is in the process. All the best.

It depends on the course requirements but not essential. You need to review course website and requirements. You do have an option to appear in other English language exam like Duolingo once you are in Canada.
