Hey Kimmy ❤️😇😁
awww 🥰 Leaaaann!!! Thank you! 😘
Hi mam ung nagapply po ba kayo nyan outside canada? Thanks
Yes po, nasa Pinas pa kami nung time ng application 😊
Hi kim.. I am also going to land firsg te soon in Sasktchewan after getting PR based on SINP nomination. I have some questions plz answer 1) After landing, in how many months we can get our PR card ? 2) which bank is good to open a bank account with zero balanace, no monthly fee
Wow! That’s nice! Congratulations!🥳 The government will process your PR card automatically after you land. We received our PR cards in the mail around/more or less a month after landing. You just need to provide a mailing address at the immigration when you land (in our case, we used my Sister-in-law’s). PR cards will be sent separately; one letter envelope per individual. As for the banks, they usually have a package for newcomers where you don’t have any monthly fee for your first year, but you will be charged with a monthly fee after the 12th month. We opened with RBC and TD when we arrived. Both are good, but RBC has lower monthly charges (after a year) and they gave us higher credit limit on our credit card compared to TD. You also have an option to not have a monthly fee as long as you maintain a certain amount in your chequing account. Most of the banks here have the same set up, you get no fee for a certain period then eventually you will be charged with a monthly fee unless you meet their required amount in your account for them to waive that monthly fee. Only the online banks are the ones without monthly fees (Tangerine, Neo, EQ Bank, etc.)
Hi Kimmy, it is very helpful and really thanks that you made this video.
Hi Kimmy new subscriber here. Ano po ang proof why i would be hire and for for the job?please help
Based sa work experience mo. Yung reference letter or certificate of employments mo will prove na meron kang experience on working on a certain field - depende sa kung ano inaaplyan mo. For example mag aaply ka as Administrative Assistant, dapat yung previous experience mo is related din sa pagiging Admin Assistant; then ang proof of work/experience mo is yung certificate of employment from previous company you’ve worked for or payslip; usually andun yung name and position mo sa payslip.
Hi kimmy
Hi! 😊
Hello, Miss Kimmy! This isn’t related to this video, but we are on the same pathway to Canada: SINP-EE. I recently received my SINP nomination today (May 25PH time), and my additional 600 points have not yet reflected in my IRCC account. My question is about my IRCC account; it will expire on June 2, 2024. Should I create a new account while I haven't received my points yet or wait for the points to be reflected on my IRCC account, then wait until the account expires? Perhaps you can give me advice. Thanks in advance.
You should create a new EE profile then update your SINP profile with your new EE profile. pasensya na late reply ko, but wait for your EE profile to expire before you create a new EE profile, then after you create your NEW EE profile, there should be an option on your SINP profile to update your file with your new EE profile. I just can't remember where to find it exactly, but I was able to update my SINP profile as well with my new EE profile then my SINP nomination was automatically linked on my new EE profile. If you are having problems with linking your new EE profile with your SINP, you can always send SINP an email for your concern, they will reply within 7days and will be able to assist you. You still have 6mos naman to use your SINP nomination. As long as you have all the requirements, hindi ka naman aabutin ng 6mos to process and upload everything. When you are processing the EE naman, medical lang ang I think naging pinaka matagal sa process at somewhere around 1 to 2 weeks.
@@kimmyespinas Hello, Ms. Kimmy! Thank you for this info. I just recently received my IRCC ITA last May 30. I’m also thinking to let my EE expire. I tried creating a new application under the same profile but it failed because of my current application.
Congratulations sir Bry!!!!
Congrats po!
While studying, I worked part-time at Walmart (20hrs/week). Do I need to include that on my EE work history profile? Or Previous work in the Philippines and current work (Canadian company) lang po?
Yes. As far as I remember sa online forms that I filled-out, you have to account for all the jobs even unemployment within the duration of experience that you are claiming for. I think it will also be an advantage to your application that you already have Canadian work experience.
Hi maam kimmy, my husband and I have been watching your videos before we pursued our canadian pr journey nkakainspire po talaga kayo. We have created our EE profile and have submitted letter of interests to some pnp programs. However our crs school is low around 312 lang po, both nurses. Given with this score, do we have a chance to get invited po ba?
