Does the "high skilled employment offer" mean job on NOC 0,1,2,3 ?

This is the first time that I understood the whole process and timeline of both sinp and express entry application. Sobrang detailed po na mapapa- "ahh ganun pala yun". Hello po, Ms. Kimmy! I will be receiving my ITA in the next few days but my NOC is quite problematic. I’m a HS teacher (NOC 41220) but when I created my EOI there’s no NOC 41220 so I selected College and Vocational Instructor (NOC 41210) since it has the same role and responsibilities. After a few months of the EOI creation, I found out that NOC 41220 is part of the Excluded Occupation List😢. Would this a considered a misrepresentation?

Yes, as long as meron yung total amount ng funds and printed on your banks letterhead, with bank address and contact details, goods yon! Basically, dapat traceable sa bank or kung saan financial institution yung document for POF. Pag hindi satisfied si immig officer, chances are hingian ka lang additional reference or proof.

I just had more CRS points with family ties in SK. I just submitted proof relationship (birth certif trail), proof of citizenship, proof of (home) residency in SK of one of our family member here in SK.

from what I read before, processing times are unique to each application BUT not based on how high your score is. Scores are important on draws, but for processing time, it will always depend on how credible and complete your documents are, and on the immigration officer that reviews your application. We can only just really "guess-timate" the timelines when we review and check the similarities of our qualifications with others timelines.

everything was digital; signing digitally on the forms would just mostly require you to tick a box and type in your name on a security box.

90days before application or before you receive your ITA. Then it is recommended that you maintain it until you get your nomination or whichever final approval of your pathway is.

need na ma-maintain yung amount within a certain period to let immigration officers know na hindi mo hiniram lang yung pera or na temporary lang for your application yung nasa account or whatever your POF is. You have to prove na sayo talaga yung money and you can maintain that amount kasi that is what they deem necessary to support you and your family when you land in Canada. You can submit bank statement without history, but most likely you will get ADR in the process to submit proof that you have maintained your POF amount for a certain period, so its better to submit all documents as specified on the requirement to avoid delays. Kasi if you get ADR, additional days of processing nanaman yun. Tho, now im thinking I can't remember exactly if it was 6mos or 3mos yung required. hehe.. Bank certificate yung current total amount lang yata ang walang nakalagay. yung Bank statement that I had has the history of my transactions for the past 6mos.

I did not receive ADR in SINP. I did receive one in IRCC, but just for updated passport of my husband cos it will be expired in within the next 4mos. I have no idea if they did contact my employer to verify my experience, but I believe if they are doubtful or at least not satisfied of the documents that you submitted, that is the time that they would request additional documents and possibly do further verification on your credentials.

Great video! I hope you can help me understand some questions I have: Let’s say I already have EE profile: 1. Is it okay to apply for SINP while living in BC? 2. Do I need to be currently working in Saskatchewan?

Hi, yes you can apply for SINP even if you are anywhere in Canada. You also don’t need to be working in SK for you to apply. I applied for SINP when I was still in PH, I also had NO job offer in SK nor had one waiting for me before I landed. Both hubs and I only started to look for jobs when we were already here at SK. 😊

I took my 1st IELTS in Nov 2019 so it expired on Nov 2021. I already received my nomination back then so I knew I need an updated one to process my Express Entry application which I submitted on May 2022. back story: I used my 1st IELTS on my 1st SINP application early in 2020 but my profile got ineligible by Feb 2021 for using wrong NOC and insuficient POF.

Thaaank you! ❤️ On the deposit... hindi naman bawal, pero need lang ng justification kung san galing yung amount just in case lang na matanong. Depende rin sa immig officer na nagrereview ng application. Pero nangyayari daw talaga na naghahanap ng justification to prove na hindi hiniram yung bulk deposit on your account. Sample ng proof is like pag nagbenta ka ng property, pwede na deed of sale yung proof mo if hahanapan ka sa ADR.

Including my preparations, the process was 18mos before we received our COPR or Certificate of Permanent Residence in August. Then we planned our flight to be - and landed on December of the same year. Anytime after you receive your COPR, you will be landing in Canada as Permanent Residents already.

