Hi, the clerk who typed my reference letter made few mistakes in the reference letter/experience letter, I have 10 years of working experience in the same organization and still currently working in the same organization: Question 1- timeline of one of my designation (post) is not correctly written, however, the promotion letter for the same designation have the correct dates. 2nd issue is: the two of my promotion letters have the same correspondence reference numbers which make the authenticity suspicious. My question is should I launch application withdrawal through mail to Saskatchewan or should I let the application inflow and wait for my application goes into legal litigation? and furthermore what if I withdraw and fill the new application with updated documents so that no error would remain? do they verify old uploaded docs or just review new docs currently attached with the application. Great information Tushar, your videos are very helpful and helping a lot. I have 1 question regarding my SINP application I got Ineligible Application status in my SINP application due to fund issue. I did not applied for Secondary review but i want to reapply normally with New EOI profile But when i am creating another EOI profile with new account, it gives me below warning: "A user account has already been created with this passport number. Only one account may be created at a time. If you have already created an account for the SINP, please use your previous user account to create an Expression of Interest or SINP application"

you cab use the same username and password , create new eoi profile from same account. as your passport number is linked with that application so you may not allowed to submit new eoi with different account. it is not a problem.

Hello Tushar. As at the time of sending my EOI, I was scored 74 points and I was sent an ITA as the cut off mark was 71. When my application was submitted, I was made ineligible, and the reason given to me was that, I self-scored myself 8 points for claiming to have a second official language which was not submitted in my application. Meanwhile I NEVER claimed or scored myself 8 points in my EOI. While filling my EOI, I was asked if I have a result for second official language and I said NO. Now my application has been made ineligible due to system error from SINP. I have applied for a second review and I made SINP to understand that the error was from them and not me, because after completing my EOI without claiming any points for second official language, I was scored 74 as against 66. The error emanated from their system/portal. SINP just sent me an email that they will review my application. What are my chances of nomination ?

if there is a error from their side ,they will correct it no issue. but look in your application and verify that you didn't not claimed second official language points. if by chance applied or selected that option, no meaning to apply second time it will be a waste of time.

@@canadaprinfo Thank you so much for your response. SINP has sent me a message in my email to confirmed that the error in my SINP application emanated from them and not me. My application has now change from SECOND REVIEW - APPLICATION RECEIVED to SECOND REVIEW - IN PROCESS. How long do you think the new IN PROCESS will take before nomination?

Your duties should match with selected NOC code, if they refused your application , it means they are not satisfied with your work experience. Review your details again and NOC code. You may reapply for a second review but it might not changed the decision. All the best

My sinp second review submitted they made in eligible because of fund issue but I have funds and I resubmitted with proper documents, after verifying they updated status from ineligible to in process, it is now 5 months I submitted . Will it take more months to process completion. And also what are the chances of success, kindly reply

second review may take around 2 years. Chances are less unless agent did the mistake on checking documents or calculating points. All the best,

if you have an license you can definitely reapply ,but i believe that you don't have it. you should apply for the required license and you can reapply later on. if you apply for second review without any additional documents , decision will not be changed and it is a waste of time. All the best

The Application process on Oasis doesn’t require the form to be filled up..and application for second review is accepted. Is it normal?

yes application for second review will be accepted if you apply as per guidelines. it can take very long time to review. only apply if you are very sure for positive result or genuine mistake SINP immigration officer, otherwise you will end up with the same outcome after 1-3 years as of today. Quck Question - If I get an NOI and submit application for nomination without CIPS (Licensure) and wait for CIPS certificate for another 8-10 months. If by then my age increases and reduce my EOI point, will it make me ineligible?

no it is not, Your details (age, IELTS results ) will be locked on submission date of SINP. but after nomination, federal level may require updated details.

Thank you for watching the video. If SINP requested ADR of spouse passport details , ideally you must send it with given deadline. But due to pandemic , they understand the situation. however, you needed to explain in detail along with any supporting documents that you tried to renew it but it was not happened. I hope that you did that when you sent your ADR reply.

Hi my application was rejected due to You do not meet the work experience requirement which states that you must have at least one year of experience, in the past 10 years, in the field of your education, in an occupation which is in‐demand in Saskatchewan. Your field of education does not relate to NOC 1241. You have not completed a post‐secondary education in Administrative Assistants or Secretarial that is required in your intended occupation NOC 1241. I have complete my BA .and I have experience since 5 year what I can do
