Are you certain that pof was needed? Most IRCC programs waive pof if you already reside in Canada, have a valid work permit and job/job offer. Because it is settlement funds and you’ve already successfully settled in the country. Did you speak with a consultant or immigration attorney about it?

Can we keep active our SINP profile with our Indian experience, education and Canadian degree even though our my employer also processing with SINP approved job offer. And it doesn't mean I am on 2 boats! 2. Do we need POF at the time of EOI or ITA and how much time we have to apply after getting ITA. Thank you☺

You can keep it active from india, but it is better to update all the details as and when. You need to submit within 90 days, I guess, and therefore, you need to have POF when you get the invite so that you can show you had it for 3 months.

My points for SINP is good as I studied in Sask and I am also working here. My current occupation, is in the demand list in Sask, and they invited me in the category "occupation in demand." However, I couldn't submit my application for that since I couldn't show proof of funds. My CRS score for EE is very low and hence can't apply for that. I have currently applied under students' stream SINP after receiving a job approval letter from my employer. I understand it is confusing.