For work reference, you can submit any document that will prove your work experience like -- employment contract, certificate of employment, income tax return documents, letter of appointment/promotion and even letter from a colleague or a former boss that certifies your employment/work experience.

nope, As long as you provided the right EE number on your SINP profile, once you receive your SINP nomination, that would be directly linked to your EE account in about 24hrs after you receive the nomination. All you have to do there is to accept it on your EE profile then proceed with the next steps with EE. 😊

Yes your POF should be intact and should meet required amount when you receive your ITA at least 3mons. (Its your bank account that should be 6mos old - if submitting savings acct for POF). Also, your POF should be intact or balance should not be below the required amount unitil you receive your nomination and if applying for EE, it should be until you get your PR approval. Most importantly, YES! if you are not able to comply/ maintain/ prove that you have the required POF, your application will be declined. This is one of the most common reasons for applications being declined.

So detailed thank you? What are some of the required documents to submit for SINP and for express entry that one may need to prepare.

Basically, you need to prepare the following: - personal docs for you and your dependents (birth certif, passport, etc), - educational attainment docs (transcript, diploma, ECA) - proof of work experience for each of the declared job/position - if you will declare a family member you need docs to prove their residency in SK. I'll check on my application documents and try to prepare a detailed video for this as well. I'll try to list down the requirements I submitted for SINP ☺️

@@belmedjahedhichem7851 Is the 5yrs from your Bachelor's degree? If yes, then the answer is also yes. You must provide your transcript for all the credits that you had within that 5 years. I'm just not quite sure about separate transcripts per year of study, because from where I am from, usually transcripts cover all the credits you have from the total number of years that you've completed in 1 school. Like in my case, I studied for 4years and had only 1 TOR for the whole duration of my Bachelor's.

I did not request for delay. I got SINP nomination already and if I remember it correctly, you get 6mos to use/accept your nomination - meaning I had few months to link my nomination with my Express Entry profile. I just maxed out the time between my nomination with SINP to EE. That gave me enough time to replenish my POF. 😊 But my stress during that time if that would be okay was through the roof! So I do not recommend that to anyone, because timing everything would be tricky because you wont know if you would have any delays for some other stuff.

Congratulations! If your pathway SHOULD continue with Express Entry, then you should. In some of the SINP applications you dont need EE. It should be specified on your nomination letter on how you can proceed or use your nomination 😊

I'm not sure about this. But if anything, I don't remember any requirement to submit a credit card statement with my EE profile or even SINP. With EE profile, what I remember is it just needed me to upload a proof of POF and enter the POF amount and convert it to CAD.

yes, ako lang nag IELTS. Dineclare ko lang sila as "coming with me" sa application. May stage sa SINP na itatanong ka if coming/travelling with dependents. Then the rest of the application process, integrated na yung requirements ni hubs and ng anak ko for submission

I forgot kung ano yung exact na tawag sa letter pero meron ka marerecieve na letter of request for upfront medical exam and yun yung ipapakita mo sa St. Lukes. Yun yung document na hahanapin nila together with your passport.

@@mrbryan621 in our case, and as the principal applicant, I was the only one who took the IELTS and applied for ECA. The spouse can also get IELTS and ECA to claim for additional 20-30 points (if i remember it correctly) but we opted not to get one for hubs, bec we are already claiming for 600points with SINP nomination, so in our opinion, the additional points for spouse's ECA and IELTS is not necessary.

If you did not submit your Savings Account, I think there is no need to submit any references from it. Officially, if you just declared your Provident Fund, then that's what is required for you to submit as proof. As long as your PF meets your required POF, then you'd be okay.

Hi Maam. For Regulated occupation do we need to get first our licensure/certification prior to submitting EOI or it can be process once we have ITA? Also, do we really need to get assessment first from them to complete all the requirements? Thanks pos

I'm not really sure but I remember during the time na nag create ako ng EOI may question na about sa Canadian licensure for certain professions. Hindi ko nalang alam yung Q's if ever "yes" ang sagot dun. Tho, may ibang licensure/regulations that requires Canadian school credits before ka mabigyan ng license so I think pwede, and you must have the justification that you have the capacity or requirements to get that upon arrival here in Canada.

If you will declare that as your experience related to your NOC, better wait til you get 12mos of experience if your requirment is to have at least 1yr of work experience.

After getting an ITA and submitting documents for SINP, and then my EE profile expires, and I create a new EE profile, I’m issued a new express entry profile number, do I need to update my SINP profile with that number?

yes, you definitely should. you can do it in OASIS. and they would send you a new nomination document with your new EE profile. You would need to do this to link your nomination to your new EE profile.

