Not necessarily, pero since points system ang SINP, you get higher points if you have job offer or family. The required points to get nomination when I applied was I think 62, pero lately ang nakikita ko na nakakareceive ng ITA is yung mga 70+ points. Kaya malaking factor pag may job offer or family connection. 😊