Ideally and based sa qualifications, at least 400 dapat yung score to get an invite. Pwede mo ma increase yung score/credentials mo if you get hight points on IELTS, or if you can get a job offer. Pwede rin, you can try and search for pilot programs or occupation in demand na mga pathway since nurse kayo pareho ni husband. Sure yon that you will get an ITA if makakuha kayo ng job offer. ☺️ mataas ang demand for nurses dito, dito lang sa SK, hirap talaga hospitals dahil kulang sa tao.
Hi, do they call for any physical interview in our own country?
During my application time, they said it was possible that you get called for an interview but I did not know anyone that was called for one. Even with the others that I have talked to from other countries. The most that I know of is just ADR, and no physical interview.
@@kimmyespinas ok thank you!
Thanks for clear explanation
Proof of experience in planting kamote
Ano po pwedeng gawing proof of employment kapag walang supporting government issued documents kasi walang benefits? TIA
COE or job contract. If wala pareho, pwedeng notarized letter from your employer on your job description and years of service.
@@kimmyespinas thank you po
Ms. Kimmy, pwede po ba lumipat ng work while on process ang PR application? PNP din po paper based ako. Thanks po.😊
Yes, pwede! But make sure na updated yung stat mo and hindi makaka apekto sa points mo. In my case. I did that as well, I resigned from my work before I got nominated sa SINP. Then when I accepted the nomination on my EE, may bago na ako work, pinasa ko rin yon as experience (duration is from start date to present). Akala ko kasi matatagalan pa approval, nagkataon na approve agad, ayun! Resign din agad sa new work. Pero hindi ko sure with paper based. If na meet mo naman na yung length of duration required for that NOC (and if yung current job mo is your main NOC) then I think hindi naman magiging problema yun. Just make sure na may reference docs ka like final COE sa iiwan mo na work and at least copy ng signed employment contract agad sa new work mo - just in case need ng further reference or hingan ka ng explanation for it sa ADR stage.
@@kimmyespinas Thank you so much Ms. Kimmy. God Bless po.
Hello...Do you need to submit Proof of Employment for all work experience OR only the company that you used the NOC code?
If you are declaring (i.e.) total of 10 years work experience. even if you have different NOCs within that year you should still submit proof of employment for all those experiences. Rule of thumb will always be - if you are claiming years of experience from it, you should submit a proof/reference for it.
Thank you, very good info, ... y muy útil, me gustó y me suscribí 😊 gracias.
gracias ☺️
Great video! I hope you can help me understand some questions I have: Let’s say I already have EE profile: 1. Is it okay to apply for SINP while living in BC? 2. Do I need to be currently working in Saskatchewan?
Hi, yes you can apply for SINP even if you are anywhere in Canada. You also don’t need to be working in SK for you to apply. I applied for SINP when I was still in PH, I also had NO job offer in SK nor had one waiting for me before I landed. Both hubs and I only started to look for jobs when we were already here at SK. 😊
@@kimmyespinas that’s good news for us! Thank you very much big help 😭
Hello Ms. Kimmy, good day. I have received an approved nomination with conditions just today, do i need to make an express entry profile or just wait for further invitations in my email? Thank you
Congratulations! If your pathway SHOULD continue with Express Entry, then you should. In some of the SINP applications you dont need EE. It should be specified on your nomination letter on how you can proceed or use your nomination 😊
Thanks for sharing. Was proof of work experience applicable to your spouse too?
with EE, yes. But with SINP, at this point I’m not really sure. I don’t remember uploading his work experience references with SINP. I’ll check with my files, I’ll get back to you when I do. But, I am just sure that I submitted his reference on my EE account.
Hi, how many month were given to you to land in canada when your EE was approved?
As I remember, we were given about a year to land in Canada after we received our COPR.
@@kimmyespinas thank you!
Need also sss coverage history
Hi Ms Kimmy, ano po ung pnrovide nyong letter from the canadian embassy na ipapakita po for medical st lukes bgc? Ung invitation to apply po ba un?