POF should maintain an average of the required amount for 3mos. But, If I remember it correctly, the bank account itself should be at least 6mos old. I forgot where I read that clause. I delayed my EE link kasi I had to open a new bank account in my name only, para fresh ang spend history. Kasi the 1st account I used for SINP was a joint account w/ my hubs and naging erratic ang spending namin bec of pandemic. But for the investments naman, the requirement there is that your POF should be accessible to you anytime, or may regular ka narerecive from it to support your finances when you arrive here in CA. If hindi naman variable ang time and if you can submit documentations, allowed sya as POF. Pwede rin several documents isubmit like investment + savings acct, basta mag total to the required POF amount.

And also, if your work experience and Canada target NOC don't require certification/licensing despite you are graduate of engineering/education will it automatically mean that you don't need to take any certification/licensing when you arrive in canada also? For example comp engineer in PH with experience project management target noc management.

I have learnt so much from this video. However, the three months pof is it before creating my eoi or before am required to submit a full application?

If you have a high chance or estimated high points, better to have that POF ready and intact 3mos before you create your EOI. Draws happen every 2weeks, if after 2weeks you receive that invitation to apply, you need to have your POF ready so you can immediately submit that application. But at the least, if timeline is tight for you, you can at least submit an EOI if your funds are ready for at least 30-45 days. Because when you receive your ITA, you would have 2mos to complete your requirements and submit your application. You can stretch that out and submit until or just before your deadline to submit to have that 3mos maturity for your POF. ☺️ hope this helps!

Yey! Congratulations! 🙌🏼 Based sa mga nakausap ko and research, need na ready lahat ng docs/requirements on hand specially yung POF, Birth certifs and marriage certifs and passport, ofcourse. Hehe.. so yun yung mga pinrepare ko. Pero honestly hindi naman nila hinanap. Passport lang. Then if may tanong bakit kayo nag migrate, dapat pareho kayo or at least similar ng sagot ni spouse. Yung iba daw separate yung interview pero kaming tatlo ni hubs and ni bagets nakatayo kami lahat sa harap ng window ng immig officer. Anyway, yung samin, walang masyadong tanong sa immig. Saglit lang kami dun pag land namin. Ang tanong lang is if married kami ni hubs, if may previous marriage before our marriage, if may ibang anak na naiwan sa pinas. Yun lang, hehe.. kabado rin ako nung una baka marami tanong, pero very chill lang. Parang 15mins lang kami sa immig, mas matagal pa kami naghintay sa officer dun sa window kesa sa interview. then isa lang kasabay namin sa pila. Very smooth lang process sa immig.

@@elleswhere wag ka kabahan, hindi naman sila yung tipong naghahanap ng yearbook, chaaar! 🤣 anyway, basta wala lang made-up stories you will be fine. mas matanong yung immig sa pinas nung pag alis namin, like sa previous work and bakit pupunta ng CA. as for the POF, yes, bank statement lang dala namin. Hindi naman din hinanap, pero better to have it prepared, may iba daw pag mahigpit yung immig officer or may doubts sa profile mo, madami docs hinahanap.. pero as long as complete yung requirements mo wala ka dapat ikatakot. ☺️

as far as I know, hanggang 1st cousin lang ang pwede to claim points. may drop down kasi sa oasis and from what I remember, nabasa ko rin sa guidelines up to 1st degree relationship lang ang qualified. 65 has a chance cos it's more than the req'd points to have pero honestly, the higher the points the higher chance you get for nomination. Kaya if there is a chance na makapag pataas ng points like IELTS or work experience, go lang!

Yes, if you have been nominated and you accept your nomination, the POF should have maturity of 90days cos you need to submit/upload the POF doc when you accept the nomination. You will also have a window or a month or 2 to fully submit your requirements after you accept your nomination

Heyaa! I heard about this before, pero what I know of it lang is kailangan mo ng job offer from a company based in SK, tapos second criteria is dapat included sa pre-identified NOC yung job category mo. Then you register thru SINP online pag meron ka na job offer to apply for nomination. and im not sure, pero hindi na yata kailangan ng EE application for this kaya hindi na need ng CRS with Express Entry. And kapag job order thru SINP, tho hindi rin ako 100% sure, but I think wala na POF since may sure na work ka, pero you still need IELTS and ECA. If I get to ask someone who knows more about this, I'll ask and balikan kita dito. ☺️

Its the other way around, when you create your OASIS it will ask for your EE profile number (IRCC) - and the reason for it is because if you get your OASIS nomination, your nomination will automatically be sent/linked to your EE profile for you to accept. ☺️

Hi, @vanessaferriol899 that should not be a problem. As long as na meet mo yung required length of experience sa NOC mo. 😊 I had multiple NOC’s on my declared work experiences, hindi rin sila related. My main NOC was my work experience from 4years ago before my application. My most recent NOC was not related to my main NOC when I applied.

