Thank you watching the video and asking for a good question. You will get 60 days to submit your SINP nomination file if you will receive ITA. so if You have 31 days old funds then you can submit your file on the 91th day, your funds will automatically be matured upto 3 months. you can create your SINP EOI profile if you have at least 31-35 days old funds as per the requirement. Thanks for your valuable information Sir. What if I mentioned that I have my Master's degree at the EOI but I can only show the ECA of my post-secondary studies when I am filling out the Invitation to Apply? Would that be a reason for sanction or loss of points?

if that transfer is related to your POF , you should give details. if it doesn't affect your POF before or after deposit then it is ok. you should have minimum 3 months funds old otherwise your file will returned, you can't do anything in it.

Hi I was working in company then I got letter from sinp to change my employer because it was closed now I got new sinp but my sinp is in piu. I got my file no. Of pr application. I am confused should I withdraw my pr application?

I have 10 years experience in the same field but its from different organizations.. can I provide latest 5 years experience? Or should I give whole 10 years, which is difficult its huge file

Thank you for the information. My file sent to PIU on Jan 2019. I sent the additional documents at same time. But I have not received any feedback from PIU so far. It takes 21 months. I sent some emails but they wrote "you should wait". Do you know howlong will it take time to receive PIU feedback?

it may take 1-2 years. They will ask you for more details if they have not asked with justification. It usually happens.

Sir i want to apply for SINP under NOC 2171 which is for IT analyst as i use to work in second shift from 5-12 pm as full time job in a local software house and sometimes working from home , besides i m also working with a wel known bank in morning from 9am -5 pm under NOC 6551 which is not valid NOC for applying SINP, can i apply by submitting my second job experience?

Yes you can change your NOC it matches with your main duties and education requirements. Check the approximate probability of your NOC code to be selected in the upcoming draws using this video. Hi. My wes is completed now and in IELTS I get CLB 6. Now I have one question that Is SINP accept distance learning education??? Yes, Ditstance learning can be accepted if you can get Canadian equivalency from the designation organization such as WES, CES, IQAS, ICAS etc. if you were working during bachelor degree, you must be eligible to work in that occupation as per Canadian national occupational code (NOC) classification. So, kindly check the education requirements section of your NOC code. If you meet the criteria and you can show the supporting documents for the same then you can go ahead. All the Best Thank you.

Thank you for watching the video. Yes, you can withdraw your SINP profile at any time before expiry date or if it is a small mistake you may update it too. For SINP, No, You do not require to take license for NOC 2171, you do not need CIPS licensure. At Federal Stage , it is also not required. It may be asked by some employers. You can take later on as per requirements. Thank you Wasil for watching the video. PIU will not contact you again for the updated reference. However, They can contact you for other details if they require. You will have to inform them immediately and provide new reference details with evidence if your reference leaves company. If they sent email to your reference , if reference did not reply within the given deadline, then your file can be rejected and you may be banned for 2 years for sinp programs and services. However, if it happened, then you can raise second review request but it takes longer time.

65 is a good score but i suggest that you should try to increase the score if possible. Otherwise, you will have to for a some time. As per current trend, cutoff will not go less than 66-67 at max.

Hello Tushar. You're doing a great job 👏. My application was made Ineligible. Reason given was that I had claimed to have had a second official language in my EOI profile which in reality I did not. I applied for a second review and I got an email from SINP PIU that after careful review of my request for second review, my application had been accepted for second review. My application has been placed in the queue for second review and it is now SECOND REVIEW IN PROCESS. Please, what is the chance of me being nominated,? How long do you think this can take?

examples like descrpency in documents, wrong credit card used to pay fees, past history of sinp and many more , if immigration officer feel that this details to be reviewed or verified or they find it suspecious. There are many possibilities. overall, if immigration officer feel that this details to to be reviewed then they may your file to the PIU.

Hello sir, my occupation is medical laboratory technician ( NOC 3212), in education I am diploma in Madical laboratory technician(1 year) and also I am bachalor(3 year) in other streem, and my 10 year experience in laboratory field. so in SINP EOI pull, which education point count, bachelor or diploma...?? I have confused... please help me.

How can we come to know the anthenticity of EOI.... In punjab India many immigration agents are given EOI to people. Secondly if a account of SINP is made.... And got EOI.. iTA..... But submisssion of documents was not done..... So query is a can that person change his NOC...., Third....what does this means.... You have accepted personal information disclosure agreement.you will be promoted to accept it again on your next login ..

63 is less score. There are very limited Chances to get ITA with these points under current circumstances. pray for miracle to reduce the cut off score. All the best

you can't access your sinp profile after submission, you may send an email. but there is no guarantee that sinp will accept it. sinp is very strict. if you have missed essential documents in your submission , your application will be returned and closed. it wil not go under in process. All Factors are equally important like education, work experience, criminal history. it depends on your profile what factors affects your profile. try to submit maximum documents in order to avoid any surprise from SINP

Your file is in ee or draw or hard to fill skill catagory under you applied? 9 August i submit my file and after 50 day i mail them and within 5 day i recieve response from sinp and my file is in piu now. I hope your file will not goes to piu?