I forgot kung ano yung exact na tawag sa letter pero meron ka marerecieve na letter of request for upfront medical exam and yun yung ipapakita mo sa St. Lukes. Yun yung document na hahanapin nila together with your passport.
Thank you for sharing. May I ask how much time from completing the process till landing in Canada as official PR?
Including my preparations, the process was 18mos before we received our COPR or Certificate of Permanent Residence in August. Then we planned our flight to be - and landed on December of the same year. Anytime after you receive your COPR, you will be landing in Canada as Permanent Residents already.
Good day..what if I'm working as a private caregiver here in the Phil..my employer paid me in cash with an ordinary receipt that i received my salary, but she's willing to give me coe, thank you.God bless
Yes, you can do that. You can also provide full contact details of your employer in your COE and have it notarized just to prove that the COE you are submitting is legit and just in case the immigration officers needs to review or verify your COE, there will be a reference or they can trace it back to your employer.
Oh thanks miss kimmy i never thought you will respond..i hope everything will be fine❤
@kimmyespinas If I could obtain a COE and written there is my years of tenure, position and my Job description. Would it suffice? Thanks in advance po🙏
Yes! That would be similar to what I submitted as well. Since I worked for one company in 10years, I requested for my “job history” on mY COE - which includes all the job positions I had with a brief description and how long I had each job.
Hi, Thank you for this helpful video. Just want to ask, for Step 7 SINP Nomination Linked part of your video, is this part to be accomplished by the applicant?
nope, As long as you provided the right EE number on your SINP profile, once you receive your SINP nomination, that would be directly linked to your EE account in about 24hrs after you receive the nomination. All you have to do there is to accept it on your EE profile then proceed with the next steps with EE. 😊
yey! Thank you for taking your time to answer my question!
Did you submit COE from each company and also the ITR? Thanks in advance. And what if i only got 2 years ITR copy and I forgot the others 😅.Planning to take E.E here in Alberta🙏🙏
No for both. I had a total of 5 years for ITR, and hindi rin sya sunod sunod na years 😅 because hindi ko talaga tinabi yung mga ITR ko. Lol! I did not know that I would be needing it 😂 And for the last company that I worked for sa PH, I did not have COE. Instead, I submitted my employment contract as refrence. As long as you have proof of experience/employment, that would be good.
Hello, nakareceive po kami ng sinp nomination. Automatic po ba syang mag rereflect sa express entry profile namin?
Yes! Automatic sya na ma link sa EE profile mo, then you have to accept that on your EE account. Make sure na tama yung EE profile number na nasa nomination letter mo. It usually takes 24hrs or less before mo makita sa EE profile mo. May email notif din from CRA yan na may update sa EE profile mo pag nalink na yung SINP mo to your EE. CONGRATULATIONS!!! 🥳
As of now po hindi pa rin sya nagrereflect sa express entry profile namin hopefully this week magreflect na hehehe. Thank you po sa pagsagot 🙏 Super helpful po ng videos niyo ang laki po nitong tulong saamin and sa mga co-aspirants ❤
Hi kimmy , your video is so informative and smooth. ❤ Thankyou for sharing. But I wanted to ask after you create an account for SNIP when they will ask your documents like TOR
Thank you! 😊 you need your TOR to get your ECA and ECA is one of the first among many documents that you have to upload/submit when you receive your ITA.
If some pay stub missing is it ok.?
yes! As long as you can submit a few per year or per job experience, that would be okay.
@@kimmyespinas bank statements and explanation will work?
Just a note. If you buy a car from a registered car dealer by law they must guarantee that there is not a lien on the car.
True. This was our mistake, we did not want to buy from a car dealer initially because we want to avoid monthly payments, cos we are yet to find a job when we landed. That’s why we opted to buy directly from the seller/owner. Instead of saving, we ended up going thru this nightmare with a very expensive lesson. After what happened, we bought our next car from a pre-owned car dealership.