May I know the if the IELTS General scores below band 6 is allowed for SINP-Provincial nominee express entry?

Yes, I think SINP is one of the pathways that has the least IELTS score requirement. A band 5 is accepted for SINP. But, also if you get higher band than 5 that would mean you get more equivalent score which will increase your chances for nomination

ideally, dapat ready na ang proof of funds mo pag nag apply ka. Yes, inupload ko sa SINP and nag upload din ako ng proof of funds sa EE profile ko.

Mam sa eca form nyo po don sa 2 form downloaded, 1st form sa Wes, since married na po kayo ano pong nilagay nyo don na last name nyo po yung sa form na ipapasa nyo sa university nyo. Is it your married last name or your single last name po? Medu nakakalito kasi yung previous name if applicable na yun. Salamat. Sana po mapansin😊

Married name ko parin ginamit ko to register sa WES, pero pinasa ko is yung TOR ko with my maiden name. Pero sa ECA mismo, yung maiden name ko ang nakalagay since yun yung nakalagay sa credentials ko. And yun din pinasa ko sa PNP and EE. With PNP and EE need din isubmit yung marriage certif so okay lang na ang ECA is on your maiden name. ☺️

Wait for your ECA evaluation first kasi when you create your SINP profile, you need to match your profile with your actual ECA result. Tho, pwede ka naman gumawa na ng profile mo while waiting for the ECA, kaso ang problem dun is paano pag nag claim ka ng (for example lang) "canadian equivalent of bachelors 3yrs or more" tapos hindi yun ang lumabas sa ECA evaluation mo, hindi mo na pwede gamitin yung profile mo na yun kasi misrepresentation na yon, gagawa ka ulit ng panibagong profile. Mas malaking problema is what if nakakuha ka ng ITA sa profile mo since every 2weeks ang draw, tas in the end hindi mag match sa ECA mo, hindi mo rin pwede i-accept yung ITA. Its best na hintayin mo nalang yung result, kasi once maka receive ka ng ITA, need mo na i-attach lahat ng proof/docs to support your profile qualifications.

as for the EE profile, mas better that you create one na din before creating SINP EOI, kasi you need to link your EE profile number with your SINP profile (this is if your pathway is SINP-EE din) 😊

Usually automatic na may marerecive ka na notification sa email mo if you meet the minimum score on that draw. Have you checked if tama yung email address na naprovide mo? But you probably did the right thing na nag email ka na sa SK to inquire about it. Good luck! hopefully everything is sorted out and you have received your ITA. :)

With the province of SK, online application is thru OASIS, you have to create your account and create the EOI or Expression of Interest in OASIS. Instructions are usually available on the Government website of the province. The links should be provided sa website the click mo lang yun, you should be re-directed to the online application website of the province that you would like to apply to.

Yes! Automatic sya na ma link sa EE profile mo, then you have to accept that on your EE account. Make sure na tama yung EE profile number na nasa nomination letter mo. It usually takes 24hrs or less before mo makita sa EE profile mo. May email notif din from CRA yan na may update sa EE profile mo pag nalink na yung SINP mo to your EE. CONGRATULATIONS!!! 🥳

Hello! My reference letters were all addressed to SINP. I also submitted employment contracts, and I submitted those as it is. When I got ITA for EE, I still used/uploaded the same employment references that was addressed to SINP.

SINP nomination is valid for 6mos upon issuance of your nomination letter. You should link your nomination to your EE application immediately or within that 6month period. Also, you should prepare you POF and have it ready before you submit an application. When you get the nomination, you should still maintain that POF until you get approved for PR/immigration if applying thru Express Entry.

When you submit application at SINP website (for EOI), if you have high points, it is possible that you receive your ITA for SINP within 2weeks since draws are usually done every 2 weeks. Now, considering that the POF should be at least maintained for 3mos, with that 2weeks or less, you would need to submit POF after receiving ITA.

