Hello sir, I’m currenlty working in UAE, my job title in the visa and employment contract is different from my actual company job designation. The NOC of my actual job designation qualifies for SINP and my employer will be issuing employment reference letter based on that. Will there be no issue during their verification process as the job title in the visa is different from the job designation in the employment reference letter? Thanks

Hi, in case of proof of funds like SINP has requirement that POF should be 3month old, so I have that POF in Terms of Fixed deposit. So my question is that is it ok like Fixed deposit can be shown as POF for SINP ??..

I applied for NOC 2282 have been selected on Sep 6 2022 and received invitation letter from SINP. Now, I wish to change my NOC code from 2282 to 2171 it is worth mentioning that both NOC's were selected on Sep 6 2022. I.e. 2282 and 2171. Should I resubmit my application and wait for next draw or I just change NOC code in SINP EOI portal and submit documents with fee.

yes you can apply in more than one province. but once you get nomination from one province you will have to withdraw your file from another province.

yes you can decline the invitation and you can go back in pool again to receive ITA. and you might need to give clarification that why you did not submitted previous application. All the best

Besides i was working online for the last 2years in the same position. Hi, Can someone please please help me with this. I have received an ITA for SINP. In form 1 where we have to fill Work experience it asks for Reference letter which is fine. But it also asks for "Government issued document type" is this mandatory to fill up? Or is it that if you have all your offer, appointment, relieving letter and reference letter it should be enough. My consultant tells me that it's only needed if we don't have 30+ hours of work / week. I'm really confused if it's mandatory to fill this. One of the companies my salary was so less they paid me in cash. So not sure what should I upload there..please please help

Sir,I have done Bachelors & Masters. Do SINP need ECA for both the credentials ? I have only done the same for MBA which is the highest. Please help. Also, I have worked in Wipro from 2013 to 2019. during that time, i have taken a leave for almost 18 months for doing MBA program . But still I am an employee of wipro because I only taken leave but not resigned. Can i claim 9 years of experience in SINP ? yes it is almost accurate not processing time each application. but it is a average processing time so it means few applications can process lesser than 42 weeks ( which has accurate documentation) and other applications can be processed more than 42 weeks ( which requires additional documents) so it is just an average. wife qualification does not matter in sinp points system but you may get additional points at federal level for spouse IELTS exam. yes you are correct your wife will become PR with you if you have included in your file. but i would recommend that your spouse should appear in IELTS , it will help you in canadian citizenship and to start new course in Canada. For proof of funds, I intend to use my employee provident fund (funds accessible one month after resignation) which I have maintained with the same company for over 7 years. I have obtained a letter from the financial fund management and monthly benefit statement for my submission. Do I still need to submit my personal "bank statement" considering that the proof funds I am using is employee provident fund?

Hi, I am talking about Employee Provident Fund (EPF), which is managed by employer selected fund managers. Fund is fully available and paid to the employee after about 30 days after resignation.

@@gabrielchukwuka5629 i dont understand it exactly. but normally in Provident fund, you need balance certificate , pf statements form each month which can be downloaded from epfo website, uan card details and any other proof that proves that employer deducted your money. you can follow similar menthod in your funds too. objective is to show that you have funds in some institutions and you can access as per rules.

as your employer has already created so i think it is not required. this eoi is for sinp oid and ee category not for employment category.

Hello friend I have total 9 years and 4 months experience, clb-8, age 33 years with masters. Total points 69 with noc 6221. Total worked in 3 companies. Between 2nd and 3rd company I have 3 days working gap. Means I had left 2nd company on 23rd and joined 3rd company on 26th. So only 3 days gap. Should I consider 1 year less due to these 3 days gap?? What if SINP(under EE stream) ITA received and document submitted and ADR received with in 60 days time limit and application is in “in progress” state with invoice tab disappeared and right after this , Ielts got expired. Under above scenario,What will be the implication on provincial(SINP) level with expired Ielts ? Under above scenario, What will be the implication on federal (EE ) level with expired Ielts ?

SINP level, There is no issue with it as your IELTS was valid when you submitted the exam. EE level, you need valid IELTS results. you need to reappear in IELTS exam so when you will submit your application to IRCC you have valid results. All the best.

Hi,, I wanted to ask one question. I submitted SNIP application mentioning Education: Masters ( I have ECA) , IELTS -CLB 8 (i don't have), and Experience 10 years 5+5 (My experience is 13 years plus. I got the invite because my score is 68 and NOC is 2171 and I took the IELTS for got CLB 8. Now i have to submit the application therefore I want to ask, can I submit the application as my IELTS date is after receiving the invite from SNIP?

why you create profile before ielts & how you were so sure about getting CLB8? Clb 5 or Clb6 are common & any person can claim.but you were so sure about clb8 which isnt normal. they might think you have done some malpractice. In my opinion reject ITA & apply again. i've same case but i claim only CLB6 which is very common & average person can attempt it. along with ill provide my IELTS classes fees receipt & i booked my exam date before Creating EOI. Im gonna provide them all evidence. But in your case CLB8 Or Clb9 is something which can make your profile suspicious. My honest suggestion Re-apply & wait for next draw you will be selected again.

You will not receive any email notification when your status will be changed to “In process”. You need to check your profile every day. Processing time different for everyone. All the best