Clarif mam. You said, or I must have been confused, that POF (bank certification) will only be required after I receive the ITA but the funds, for submission must have there already at least 3 months and account at least 6 months?
your required POF must be maintained in your bank account or at least you have been maintaining the average balance that is equal or better yet, should be more than your required POF. Depending on your pathway or requirement, usually they require that you have maintained that amount for at least 90 days by the time you submit or upload your POF document.
@@kimmyespinas Thanks mam Kimmy. More power to you.
Please, must my 6 months salary deposits as proof of employment be within the last 6 months of the work year or it can come from any part of the year, like middle of the year? This is because, mistakenly filled in the previous monthly salary amount as it was the maon salary for the major part of the time. The salary was increased just 4 months before I left the organization. What do you think I can do?
I’m not sure about your question, but you can submit whatever you have whether its just a portion from a year of your experience. I did submit portions of my payslips and references as well cos I did not have the full year available with me. Don’t worry yet with your submission as long as every document that you submit is truthful. If the immigration officer is not satisfied with the document that you provided, they will send you back an ADR (or additonal requirement) for an explanation or if they need more references. If your docs are truthful, and you can explain this certain situation with them in writing - if ever they request for it, - then you should be okay.
Hi Miss Kimmy..Yung proof of funds po ba kelangan from the very start ng app is buo na sa acct mo..for example 800k ilalagay namin sa joint acct namin magasawa..or kelangan po paunti unti mo ilagagay yung 800k sa loob ng 6mos?
kailangan buo na sya even before you start your application and ideal na hindi nyo sya magalaw until nomination. kasi number 1, kelangan may maturity na 3 or 6 mos ang balance na equivalent to your required POF. Dapat namaintain nyo yung average balance for 3 to 6mos (depending on your pathway/requirement) pag nagsubmit kayo ng POF document. And just incase ireview ng immigration officer yung POF nyo, dapat buo padin sya. Until you get your nomination or approval, dun palang technically na makakahinga ka na sa possible reviews ng immigration sa documents na pinasa mo.
as a mountaineer i would not be drinking that water, considering the fact that you just drove a bus on the glacier.
the bus doesn’t drive or even reach the glacier water area 😊 Tour guides would inform you that its a “drink at your own risk” anyway.
Hello i am from india I have 3 yrs of work experience from a construction company but first two years i received salary in cash..what to do in that situation??
If this was my situation, what Id probably do is talk to my manager or the hr officer to write a letter that your salary arrangement is paid thru cash. With that letter, have them sign it and notarize it if you could. That should have the full details of your monthly salary and if they can also provide you of a logsheet where you sign-off or acknowledge that you have received you salary for every month, that would be a good supporting document or attachment.
Thank you for sharing this! May I know po kung ano ang work po ninyo dito sa Pinas dati? Thank you po

hi Ms Kimmy, question lang regarding creating an account sa IRCC. need ba ilink yung OASIS account and IRCC account before receiving the ITA from OASIS? or wait sa approval ng OASIS before creating an IRCC account? many thanks.
Its the other way around, when you create your OASIS it will ask for your EE profile number (IRCC) - and the reason for it is because if you get your OASIS nomination, your nomination will automatically be sent/linked to your EE profile for you to accept. ☺️
So you should create your IRCC (EE) profile first then create your OASIS next. 🤙🏼
hi po, nauna po oasis ko na create at nabigyan ng ITA. wala pa po ako account sa IRCC. Now waiting nalang po ako sa decision ng oasis if approved yung submitted documents ko po. paano po kaya yung IRCC account after. salamat po sa info.
Good day. How did you request for delay the intentional delay to replenish the proof of funds?
I did not request for delay. I got SINP nomination already and if I remember it correctly, you get 6mos to use/accept your nomination - meaning I had few months to link my nomination with my Express Entry profile. I just maxed out the time between my nomination with SINP to EE. That gave me enough time to replenish my POF. 😊 But my stress during that time if that would be okay was through the roof! So I do not recommend that to anyone, because timing everything would be tricky because you wont know if you would have any delays for some other stuff.
@@kimmyespinas oh ok. I thought you requested for a delay. the timing worked for you that you were able to do replenish the proof of funds.