During my application time, they said it was possible that you get called for an interview but I did not know anyone that was called for one. Even with the others that I have talked to from other countries. The most that I know of is just ADR, and no physical interview.

pwede multiple bank accounts or multiple sources (may list ng qualified POF). Ang alam ko hindi pwede ang affidavit of support, kasi based sa guidelines dapat accessible sayo anytime yung POF mo. Pwede mo rin ipasa as POF if may savings account or anything qualified as POF if nakapangalan sa spouse.

Normally if "In Process" na ang status, does that mean na wala napong ADR na kailangan?

Iba iba per application eh, may iba after ng "In Process" nomination na yung next, pero meron iba na after ng "In Process" nakakatanggap din ng ADR. It really depends on the immigration officer that reviews the application. The process usually varies, kaya medyo mahirap din magpredict at sabihin na iisa lang yung flow of processing lalo sa ADR.

Sadly i have a gap in career and my total points are 66. Can I still apply for SINP without express entry?

There are PNP programs that doesn't need to be linked with an EE application. You may check if you qualify for a program with "Occupations on Demand" or "Provincial Pilot Programs" I believe these programs are not tied with EE.

depending on your pathway, all the listed requirements should be on the website. And all documents required will be submitted online (if your application is online). Once you receive your ITA, your online account has a step by step instruction of what documents you need to upload and submit. For Express Entry, you will be receiving a "Document Checklist" for all the documents you need to upload.

It's been four months since the application number and there is no movement. It has been a total of six months since the PR application was submitted How long it will taken?

From what I know the processing time for nomination takes at least 6months upon submission after ITA, but that will depend on the minimum score of every draw and NOC's included. Hang on there brother, most of the time we just have to patiently wait for the good news. Mine took 9-10mos, others had it less than 6mos and others had theirs after more than a year. If for Express Entry - this is what we receive if our CRS points meet the minimum score required on the draw. What application step/submission did you make? was it creation of EE profile or submission of EOI for provincial nomination/SINP?

If thru SINP-EE, kailangan talaga mag create ng EE profile kasi you need to input your EE profile number and job seeker code pag nag create ka SINP profile. If ever mag expire yung EE profile mo na wala ka pa SINP nomination, pwede ka mag update ng profile after expiration. Ganun yung ginawa ko, nag expire rin yung unang EE profile ko.

@@jayr12161988 good luck on your application! claim mo na yan 🙌🏼 Canada soon! Anyway, proof of funds lang malaki-laki talagang preps, pero that stays with you so technically, hindi sya gastos. Yung expenses, maalaki-laki ang gastos pero hindi OA when you come to think of it, mine was 200k+. I'll share the breakdown of my expenses and POF this week. 😁

I was sent an ITA yet i didn't able to pursue the application as I was ran out of the time allotted to pass the required documents... Nag request pa kasi ako High School form137 and diploma yet di nakaabot sa timeline....no mangyayari po sa ITA, meron po ba affected sa re application ko as to record.... ? Please notified and advise if may alam po kayo? Disqualified po ba or may chance na di na mabigyan ulit ng ITA po? Or like to be disqualified on the entry pool po ba?

If ITA palang for PNP, okay lang, gawa ka nalang ulit ng EOI pag complete na yung requirements/documents mo then wait ka nalang ng bagong ITA, that time makakapag upload ka na agad lahat ng requirements. Unless you have provincial nomination already and ITA mo na yan for EE, if that's the case hindi ako sure pano yun kasi may expiration ang provincial nomination and you dont create EOI for ITA ng EE. Eligibility to apply ang basis ng ITA for EE.

@@czarinatrixy1227 Hello 👋🏼, technically pwede naman mag apply, kaso ang challenge don is sa points system kasi mababa lang equivalent point kapag hindi bachelors ang equivalent sa ECA. If maco-compensate mo yung points on other criteria para ma meet yung minimum points, pwedeng pwede. I suggest aralin mo muna yung points mo sa score grid, kasi if mag apply ka for provincial nomination, kung meron kang family member sa province, malaking bagay sa points yun. Yun din nagpataas ng score ko actually.

Minimum points for SINP to get ITA is 60, so technically if you get 65 then you may get the chance to be invited but based on the previous draws, SINP give ITA for 62-65 for Ukranian applicants only and for the regular applicants with qualified NOC it was about 80+ to get ITA. maybe consider getting higher IELTS result and see if your points get higher equivalent. I received an email to notify me of my nomination and it has a link directing me to my oasis account to view my nomination and download the nomination letter. I accepted the nomination and it was automatically linked to my EE application
